Overall organizations DNA seems good, but , not effective, career guidance missing, no effective opportunity, but traded better in last transition.

I have been working in the company since 1 year.

Pros:-
1) Good Management.
2) Best work culture to work
3) Good Pay
4) Onsite opportunity
5) Manager is good to motivate you always
6) Must join ( Fresher's & Experienced as well)

Cons:-
Till not found

Process are of temporary nature any time you have to leave .

This review specially for Backoffice (Compex Fax ). They treated as you are slave or worker not employee.Shift timing is 8 am - 5 pm but most of time you have to work till 6 pm or above and no over time charges. Mostly Saturday is working and no incentive . Company not follow ethics and professionalism you have to work on voting day also. Team leaders get promotion on this kind of exploitation of workers. Target have no sense you have complete 80 faxes per day. Attitude towards workers ( employees ) is only work and work with no leaves ,no incentive) So my humble request to those are join this company as backoffice executive don't waste your time here try some better companies.So moral is that company not deserve even one star also.

Company infrastructure is not very big but still IT cubes one of the leading KPO and BPO.

Most disappointing interview as it happened with me twice first time HR manager told me will give 30k + salary after the interview they giving 15k on a experience of 10 years. Later again second time everything went good in interviews also told will give me around 30k again no courtesy on the profile of 11 years of experience saying will give 24k with no hike. People here will just fool you and will be rude with you at the time of interview showing the candidates need job and have to work according to them. Not even worth a star.

I worked at ITCube for a couple years in a few different teams. My colleagues were very open to new ideas, new approaches of doing things & supportive of any issues I might encounter while doing my job. A great learning environment & I loved the atmosphere at work. After all, it's all about the PEOPLE you work with; & CARING about the EMPLOYEES & the CLIENTS is ITCube's biggest strength.

Good company and processes set. You have work flexibility and other benefits. Company gives exposure to its employees towards technology as well as client learnings. Overall good to work with company.

The people here are very nice and friendly i was gone their for interview it was quite good but didn't got selected the only thing was they made us wait for a long time otherwise the staff is very good here keep it up

CEO is very supportive and he encourage employees to work on new technology's/ frameworks.

If you really want to ruin your career than go ahead. This is worst company to i have ever seen into my entire life. There is full of negative environment. No professionalism, bad environment, demotivated people, bad attitude, arrogant and so on.... They will demand lot of work from you guys and they will paid chillar amount. They will never focus on your good work, they will always give you a fake n meaningless promises. They will commit you for good appraisal as well as for the better opportunities but you will never get mark my word because there where lots of morons people are there n they will drag you down. And the worst part about it cube is management people, they have no idea about any process and they are leading the process as a team lead, group lead, manager and so on... They will treat you like a slave. I have worked almost 3 years into this company and this is the real and honest review about this company. I was in rainmaker process n my designation was there for group lead and i know very well about this company. There is one process that we called VSM, there is two members in VSM n both are .... Avoid compex, rainmaker, vsm process.

Very bad experience in ITC .It's completely target based job. Saturday is working day. No OT incentive, extra work load.managemet poor coordination.

This review is specifically about the US voice process. I wish I could give it a negative rating, that's how pathetic the process manager and the so called "quality manager" is - full of arrogance and ego of being a manager. When cross questioned, he doesn't even have a proper answer and then starts making an excuse of "I'll talk to the client and let you know" and doesn't let you know anything later. He's not concerned about helping you improve your quality, he'll instead say, "I'll log you out and make you sit outside throughout the shift".

No option to take a medical leave. The only option to take any leave is by working double shifts and covering the login hours. If that's the case, what's the use of the term "paid leaves"?

You don't feel well while at work and there's a need to go home and rest, you'll be given a break of 15 minutes, it's like a favour they do on you. That's how bad it is.

When you put down your papers, make sure that you ask for their excuses of not accepting your resignation in written. The primary excuse is "we need to update head count and send it to the client, we can't accept your resignation", so practically you don't get to decide when to resign, they do; and even if they do accept your resignation they'll start playing dirty politics.

All in all, -

Superb experience working over here... Excellent organization to work ... Supportive team and senior management. Work life balance certainly taken into consideration

Good employees, but I think closed at Sukhsagar now.
