I contacted Brighter Image several years ago. I received my impression kit, and my new lower veneers with a surprisingly quick turnaround time. Well, my dog got ahold if them...and I find myself needing another set. With the excellent customer service I received the first time, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
