As a new agent I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Get your training if anything and RUN! They are in business to get new agents and not helping them grow. What they care is about charging every month. That s how they keep the place afloat. Invoices keep coming even thou I am no longer with them. The management team is really disorganized and unprofessional. Don t do it, it s a TRAP!

Before you sing with them ask yourself why are they targeting just new agents? Only a quarter of the agents they have are actually producing, and those are in team. As an independent agent you don t have any help unless you sing a contract with the coach. That s they only way you can have answers. And thats a contract for a year.

Our family highly recommends Matt Steves. He is very professional and honest. This is our second time buying with him. He makes the process really easy and always have listened to our concerns and demands.

Hired Keven Fuller at the Keller Williams agency, on Vanderbilt Beach Rd in Naples Florida. I signed with him to list my home, and to be the ageant to find me a new home. Well I found a home without his help. The community did not want me to bring in a realistate ageant into the sale. But I stated if he wasn't part of the sale, I would look elsewhere. When I signed my agreement with Kevin Fuller. He promised to give back 1% of the new home price back to me at my closing. Well Kevin Fuller is not an ageant of his word, and refuses to make good on his promise. He also got a $5000.00 check back from my new community for bringing us in. When they didn't want him. Plus that is on top of his commission. I warn anyone not to use him. Or if you do whatever he says or promises get in writing. I used Kevin Fuller because he was a friend. If he can do this to a friend. I hate to see what he would do to a client he doesn't know.
