Very bad service not keeping timeline and sometime...

Very bad service not keeping timeline and sometimes don't deliver on the day it is supposed to and don't even inform about it. Products sometimes very bad quality products delivered and you can't even return it if some grocery or snacks is not proper you come to know only after opening it than they say we can not take open products that's pathetic even customer care are not apologetic for bad service and only keeps arguing.. Really bad
