The site is very active for sale, but for after-sales support they are not minimally equipped.
The return seems to be a chimera: here is my case:
Purchased a ticket in October 2017, concert canceled in November.
Reimbursement requested, both by email and by phone, and to date (18/01/2018) I have not seen what is due, I can contact them.
