Had been to interview in this company. Not at all well organised. No separate cabin for interviews. They made me sit next to workers and interviewed. Felt so embarrassed. They doesn't know how to recognise talents. I had experience in same field. But they did not hire me. Initially they had free delivery, no minimum value restrictions. No idea whether the company is still running with profit or has been shut down!!

The same is mentioned on the invoice that you would have received along with the delivery."
I have replied back as below and still waiting response.
"Do you have third eye vision to check inside the fruit?I don't have that vision.If you have,then better check fruits in and out at ur end before delivery.I am well educated and I can read your policy.
Return the delivered fruit and consume yourself or distribute it to your family members as this quality better suit to unprofessional company.
Keep your service compromised and provide clean chit quoting you policies.Not so far when it goes to diminish."
Unripened froots are sent, most of the products are cancelled last minute due to unavailability and lastly they failed to deliver in the scheduled time. Delivery has been paid for and it hasn't arrived no prior intimation about the delivery being delayed and in my case not being delivered at all.

Painstakingly I ordered normal monthly groceries for 4K for a family of 4...They did not deliver as promised and the next day they send a mail stating "Your profile suits that of a retailer and not that of a consumer" and they just cancelled the orders from my account. No SMS also sent for the same... Thankfully I had not paid for the same... Customer Support did not have any answers...First time I am hearing that a web site cancels the orders that too 4K+.... Not sure what Business models they follow and whom do they want as customers...!!!! Absolutely Bizzare.... Don't ever go for Zop Now...

By far, the most inefficient platform to order groceries from. Delayed deliveries seem to have become a habit with them, which they consider absolutely normal. Delivering incorrect products or not delivering what you ordered AND paid for is the latest in their service levels and it just goes to show their incompetence.
They took the payment but no update on order, No customer care available. What to do ??!! if you too have fallen victim to their Phising please please register a complaint in cybercrime department of you local police. More FIRs means quick response otherwise many more will fall victim

Pathetic service. They don't honor the prices at which you would have placed the order. They bill you at the higher price. To adjust the billing amount they either don't deliver all the items or deliver with lesser quantity. Customer service is non-existence. Stay away from these cheats.

They are A grade thieves. First, they will change the rates on their own, irrespective of what rate you ordered. Then they will manipulate the supply items also even after this change and finally when you check the invoice at their site, these bloody morons would have changed also.

Order all day to day groceries and stuff from here. Have had no issues till now. They also have their own reward points structure which gives you discount. Few times they didnt have a particular product but they informed me immediately.

Make sure to check the website domain before placing the order. Zopnow.com is a genuine website which has closed down its operations. There is a Fake website with the domain zopnow.in which looks exactly like the genuine site. They take the payment and do not deliver.
I Order from every online grocery store. Zopnow is the WORST online grocery store , you can come across. In the past, they stole zoppies . The quality of fruits and vegetables are the worst . I stopped buying from them altogether. Recently they tied with More Megastore, so ordered. They again CHEATED.
1. They will never send you a formal invoice by mail. They'll only send you a link to their website, so they can manipulate the invoice later and you'll be unsuspectingly caught in the trap.
2. They couldn't supply 2 products , adjusted invoice accordingly, but are now claiming I owe them the entire amount, though the physical invoice says a different story.
3. They will throw sub-standard products on your face and if you complaint, they'll get the products picked up, will NEITHER REPLACE , NOR REFUND. Instead they will ask for more money than the invoice , citing weight difference.
4. All their fruits, vegetables and pulses weigh over 30-40gms less than the actual ordered weight but they'l send a price tag which says more than ordered weight, if you weigh them , you'll catch the fraud and if ou bring to their notice, all hell will break loose.
5. They never call back, they are IMPOSTERS, who pretend to be someone different everytime you call them.They are clueless about what a customer is saying as there are multiple people all named " MOHAN" ??? And they can always say I am not the person you spoke to yesterday , I am some other Mohan because I have no answer to your query.
6. One Mohan poses as manager and sends a formal mail that the issue is resolved and refund will be credited soon, then another say I owe them the same amount.
These FRAUDSTERS SHOULD BE EXPOSED, WHIPPED AT A JUNCTION, SO EVERYONE CAN SEE AND LEARN HOW MISDOERS SHOULD BE PUNISHED.

I gave that option as well and explained him that please make it between 7-8 as we dont have milk for morning tea also. The order didnt get delivered , i did get a message and email that order is dispatched.
I will keep that as a proof to be presented in court.
The problem doesn't get resolved here the guy promises to deliver it between 1-4 pm slot on 23rd march 2016 and still its in Hub.
I had a chat with Naveen and now he has promised to me 4-7 pm slot.

Services used to be excellent. That's a history now. From past 5-6 months, items are either not available or after ordering n after making payments, they cancel some items as they are unavailable. Fruits are raw always. Any calls to call centre or feedbacks have no use.Definitely better to pay little more at other portals.
I have ordered potato from zopNow . used for preparing curry & dosa masala and found while eating kerosene oil smell. it is quite disgusting to get the items like this.

