Xsight Films Review

I have worked with the XSIGHT team for many years in several projects as an editorial stylist either inside their beautiful studio or out on the field. The company is very organized, professional, creative and I am looking forward to work on more projects with them and referral them for advertising agencies that needs to hire them as a very good production company or people getting married that needs their images to be captured by the talented Nicole Sepulveda and her team.

I recently purchased the Groupon deal for me and my family I hadn't taken family pictures in a couple years. I didn't know what to expect from a $40/1 hr deal, and had never heard of XSIGHT before. But I looked at their website & FB page for previous shoots, and was pleased with their work.

The Folsom location is out of the way for me as I live on the border of Elk Grove in Sacramento. But I definitely picked the right location with the scenery of Folsom as our backdrop.

I had a great experience. Our photographer was Carlos and from the being he was friendly, social and seemed like he wanted to be there. He asked me if there were any places that I liked to go for backdrops and suggested some places. He even joked with my boys which I think made them feel more comfortable for our session. Within our hour session, we were able to get in pictures with 4 outdoor backdrops and 1 indoor shoot.

My families photo viewing was just as good of a experience, because I finally got to see how our pictures looked....and I was pleased with how the photos turned out. The viewing session was very relaxed, Chris played the slide show and we even got to talking about my work as a Graphic Designer. Because Chris got to know of my background with photo editing and photography as well, he gave me my 8x10 on the CD I purchased. Which I thought was great because I could retouch it myself, and wasn't made to feel pressured to get the retouched 8x10 for an additional fee. He was even cool enough to give me the pictures I purchased in raw (Hi-Res) format, since I had worked with them before.

With the Groupon deal being $40/1hr session & a CD of all images taken. As a Graphic Designer I thought that was an absolute steal, but after the shoot I found out that the CD was only for low res/web quality images. I was a little disappointed since I didn't see that noted in terms/conditions of the deal. If I overlooked that then of course that's on me, but I don't think I did. So it's the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars.

We went there for a family shoot . I was leaving the town soon so they did accommodate my request for earlier appointment and also gave reminder calls.On the day of photoshoot , our photographer (Cris) did amazing job. My 4 year old enjoyed the photo shoot so much that even now he gets excited to go to that place.They also scheduled the viewing appointment for me before I left the town.during viewing appointment, Gail guided us and helped us to choose between the photos without being pushy. Overall, our experience was really great with them and we'll definitely use their service next time!!!

I am so impressed with the experience of having my children photographed by Carlos at Xsight photography. He was able to bring out the best in my girls. We immediately warmed to him, as he managed to be both friendly and professional. He has a real knack for working with children, and he had them laughing and posing like pros. The girls were able to be themselves- comfortable and relaxed, maybe even a little wild- allowing him to capture some of the best images I have ever seen of the two of them together. Their fiery dynamic came through in so many shots; it was hard to pick a favorite. And the solo shots highlighted each girl's unique beauty and allowed their individuality to shine through- giving each one the opportunity to really see themselves as special and stunning. I am not qualified to speak to the art of each piece, but I have to say, even to my untrained eye, I was impressed by his use of the light and scenery to enhance each shot and create portraits that feel more like art than just family pictures. Thanks Carlos!!!

XSiGHT did a phenomenal job on executing on our vision and creative direction for an important commercial on a truncated timeline. As we were not able to be there on sight for the filming, we trusted them to carry through and make creative judgement calls during both production and post-production for a pretty amazing final product. We'll definitely work with them again if/when the need arises!

Keep it short and simple, hands down the highest quality of photographic services in the greater sacramento area.

I only became aware of XSight through the Groupon that they offered. Due to health concerns, my Groupon for four sessions expired before I could get an appointment, but when I called and explained what happened, XSight accommodated me and let me have at least one of the sessions. It was still a great deal for one shoot at $49! Old Town Folsom is a great place to take shots, and Carlos really knew what he was doing and knew where to go to get the best pictures.
The setup for viewing your pictures is to sit on a comfy couch, and see the pictures on a 40" TV. That was much preferred over trying to view them on a computer monitor, as is the case in other places.
Every aspect of this transaction was fantastic.
I have two sisters who have also used XSight, and they had wonderful experiences as well. One sister had her whole family dressed up for pictures, arrived at the Folsom location, and then realized that when she booked the appointment, she booked it at the Sacramento location. The Folsom staff were understanding and fit them in. Both sisters had Chris shoot their pictures and they loved him!

Carlos was our photographer. What a great experience since we walked in the door. Our first photo shoot and was totally pleased with all around service and diverse photo shots in the Folsom, CA area. Perfect settings, weather was good to us, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Thank you so much for making this opportunity special for us. My family and friends admire our photos. **AWESOME!!

We just got our high resolution disk from Kris at XSight and we are all thrilled with the results! Beautiful lighting and he made us feel really relaxed in front of the camera. He made us smile and captured our personalities. This was no easy task as there were 15 of us from 2 1/2 years to 76 years old.

We came to know about this place from Groupon. For $20, you get a session, a 8x10 print and a disc with all the pictures from the photo-session, but keep in mind - these are not for printing as they are low resolution and also, they have the studio name in the left corner. You do need to schedule a follow-up appointment for the photo-viewing. But for the price I paid, It is a very amazing deal.

XSight has their studios in Sacramento as well as Folsom. We were photographed at the Folsom location by Cris who is a very nice person in addition to being a great photographer. We were very comfortable with him. Our photo-viewing session was with Gail who seems to be a very sweet lady. We ended up buying a package looking at the great pictures for which she did make some suggestions for the best pics.

Overall, I am really satisfied and would highly recommend this place. I myself would go again next year for another photo-shoot.

After visiting their studios and seeing the stunning photographs I would highly recommend xSight photography for your Sacramento wedding photographers.

We used Chris from Xsight for my daughter's senior portraits and so glad we did. He had her bring in 6 outfits and helped her choose three for varied images then took us to around Old Town for different backgrounds based on the outfits. Pictures turned out beautiful, so glad we chose this photographer. He was very patient and great to work with. Highly recommend!

We used X-Sight for our wedding photographers. We had a pretty non-traditional wedding (costume theme) and they were over top willing to accommodate us. The team (Nicole, Vern, Carlos, & Jeff) were "The Dream Team". They were prompt, efficient, kind, hilarious, and genuine. It was so great to have our engagement and wedding photos/videos taken by them. We got a sneak peek at one of our photos (below) and are over the moon about what is to come. They pulled out all the stops to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. So grateful to have had them at our wedding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Xsight has done my Family portraits, my sons Sr. Photos and my personal photos. I can't say this enough but I LOVE them so much. They are amazing..

Excellent studio and super friendly staff. Shooting there was a pleasure and would highly recommend it for professional or amateur use. The location is great, studio rooms were well maintained and diverse. Abundant array of available flashes, stands and backdrops. Scheduling was quick and easy. The only tricky thing was parking but it was not that big of a deal.
