It's been a long time since I have been a customer of Zopnow (almost when they started). They used to be good in price and quality earlier but now it has reduced. Fruits are mostly not ripen and vegetables are average.
My concern however is their new strategy which I noticed continuously in past few orders. They keep rates lower online while ordering vegetables but increase while delivering. Today I paid INR 72 extra even though quantity was reduced for most of the items except 1. Their excuse is prices increase with new stock but with that logic prices should reduce as well which has never happened till date.
Please share if you also find the same!

Stupid people.
I had logged out without emptying my cart as the online payment portal had not been working.
Instead of calling first to confirm or keeping your systems intact you ruin things for people by reaching the mentioned address and asking for money...for products which were only in the cart and not ordered!

Very poor . Order cancelled without any prior information . There is no customer care, no one picks up on the number provided. Pathetic!!

Very Bad service. After placing an order and successful payment. Still not showing any order in My orders section. No reply from customer care service. No order confirmation message or email.

Overall the Service wise Zapnow is Just an average & Product wise too.
Delivery wise they have to streamline the team otherwise its a waste of time going with zapnow

Totally fraud website - they are just looting money. They don't deliver products. I lost 700. You can get to know trying calling to the number they have shared or the email they have provided. Pl. don't order and lose your money.

Delivered the wrong item then "scheduled" a return pick up three days in a row and never actually showed to pick up the return, incompetent, lazy, dishonest or all three.

My order payment is successful but, order is not placed

I was a regular customer to more supermarket. The quality is great in More. So zopnow is doing a great job, on time delivery. Liked the experience.
I would like to suggest as a More customer, that the loyalty card provided by more can also be used in Zopnow. It's an added advantage and you'll have more customers

Pathetic User Interface, most un-intuitive site I have ever seen at this scale.
Absolutely user unfriendly website.
You register, and get machine generated numbers as password you can't remember. You try resetting the password, and it doesn't work. You call customer care, and they tell only THEY can reset, not us. Then why on earth is the Forget Password link present there?
They place order even if payment fails, without even notifying you.
They show products that aren't available and they remove or change the quantity at their will.
You try resetting the password, and some message come up, but you are not able to read it because is hidden by the reset button.
Pathetic!

It's a fraud website, while watching something on youtube, google ad poped up and then I visited the website with tempting offers, I thought it's another flipkart kind of offers until I came to know that it's a fraud website.

I lost Rs 810/- from my G pay A/C. I tried to contact them through email and phone number, but no response from them. I should have read the reviews here before ordering from this fraud website.

Now, I regret in doing this, but I learned a lesson, hopefully I'll not repeat same mistake and I expect the same from you guys.

My humble request is please don't buy from this fraud website.

Till date Zop Now is the best. No hassles and really good stuff. As compared to Big Basket which has been a nightmarish experience twice- Zop Now delivers on time and no complaints ! Happy with Zop now :)

Terrible. The fake discounts and offers are just there to fool customers into buying from them vs. any other similar shopping app. They advertise heavily discounted products and then change the bill amount after the product has been bought at the discounted price.
This has happened to me twice in a row now.
They quote "lack of merchandise" as their excuse for this practice, which is rubbish because they still send you the products but just at the regular price instead of the discounted amount as advertised.
Not lack of merchandise Zopnow. This is lack of ethics.

Pathetic.. First time buyer... They sent alternate product in multiple iteam order and i did not accept one item and now after several e mails not refunding my money..

I have made purchase on 21st for delivery on 22nd slot 6-9 pm, they but they came to noon slot only to deliver, i asked them to put near to my door step, the packing was amazing, and the invoicing was very clear and in deal i purchase Mashroom 50 Rs for 3 packs, which is in market 40 Rs per pack.

Ordered for the first time yesterday. delivery was on time . price were moderate, service was excellent. details were given on contact no. and mail both... overall a nice experience will order again.. :) made it easy for me to shop every month sitting at home.

FRAUD COMPANY. This company has been shut as of 2018 and still running the site and accepting money. Once you pay the money it goes through RazorPay Software Ltd and the money goes to Deckup furniture company. Their email is info@anufurnitures.com and when you call them they say they wont refund money. They will ask what furniture you want with that money.

updated your inventory and otherwise purchase a better system and hire better people

They reduces delivery slots and worst service with refunds and replacements. BigBasket is far better and at least has good customer service. Zopnow has limited options and even there staff is not helpful. This ZopNow app serves no purpose and should be closed for its frustrating service.

Day by Day service is getting worst. Very bad customer service & very bad policy.

I am a loyal customer to zopnow. Today the delivery executive behaviour is horrable. While argueing he keep coming towards me i was scared and shouted and asked him to go outside of my house im a pregnant and his behaviour scared me. I will never order from zopnow.I tried to call customer care more than 10 times still d call was nt connected.

worst people ever. they are cheats. they did not have the change for 1000 and said that rest 256 will be credited back to account like big basket does. but they did not do it even after repeated calls. quality of grocery is bullshit. they are always late. Big basket is far better.

If you are looking to order groceries from zopnow.in, then please stop! The grocery section has been shut down by them and they are in a different business now. The ads which you saw are fraud and they accept money only by UPI, so don't pay in advance and don't order anything from them.

This is the fraud website, I've placed an order for 626rs and paid through the QR CODE they have shared. I've not received any order confirmation and no response still. Don't t fall in this fraud website.

Zopnow delays order without informing. When I call to check the status, I am told to adjust with the delay. Have no regret for the bad services. Extremely unprofessional!!

Worst service. Never expect them to come on time or contact their customer care,they are always busy.

This is a great example on how you shouldn't run your business. Products shown in app / site aren't there, customer service doesn't care of any issues, you need to wait for 10 - 15 minutes or more depending on your luck, and not lesser to speak to the customer rep, several times they lost delivery packages and have no clue when it would get done, they try to give you replacement products hidden in some packet so you don't notice, rotten veggies and more.. Overall worst business model, not sure how they are still surviving.

I ordered items in zopnow and amount also deducted from my account through phone pe and its showing manually checked the payment status then after its showing your order is cancelled and my money also gone. Totally its frude. Be careful

Irresponsible delivery practices. Anyways they dont have good market share, so i can understand the not so encouraging customer service attitude.

Horrible they keep forgeting the order placed ... even paid for ...

After follow up from customer(Me) and atleast 4-5 calls when told that they will call back order status(which they never calls back), they just inform us like "sorry it cannot be delivered due to some internal issue if you want we can deliver it tomorrow".

DO NOT USE THIS , they are not customercentric at all.... wonder how they are surviving with this kind of horrible service.

Do not even attempt it! three days goods not yet delivered. When asked for refund, they made a refund of Rs 3/- against 7 items. I did checked the calendar and its not April Fool Day either. Why do you even exist? How did you even get the funding or you just amassing cash by looting customers?

Worst experience. No value for customers. When they can't give value for customers should not run business like this.Fraud people.
