Worst experience ever..i gave my order 2 days back...

Worst experience ever..i gave my order 2 days back but have still not received it. On calling the CCE they say that they will call me back after confirming from the team but they never call back. I had placed an order earlier on Grofers and it was way much better then Zopnow. Will never place an order again. Highly Unprofessional
