Had bad experience with Zooper.Mismanaged, discourteous executive and try to pass on buck.
No monitoring mechanism or feedback obtained from customers.
As intimated first call is to be rec'd 72 hrs after complaint lodged.
Actual rectification done thereafter only.
One has to call them time and again to have their services.
