A longstanding institution in the East San Gabriel...
A longstanding institution in the East San Gabriel Valley for generations, the Covina Public Library is a community center second to none and its various collections contain a plethora of books, DVDs, audiobooks, and other materials for check-out; on-site recreational reading, research & reference; classroom assignments, study, and homework; and all forms of intellectual enrichment. Imagine a repository designed for everyone in the community regardless of age, ancestry or assets, and find out that it is no fantasy or fable--but a reality in the heart of historic Covina! This library leaves no stone unturned for families, bibliophiles, entrepreuners, small business owners, students, preschoolers, and the general public. There are multitudinous events available throughout the week and on Saturdays, including Makerspace, Summer Reading Program, arts and crafts, and holiday-specific programming, such as ornament-making at the Tree-Lighting Ceremony and visiting Santa Claus, among myriad other attractions.
