They simply made YouTube to publish their add. Guys don't go and purchase in it I have lost my money. They simply take us to the cart then will make us to add items then will move to payment and there it will come like no cash on delivery is available so we will pay after receiving payment our order will get disappear.
Pathetic service. i have ordered few things which was supposed to be delivered on same day, but they didn't. they have not even sent an update about status of my order. The next day i had to call customer service multiple times and they finally agreed to deliver but items in my cart was modified as per their wish and price also increased. i had to cancel the order as this was not useful for me.
very worst service, if they do not have any item in store they will replace with other item without taking your confirmation. at the time refund , they will simply say sorry for inconvenience and will not give your money. not deserve 1 rating also.
ZOP Now is committing Fraud. They display products on the site. The charge money for it and then ... DO NOT DELIVER IT. They say its not in our stock. Who is managing this site?? Monkeys??... when you call them .. its the same reply ... its not available ... sorry.. They least they can do is make it available and complete the order the next day ... Really disappointing.. Worst in the business. What's appalling is they don't bother about price displayed on website, and will bill you higher even for branded items! They will deliver only part of the order and refund nothing or even show - ve balance claiming higher actual invoice value. Absolutely untrustworthy. Never place pre paid order.

Initially they were very good with delivery. Minor discounts but delivery was on time. I mainly buy monthly Nandini Goodlife grocery stock from them. but from past 2 months the delivery is screwed up. They change the delivery date saying they only deliver once a week to E.City location. Last time even after extending for a week they missed delivery saying my phone was not reachable. Even though I had called back and informed them to deliver. After re-scheduling the missed delivery they again extended it over a week(without confirming with me on the new delivery date) over the delivery date given on site. They charge us and they deliver as if they are giving it on charity. My last purchase from these guys for sure. I tried Bigbasket and they delivered the same in 3 hours. That how you do business !
Compared to Big Basket,Zop Now is too good. They are very prompt in service and also they maintain good quality.
I feel Zop now is providing one of the best online grocery delivery in Bangalore. Assuring the same day delivery is one of the best thing about them. They have to improve by improve by introducing the more varieties.

The company is fraud. I ordered for some products, but no message. Payment was done through upi.Its a fraud company online .
CHEATERS. They will show low price at the time you purchase and will increase the price 4X during delivery (I ordered Tabasco sauce from ZopNow and It was Rs. 90 during purchase but they increased the price from Rs. 90 to Rs. 285 of the product during delivery and also updated the increased price on their website and at the end total payable amount was 334 including taxes and delivery charge). Don't even try. These guys are scammers. Go for legit sites like Grofers, BigBasket and Amazon Now.
Delivery is always prompt. Very good customer support as well. Far far better then BigBasket.

I have ordered many times through Zop Now & the experience was NOT SO great. I have stopped using their services now as they substitute the products without notifying the customer. I ordered Quaker Oats & they replaced it with Saffola! It s my choice and what I like to eat not YOURS.
Staples can be weigh on exact quantity but they either increase or decrease as per their wish. I ordered bread during 7PM-10PM slot & they sent the one which had next day expiry date!!
Once my credit card transaction was failed & the payment did not go through. They still delivered saying they don t cancel the orders & asked me to pay cash! Pathetic. Need lot of improvements.

It was a good service compared to bigbasket. Occasionally there used to be some mistakes on their part but still it was like a boon for people who are working. since zopnow is no more available in mumbai other grocery delivery services have monopoly and act in very unprofessional manner. please bring back zopnow to mumbai again soon.
I ordered items in zopnow and amount also deducted from my account through phone pe and its showing manually checked the payment status then after its showing your order is cancelled and my money also gone. Totally its fraud....

