We got ourselves into an awful situation with a small pool builder and Andre happened to be working on our next door neighbor's new pool at the very same time. We asked for his information and he didn't hesitate to help us. He came over, took a look at the area, talked to me about everything and gave me a quote. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works downtown and is rarely able to handle these situations. Andre listened to our situation, calmly discussed options for us and told us he would be able to get pavers in just a few weeks. This was during the summer months when contractors were quoting months for pavers to be delivered and at a higher price then Andre gave us. Pavers arrived exactly when he told us they would, his guys showed up the next day and worked like a well oiled machine. I was in our home watching, biting my nails nervously because SO many things went wrong before we were blessed to find awesome contractors who finished our pool. AFTER I paid the final payment, Andre texted me a day or two later and said he wanted to come check the pavers out because he didn't like how a few of them looked in one corner. What contractor calls you after he is paid to come back out and do MORE work!?!? No One!! Not in this market!! I refer him to all our friends and we will never forget him coming to our rescue to help us out when he absolutely could have just looked the other way.
