Sad. My company has been trying for weeks to get someone to help resolve an issue affecting several Yahoo! customers. Yahoo! is blocking legitimate e-mail notifications that our mutual customers have requested from us. Their support refuses to help or escalate. Support requests to Yahoo! via form submission and e-mail go unanswered.
How big does a company have to be before it has the luxury of completely ignoring customers needs and requests for support?