This is a fraud company. I placed an order and the money was debited from my account but I did not receive any order confirmation message. I called the customer service number to ask for a refund and they tried to withdraw money from my bank by asking me to share my OTP and download anydesk app on my phone. Please, do not order anything from here and do not share your card, bank details or OTP.

They very often modify your order, without checkin with you. Their billing is totally messed up, often asking you to pay for what you've already paid. They don't keep time and above all, there is ZERO service orientation in their 'customer service'.
I am a Titanium customer (highest class of customers, who spend Rs. 7,500 or more a month) and it means nothing to them.
Mark my words: With this attitude, ZopNow is sure to crash and burn in future!
I used to take grocery from ZopNow till few months ago and it was so relieving, in the next 1 hour items used to be at home without any issues. But since few months, they have stopped the delivery in my area and perhaps they dont deliver in Pune at all as I checked many other PIn codes. Please come back to Pune.

Very worst experience with payment and delivery.The price was fluctuated whilst the order getting delivered.Have returned as it is and waiting for the amount to be credited back to account.
Horrible customer service. They don't bother to reply even if you mail them. Neither is your concern taken into account if you give feedback in their customer survey. They don't bother to send you the free items which comes with your order. You have to chase up with them every single time and they make you feel so cheap. They charge one amount for which you pay online and after the payment is made, they send you an email saying it has been revised and we owe them more. I can understand for variable products like rice,staple,veggies and fruits but not for fixed products like coffee powder or baby diapers. Check the screenshot below. Now they have increased the diapers amount to Rs.456.25 after discount and original price is Rs.475 and are pestering me to pay the remaining. Big basket is much much better with quality of products and service.

Got rotten eggs on delivery and upon complaining about the same, ZopNow arranged for a replacement next day which incidentally, was rotten too. Its been more than a week now, and they are yet to refund my money as zoppies even after multiple follow ups (I have an email from them saying they will refund the price of the eggs as the it did not meet my expectations). And for his pathetic service, they have lately started to charge us a Delivery fee now. Perhaps, the only reason remaining to stay with ZopNow is now gone also!

I had ordered groceries on November 12, 2015 for a delivery on November 13, 2015 between 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM slot. I generally eat sandwich for breakfast, the gourmet bread I normally order was not in stock but I thought I'd eat normal bread for one day instead of leaving to work empty stomach. At round 7:00 AM, I received "your ordered was dispatched" SMS and email; it is auto-generated, it does not actually mean the order is dispatched. I managed eating cereals and around 9:40 AM called ZopNow customer service number, the coordinator called the driver/delivery team and in 5 minutes, I got a call from the delivery boy that the vehicle broke down and that he will deliver in 90 minutes approximately. Two things I want to highlight here, 1. This is the third-fourth time the ZopNow delivery vehicle broke down since I ordered and 2. The delivery boy cared less to inform me in advance, it was an FYI that the vehicle broke down. The delivery boy talked to me as if it were my problem that it broke down!!
I was frustrated but was leaving to work, so I shifted my focus and headed to work. I got a call from a CSR (Mayur), I told him I'd be home by 9:00 PM, so delivery at 9:00 PM would do provided it is within 10:00 PM because who delivers groceries after 10:00 PM, I know 10:00 PM is too late as well. Mayur promised that I'd get it delivered within the 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM window. After Mayur's call, In the in the entire day, I got at least 10 calls from customer service and delivery team trying to coordinate at several times and I continued to tell them that I had chosen and confirmed 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM slot.
It is 10:15 PM when I am typing this, there is no news.
There is no flow of information between the back-end office and the delivery team and their management is so hopeless that they need to bother the customer with calls so may times to delivery groceries for once. I wonder what type of logistics ZopNow uses that every now and then the vehicles break down or is it just me?
The most exasperating part is that some of these guys cannot speak in English (official language) or Hindi (national language) or Kannada (regional/local language). These languages are my limit, some guys have clearly told me they don't understand what I say. How would one coordinate with these bright team of ZopNow???
The CSRs are robotic, two standard responses I received were "I am sorry, ma'am" and "I understand".
I was so confident through out the day that I would get the ordered items delivered that I did not arrange for dinner, I will end up eating cereals again. Thanks to ZopNow! (sarcasm it was if in case you don't follow)
The purpose is not served even after writing this review, I was in need of the items ordered that I did not receive and I was disturbed at work.
You guys should reconsider being in this business and I mean it!

Worst service. I placed my order on Friday 4th & I have received it till today-JUN-2015 7:23. While typing this message, 3rd time I received promise,(I don't know false or true) that it'll deliver tomorrow between 7-10.If if happens, I'm not sure then I'll be receiving my order after 72 hours the order being placed.
I'm sure nobody will prefer this kind of service in today's work where everything is call or SMS away.
