Superb service! Italians do it better ) pricey , but perfectly on the budget for local residents of Knightsbridge and Chelsea)) hit the outdoor terrace while the weather holds

My favorite italian restaurant in London, with a very good location and great delicious food, very good ratio quality/price, good location

The experience was flawless. Knowing who ordered what, who was drinking which wine, serving ladies first, combined with prompt and elegant service and not forgetting the delicious food.
Yes it s not cheap; if that is what you want then go Pizza Express, or another budget place.
However, what you pay for is first class & effortless service that delivers a great dining experience. I would recommend for anyone who wants to take clients or other important guests, or to simply indulge.

Good italian experience in London. The food is good but the menu is not very extensive. For starters I would have liked more options. Second courses were ok but nothing to brag about, I've seen better. Deserts were excellent especially the tiramisu. Wine list is extensive with a good selection. Service is good and the personnel is attentive. Location is nice with warm atmosphere. For the conclusion I would say that everything is good except for the food which needs improvement.

Haven't been here for years! Had a really great time! Could have been the company too! Still wonderful after all these years!!!

Made an effort with vegan options, they take it cream, meat etc. No effort to add anything to replace what they take out. Could try harder for a premium establishment

Some people says that Zafferano is not so good as before. I can t agree. Beef carpaccio is really awful and they don t have beef liver as a main course any more (which was my favorite).
But other things is very good.
White truffle pasta is wonderful!
Deserts are magnificent.
Wine list should be upgraded- it s truth.
But you can t find better Italian restaurant with Arabic touch in London

Food, raw materials, ambients are excellent. Service is great. The only drawback today was that white truffle was sliced too thin so the flavor was not captured. In general, a great experience though a bit pricey!

OMG rude staff very poor manners.They made us seat next to the kitchen even if the restaurant was EMPTY AS HELL i asked them to give me a proper seat they refused i told them i am going to be annoyed by the people coming in and out from the kitchen the manager told me its not a fast food lol as you are going to teach me the difference.
THANKS GOOD i went to SIGNOR SASSI ( THE USUAL ) WAYY better would never ever go back again even if i pass by it everyday.

Great set lunch But we added a pasta course in as always Fab .

We had our Christmas party - 14 people. A wonderful night - the most amazing service, magnificent food and wine.

Excellent quality Italian cuisine. My little boy told me he loved the steak that was so tender it melted in his mouth. The dishes with truffle are generous and delicious.
I'm vegetarian and there is lots of choice with great, fresh ingredients.
The service is impeccable, if a bit formal.

I quite enjoyed Zafferano. It seems genuine. Food is nice. Service is good. Having said that, it was nothing amazing for the price charged. I had a linguine with lobster. It was an honest dish and it tasted good. But nothing special. Same More

This is a good example of how you can spend quite a lot of money for food that isn't good and made with low quality ingredients. Just because some people don't know what is good food and give them a good rating.
Vitello tonato : nothing special
White truffle pasta : not even good
Cotoletta : dry and thin
Tiramisu : more like a cream...
Also wines are priced very high, probably around 5 to 7 times retail prices.
I would not recommend this place, there are better Italian restaurants in London.

Milanese beef is great to try and desert is fantastic too.

Italian taste and flavours in their best expression. Excellent service, blending Mediterranean warmth and professionalism, fantastic range of options in the menu and great winelist.

A bit on the higher price range but worth every penny if you do not wish to compromise on what Italian cuisine should be like.

i was working there, and the food is like fast food but with good aspect,everithing is so expensive and they pay the minimoum to his hard workers, one pound burguer in mc dondls is a hundrer times better,

Wonderful restaurant. This is definitely my first choice when it comes to quality meals and a nice evening. The prices are a little high but are definitely worth it. The place is classy and the food is truly amazing. I highly recommend the restaurant to everyone who wants to have a great time and have a classic Italian dinner.

Amazing Italian place. The prices are a tad high but this is one of the restaurants where you actually get what you pay for. The food is HA-mazing and I can feel the Italian spirit coming out of every pizza.

Service and food out of this world! Went to Zafferano to celebrate my wife's birthday and the staff really went out of their way to make it special. They created a plate with some biscuits and cake at no cost plus offered a couple of glasses of wine on the house! Awesome restaurant and definitely the best Italian we've had. The truffle pasta and lobster linguine was super! 100% recommend.

Fantastic authentic Italian restaurant. The food was to die for and the perfect portions as well; you felt satisfied but left you wanting more. The singing waiter was a unique touch as well, we loved that. The venue itself was nice and cozy, a little small but made it feel more intimate.

If you enjoy Italian cuisine, there's hardly a better place to eat. I've eaten here on numerous occasions over an extended period of time and they are never a disappointment. Being a West Indian who's work takes me to and through London regularly, I'm always looking forward to my next meal at Zafferano.

The food is expensive and does not have flavour or taste.

It is a starred restaurant, Italian, in the heart of London, very appreciated and known, where they serve dishes from our kitchen, revisited in a particular and pleasant way, good quality and preparation of the dishes and the choice of wines. The staff is courteous, kind, prepared. The presence of compatriots is pleasant among them. Booking is recommended.

So impressive, hit like to Linguine w Lobster, chilli and fresh tomato.

Authentic Italian cuisine with quality ingredients, none of those tacky Americanized versions were to be found here. Highly recommend the risotto alla milanese, will be coming back for osso bucco and cutlet. Great, attentive service as well.

I went to this restaurant for a special occasion. I liked the competence of the staff although they were a little slow. The food was excellent and well-prepared. On the whole I was satisfied with my experience of Zafferano.
