Josh was early for the appointment for our air conditioning service. He was very friendly and happy to help. We needed the coil cleaned and he directed me to the website to print a $50 coupon. This saved us money on the service needed. I appreciated this because our son just had surgery and we have had many medical expenses! YES is very lucky to have such a happy technician working for them. The coil was cleaned and he was on his way before the window of service was over.
