Awful location. Stay clear. They use COVID was a way to make an excuse for their lack of assistance and awful
Customer service. The rooms are kinda clean, the AC units won t work below 72 degrees. No one comes to clean the room and they have no vending/water or anything that you can sustain living. They charge for their bottled water. You have to go down to the Lobby to get everything. You would they they would have someone that goes on the floor to compensate for them doing nothing but sitting. Literally I had to leave my room for everything and they offered absolutely nothing. The bed is so soft to the point where you can t even sleep in them. The sofa was the best part of this awful experience.

They need to rebuild the core of this team because it s clear they are either tired or over the job or just awful employees.

Quiet but busy, accessible, and spacious hotel. Coffee and tea provided in the room. The view over west Philadelphia was incredible. However, it would have been nice for breakfast to be included - it was a la carte from the lobby. (We opted for baked goods 10 minutes' walk away in Chinatown.) Overall, nice hotel with no surprises or hiccups.

Had a Best Buy event here, and they served cold meals which were good. They made a rookie mistake though. They kept the mayo at room temperature with no ice under it. Everyone got sick who ate the mayo, so poorly well done 201.

THE HOTEL IS IN BAD CONDITIONS, THE CARPETS ARE WITH FOLDED, STAINED FOLDS AND THE CARPET OF THE DIRTY AND DECORATED STAINED HALL. VERY NICE VIEW BUT THE ATTENTION OF EVERY STAFF IS PESIMA. IT IS NOT WHAT THEY SEE IN THE INTERNET PHOTOS.

I didn't stay at the hotel but attended a social event. I thought the staff were very professional and attentive. Also, the space to pull off the event took place in a large room which was perfect.

Not very clean. Pretzel and pill under vanity. Toilet paper scraps on floor. Bathroom had old leak in ceiling that had been hastily patched and was damaged again. Hallways were also very dirty and falling apart. Staff was friendly And helpful though.

The people in the front desk have been some of the kindest and most helpful I've seen in the area. The parking garage could use more lighting the second floor is quite dark and kinda creepy to walk in even in the daytime. The room was pretty good. Looks very clean as an overview but if you check closely you can see the faults. There was a total of 8 towels in the bathroom, 4 of those were stained with God knows what. Both washrags a large towel and one medium size one. The table had a glass top that was filthy and grimy. Also unattached to the table itself, my fiance almost knocked it off by accident. Apart from that it wasn't too bad, we did get a good deal on the room. The actual location of the hotel is great.

This hotel is horrible the customer service is horrible well the hotel manager kate or katie is ignorant and arrogant and dont know how to talk to people. They charge all that money and the beds not even queen size

Please do not have a sick child and need medication out of the gift shop at 11:01 pm they just shake there head and say no.
Front desk just says sorry they close at 11pm. Offered to pay cash as to not mess up their counting but no nothing.
By the way. The food is horrible and the service in the restaurant is horrible. No refills on drinks. Basically have to,get those yourself. And you have to,get the bartender to give you silverware because the waitresses never bring it. Also maintenance comes by at 9pm wanting to check and see if you have a new phone or old phone.
They had anice manager who, spoke with us Friday. Wish i could get ahold,of him.

My stay at the Sheraton in downtown Philly was a nightmare.

The location and staff were the only positives in my stay.

The hotel is overpriced in comparison to its neighborhood competitors especially considering the lack of free amenities. The parking is also higher than several local competitors.

The hotel is outdated and a bit warn out. It is especially poor quality for a Sheraton. We had to Check-out just a few short hours after Check-in because the room was filthy and we found blood on a pillow case.

This is a nice hotel, but our room was terrible. The carpet was old, dirty and had many lumps. The mattress was horrible. Shaped like a bowl and full of springs. I'm sure it was 20 years old. For the cost of a night, I would never stay here. I got up in the middle of the night and slept on the couch for a while.

The mattress cover had drops of blood and red hair was all over the room floor. It was a long wait to speak to receptionist because 2 other people in front of me had complaints regarding their bill, so I did self check out and left. Would not stay there again

The rooms desperately need renovation and furniture updating. The food in a bar/ restaurant was horrible. As I a loyalty club member, I did not get any special treatment. Good central location.

