Worst customer website and interaction. Using their website on a computer (all browsers) one cannot see the past orders, and it is impossible to cancel an order. Their delivery people do not carry swipe card machines. Really really bad website. Looks like something from the web of the 90's. Why can they not test it, before going live to the whole World. Calling their call center is of no use. You ask them to cancel, they tell you when it will be delivered, and still do not cancel your order. Pathetic website.

Also they substitute their inventory which is on "offers" with higher priced items, without informing. They increase the weight of vegetables at random and increase the invoicing. Big Basket also rounds up vegetable weights (since it is difficult to get exact weight of say 500 gms), but ZOPNOW, does this on most vegetables and gets more invoicing. It is impossible to see past orders on their website, or even the current order.
