I went to this officer to run a Maas account. I asked for help from the security. Gulcin hanima directed from the credits section. After waiting half an hour, the gulcin said the lady would help me with impulsive attitude and the intern came. So I've waited half an hour. Then the trainee signed me for 15 minutes. Address printed phone etc. And your card will be delivered to your address in 3 workstations. It's 10 times the card didn't come. I finally called the officer and asked her why. My answer was a comedy. They forgot to ask for an ID, they said you need to come back and give identity. Yes, they do not come to the bank and want to ask for identity and I'm taking the penalty for it. Definitely, but definitely stay away from these amateurs and this branch
