Unsolicited caller, tries to act like they are interested in your FSBO listing with a deceptive pitch.
Not happy with their format. Very vague and they try to work on bulk. They promise that this is screened online but in a very general way which is not in an agents favour. Cancelled my subscription after I received my first leads.
Service is worse than realtor.com leads were junk leads. Waisted $306.00 poor quality leads they claim they filter their leads and all is incorrect and inaccurate I asked for a refund 4 days after activating services but unfortunately the denied my refund. To all realtor do not waist your money on this service pay for realtor.com that at least out of 30 leads you can get at least 1 or 2 but with these leads from zBuyer you get 0. I m a very unhappy with their services and they weren t cooperative on refunding my money.
This company showed up with truck and started to take photos of a neighbors home uninvited and unsolicited. They were trespassing and made a ludicrous offer of 50% of market value to the owner.....Please watch out out for these scammers
They offer no phone service, just wants your credit card without answering any questions. Stay away probably a scam.
I found that zbuyer delivered a good source of leads. You have to work the leads to be successful, this is only step 1

Stop giving out my families numbers to strangers! They keep calling my daughters phone and she gets upset! She has autism and it takes awhile to calm her down.i will seek legal action against zbuyer if you keep giving out my families numbers

Harassing solicitors who told me they obtained my information from a "referral partner" in 2008... yet I became an agent in 2017. Then I was told they are allowed to call my phone number on the do not call is because I am a customer, tho they cant provide any record of my email, credit card, or any transactions...
