This company is absolutely to be avoided!
We had a maintenance contract for several years with them and the service was poor. The installation was removed at the end of 2017. They still charged us maintenance until August 2018, so including for half of the year when the device no longer existed. We had of course immediately denounced the contract. Now, they send us a bailiff's notice so that we pay the bill a year and a half after the denunciation and the withdrawal of the device itself maintenance !!! We have tried many times to discuss with them without result. TO AVOID
