In April I bought tickets for a concert that should have been held in June, then canceled the same day. The repayment times were only 20 days, of the series: you have suffered a damage and THEY impose you without notice the time to get back YOUR money, does it seem possible that this is legal? I do not think so. I contacted the customer service several times to ask if they could give me back the money even though the 20 days have passed, but they prefer to hold back 119 rather than show respect and attention to customers who had not received adequate information.
