I was asked by these "gentlemen" to contact them by email to "better understand what happened" since the tone of my review "surprised" them, although I have written and explained the situation countless times.
I still wanted to try to contact them, again returning to explain the whole history of the non-refunded tickets, but as I wanted to prove to my email have never even responded.
