In my experience, terrible customer service: they do not offer refunds, and they don't tell you this when you make the purchase. I'd much rather shop at the numerous other locally owned stores around Victoria and Vancouver that also happen to carry the same brands.
Love that I can shop here in good conscience, knowing my clothes are ethically made and good for the environment.

i love the store. Amazing customer service. My friend and I visited this shop and bought outfits that quickly became our favourites to wear. They were so comfortable.High quality and good price!
So happy a store like this exists! They obviously care about what brands to carry ethically (I care about that!) but I always find something that is cool and looks great. (I care about that, too!)
Any time I've been in they are always friendly and helpful - no attitude what- -so-ever, which is great!
I also love that I'm getting something unique, in a locally owned store. I own a small Canadian company as well and it just feels better to shop this way!!
