My contact with Mr. Chris Pidgeon was nothing less than spectacular. I was amazed by his care and attention to detail during the whole process. I would say choose Brighter Image Labs because of great people like this guy. I mean the staff was all great but this guy was especially helpful to me. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! :) :)
