Upscale restaurant, professional staff, welcoming. Surprising and unconventional dishes. Desserts are great. It is worth booking a spot on the balcony.

Lots of atmosphere and impeccable service. Not a cheap restaurant but certainly worth while.

It does not deserve all the five stars because the location is magnificent, but I only tested the kitchen on the occasion of a baptism where the menu was already decided and I didn't like some choices like amatriciana cappelletti.
But I'll come back to try it by myself.

We frequent this place 25 years ago, never the slightest disappointment, impeccable wine and service, unique location in the world, having dinner in the summer at a couple of Matri from the temple of Vesta and with a view of Villa Gregoriana is priceless.

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively around the world, I regard Sibilla as my favorite restaurant of all.

Excellent, even if "tourist" (in the sense that it is always full), the place is particular, very beautiful, with a view of the Sibyl temple. Characteristic.

If you are a vegan, you will be able to enjoy the chef's ability to adapt the dishes to your taste. High quality raw materials and professional creativity will gratify you. The quinoa salad is excellent (although I would have liked a little more ketchup sauce) and the penne with asparagus. Friendly and customer-focused service. What about the location? There are no words, the best !!!!

The perfect place to have dinner after a day of exploring beautiful Tivoli. Go around 7:30pm when they open to watch the sun go down. The chef's menu is very reasonable, for $25 you get a 3 course meal! Also, must order the 7 course appetizer, beautifully displayed.

It is a beautiful place, there are several trails with waterfalls (I did not make the way, for my little one, but the rest of the family loved it), there are gluten-free food options, the food is fine. I found it quite expensive.

No, we're not there ... after a long time I came back to this restaurant with my partner and as an old (enthusiastic) customer I was, I really changed my mind. Increased and exorbitant prices (already they were not light but appropriate to the place it deserves outside). Service: apart from a very kind and capable guy, the other waiters are quite unprepared on the menu (they don't even know what's on some dishes.), So much so that I find myself a starter paid exactly twice as much as I remembered and not at all satisfying, and to have a fettuccine with porcini cream yes, but with the Nuts that hadn't been told ... And if we had been allergic? I don't give less stars just because the quality of the food is quite good. Never again.

The food was good but the views are better. Where else are you going to have lunch within 10 feet of an ancient Roman temple? Come here on a nice sunny day and sit outside.

Fantastic restaurant reachable both by road and in the end of the visit to the FAI Park of VILLA GREGORIANA. Revisiting of typical dishes associated with an environment absolutely full of history make this place a must see. The price-performance ratio is good. I highly recommend trying it out. The most italian restaurant I've ever been at. This place was magical. The view was amazing to say the least - looking over waterfalls and farming greenery. Also on the property are ancient ruin temples from 100 B.C!

The food was excellent. Anything you get is delicious - you can't go wrong here. And of course the wine, olive oil, and balsamic are to die for. Overall this place left a very good impression and it's a place I will not forget.

Oh and this restaurant is older than the U.S.A.

First restaurant I tried in the city, I walked to get there and they just said it was full and refused the receive me. In this case I was expecting a waiting room or something.
Luckily I went to another very very good restaurant in the city and enjoyed the night