Worst customer website and interaction. Using their website on a computer (all browsers) one cannot see the past orders, and it is impossible to cancel an order. Their delivery people do not carry swipe card machines. Really really bad website. Looks like something from the web of the 90's. Why can they not test it, before going live to the whole World. Calling their call center is of no use. You ask them to cancel, they tell you when it will be delivered, and still do not cancel your order. Pathetic website.
Also they substitute their inventory which is on "offers" with higher priced items, without informing. They increase the weight of vegetables at random and increase the invoicing. Big Basket also rounds up vegetable weights (since it is difficult to get exact weight of say 500 gms), but ZOPNOW, does this on most vegetables and gets more invoicing. It is impossible to see past orders on their website, or even the current order.
It took me three days of continuous pressure on their customer support team to get the wrong product picked up from my house!! The support executives kept on saying that it will be picked up everyday until I blasted them and spoke to a floor supervisor. Still waiting for the refund and no proper response, as usual, from the customer support executive. It's disgusting!!
Though I didn't order any vegetables and fruits, but On time delivery and Transparent transaction experiences made me to keep use.
Its delivery tracking and SMS notice, any difference of payments refund systems are far better than BigBasket.
But items are not various compared to Grofers or BigBasket, so I mark 4 stars. Overall very good.

Ordered methi leaves when choosing comes in a spoilt state and meat liver is being replaced with other parts,order reaches 8 hrs later, so no guarantee on the 3 hrs delivery. Pathetic.

i received a pop up on Google, believing the site as genuine, I had ordered Groceries and Net banking / Credit/debt cards /COD are not working payment must be made only through UPI, i made payment by scanning the QR code and the amount is deducted through RAZOR PAY and after making the payment it is stating that payment is to be verified for manual verification. and will be updated after 30 minutes . Later i did not receive any updation and the customer care number is fake. customer care number and address are mentioned only to make us believe.. ITS FRAUD company

When it comes to service & delivery it's better than Big Basket & Ask Grocery. But orders are never delivered fully because they are always short of one or other item and then you keep tracking refunds for 10 days.

I was wondering that how they are going to deliver within giving time but as i ordered i received SMS and mail on my email id on the spot mentioning availability and order status.

Bad Experience. Delivered unripe fruit. When reached customer service, they said you have to check the item during delivery. So zopnow is expecting during delivery customer will cut the fruits and verify. Hopeless service customer service will always blame the vendor.
I am not happy with your bread collection....only bliss and no britannia or any other brand.thiis limits my shopping experience with zop now.bread in almost a everyday need in my family,and everytime i want bread i have to buy the expensive ones....which provokes me not to continue my shopping with this site..find an alternative where i can get everything to my choice.

I liked zopnow more than bigbasket or groffers because of its quality of fresh fruits and vegetabales but yesterday delivery was totally opposie. Most of the fruits were rotten . Worst customer care, will not buy anything from zopnow now onwards.
It was good before... They used to deliver soon.. Without out any shipping charges or nor minimum order.. But now they demand minimum Rs300 or Rs30 for shipping.. And vegetables r not so good.. Hope it it gives a good service life before
Ordered groceries add veggies for rs 1700. Paid online by scanning their qr code. The order never got delivered. I lost the money. I tried reaching their support but no one picked. Any body had similar experience and any remedies you got?

They have messed up with my refunds and I clearly asked for a refund back to my bank account. They refunded it as zoppies and now I am forced to now shop back with them when I can get products at a much cheaper rate on other websites. This is very unfair. Moreover half of the products are not available on their site and they end up replacing the requested product with useless replacements that we don't like!! Its like forcing the customer to play according to your rules. If this is the case, why should I do an online shopping when I can just go next door and shop from a local vendor. He will give me a better discount and option!!

Well this was my first experience of online purchasing of fresh groceries and i must say i made a good decision. Products were fresh and prices were same as local market. ZopNow provided me very good online customer support and the delivery guy was well informed about the policies.

I was a regular customer for Zopnow. But my last 2 order (fruits) were very bad. I wrote email to customer care, but there reply was "The product quality from within is something which we do not have control upon." This mean a customer has to bear for the low quality and pay for it. However, Big basket charges are bit high, and if we get poor quality fruits or Vegetables and if we bring to their notice they will immediately refund the amount (without any questions).Hence, i am suggesting not to choose the products from Zopnow and go with Big Basket
