Love their e-mail service and search engine. Reminds me of AOL. Weren t they just bought by Verizon? Anyways, gives you that early search engine feeling.

I have had a yahoo email address for over 15 years and it has been hacked from Hong Kong three times in three weeks as they have been breaking passwords each time I have reset it.

I have never called yahoo before and in the process the response I got was "Would you like to reset your password?" - No Darwin I wish to have all of my identity related information mined so credit may be established by someone else in my name.

Yahoo, you are a disgrace to internet service companies, your disregard to having a two or three level password system is absolute BS. It is clear that you have no intention of doing anything about this and the apathy of your customer service call center is less than professional.

Never again will I do business with you at any level for any product.
