Overall very nice experience with the company. Pay you well on time. Returning clients for their needs are a symbol of their excellent services. Consultants are knowledgeable and expert in their skills. Management is proactive in case of client and employee escalations, listens and put their 100% to eradicate the problem and make a win-win situation for all.

Different teams working on the Commercial, State and Local business and a lot to learn for everyone. Co-workers and the managers are helpful. Every entity has some negatives as no one is perfect but my experience is among the better ones in this company. Overall I recommend this company.

Scam Alert!! This company is a petty thief. They bid for our job on UpWork and wanted $500 advance before starting the work, but since we didn't trust them much, we ended up giving them $200 advance. We have never had to deal with this bad a company before. Zero communication, Zero planning, Zero knowledge of the subject, and most of all Zero Credibility. This is a typical "scam" consulting company. Their proposal was "too good to be true" and our gut was saying it is "too good to be true" and it turned out that way. It was elaborate and we had confirmed many times if they will be able to implement our requirements for the given bid amount. And every time they said "yes". But 5 weeks into the project all we had was a 2 screenshots of design (we probably had around 25 pages to be designed) and $200 dollar stolen from us as an initial deposit (they wanted $500, but we said maximum we will give is $200, which we are most certain we won't be getting a refund). After 3.5 weeks they mentioned there "Developer Quit" and they are willing to go ahead with the design of the website, but when we get to implementation phase they "will see what they can do". We immediately requested our deposit back and said we will be ending the contract due to lack of trust that this project will ever get completed. They ended up outsourcing the project to someone else, but never gave the contractor any initial payment and he was having to ask us to pay him to start the work. This is after we gave Ask IT an advance. But Ask IT weren't willing to share the advance money with the contractor who was actually going to implement the project! At this point (after 5 weeks) forget the timeline, nothing was implemented, not even basic things like header or footer of a webpage. Unbelievable!

We usually left many messages on Skype and Upwork and most of the time they would reply "end of day" and sometimes the next day. We called their offices because of extreme poor communication and someone at their office mentioned the person with the name "Nitin K" does not "exist" or does not even work in the company. I asked to speak with "Akshay Gupta" who owns Ask IT Consulting and the person took our phone number down, but we never received any calls back. It is incomprehensible how Upwork can market these guys as "Rising Talent". Unnecessary to mention, the profiles on UpWork Ask IT Consulting created are not real at all. We noticed the profile picture under "Nitin K" account changed to someone else.

I would stay away giving ANY projects to this company. Instead of creating elaborate Lies and stories, it would be much better if they actually focused on the actual work! We lost some money, but more than that we wasted a LOT of time on them. Extremely poor experience!!

This is an Indian job recruiting company that won't leave me alone. They sent me FOUR e-mails for a position in Odessa, Florida, even though:
1) All of my job profiles say I can't relocate from Orlando. I don't know where Odessa is, but it's not Orlando.

2) My resume has been inactive for more than 6 months, which means I'm not in the job market. So how did they find my resume in the first place?

3) I replied to TWO of their e-mails saying not to contact me and to remove me from their database yet Ajit kumar sent me TWO MORE messages about this same position, even though I already told them TWICE not to contact me.

I now report their e-mails as spam.
