Wanted to share an experience I had with YES... I have my service done twice a year for heater and A/C, not to mention Water Heater. This years Heat Service was a bit of a challenge.... The first service tech came in checked the furnace out and made a decision that the Heat Exchanger was rusted and could leak fumes at anytime. He showed me a video, couldn't tell what it was and that I needed replace it (whole system) that wasn't in my financial plan. Called YES and spoke with a John, he assured me he would get in touch with the tech... well we lost some communication there, but in the end Bill and Josh were sent back. I crawled into the attic space with them this time. Bill was a great help and took some great pics that made sense to me! Took the blower out crawled into the unit. Long story short... he identified some hot spots but no rust or damage. I would like to see Bill C back for the A/C check in 6 months not to mention the Heat Check next year! Thanks Bill and Josh...