Hotel was awesome, got to stay on the 20th floor and the view was awesome. Was clean on arrival and even though our room wasn't ready to check in early, the hotel staff watched my luggage while I went around the city until it was prepared.

The lobby of this Sheraton was pretty decent, but once we got in the room it was all downhill. There was a quarter inch layer of dust on the windowsill, and that's after moving the stained and almost moldy curtain out if the way. There was standing water in the bathroom floor and the A/C smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The floor also felt like the carpet wasn't nailed down and was partially damp. I felt like I needed a shower after staying here and will avoid coming back anytime soon.

I've never had a worse experience at a hotel before.
It started with booking a room with a king bed and upon arrival and actually being downgraded to a room with two full beds and paying the same price. When I asked why... they stated they over booked themselves and stated it happens almost every weekend. My boyfriend and I were comped a free breakfast, which was nice, but did not fix the problem.
We headed up to the room and realizing not one, but both beds were broken. The heater was broken as well- it made horrible noises that woke us up numerous times during the night. When we asked for a different room, guest services said no because they were booked. There was trash left in the halls that was there our entire stay.
When checking out the front desk coordinator asked how our stay was and I told him the truth. He gave me the bill and it was more than what was initially told to me. He then called over a manager who jokingly stated there was a PITA (pain in the a**) charge. I've never been treated with such disrespect from a customer service representative.
All that being said, when we arrived to the hotel we had our car valeted through the hotel service. Before we got out of the car we checked mileage (common practice when having a car valeted) and took a photo of the mileage. The valet did not know how to drive stick shift and asked how to drive it. Fast forward to the next day. Our car was retrieved and the second we opened the doors the car REEKED of weed. We checked the mileage and 10 miles were put on the car. Needless to say we filed a complaint with the valet company. The valet worker told us we would be hearing from the owner that night or the next morning. We never heard from him. This is 3 days later and my car still smells horrible.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Our entire weekend was ruined because of this.

Overall it's a nice hotel, but the elevators are slow (you may have to wait several minutes for a crowded elevator) and they're loud. Don't get a room near the elevators or you will hear them all night.

Sassy concierge. Rude guest services when I called to inform them that my room didn t have any washcloths upon check in. Excessive noise during stay. They put the younger crowd together on certain higher up floors. The cleaning needs to be conducive since COVID is still prevalent.

Nothing about our stay was up to expectations, and I would not recommend anyone stays here due to my experience: I had a party of 8 people getting ready for a wedding under a wedding block.
1. Neither room was ready at 3:00. After much pushing, one room became available close to 4:00, so 8 people were getting ready for a wedding out of one room.
2. We received the room number for our second room close to 4:30. Upon inspection, this room had one bed when our reservation was for two full beds for four people. We were eventually given another room close to 5:00 when we departed for the wedding.
3. The front desk had no knowledge of welcome bags which I took part in delivering the day before (12/13). Upon check-out and insisting there were welcome bags, someone at the front desk finally decided to look for the bags and found them.
4. Our rooms had no hot water.

After these issues, I spoke with the manager, Steven, on 12/16. Steven promised us a 50% comp on our reservation of two rooms, which would total $254.83. Steven said this would show up in 5-7 business days and he would send an email to the email on file regarding the new total. Steven never sent an email.

On 12/17, I called to follow up at 4:45. I spoke with Mika, who said she saw something going to accounting for our reservation but did not have access to the details from my conversation with Steven. She said our refund would show up in 3-5 business days.

On 12/22, with no email about the refund and no refund to our bank account, I called and spoke with Steven at 10:44 pm. Steven claimed to have no knowledge of our conversation on 12/16, saw no notes on our reservations per our conversation, and saw nothing going to accounting, but said he would check and email the information from our conversation that night to the email address on file. He never sent any email.

Finally, after I called accounting directly, Amanda was able to resolve this issue for us. She was the only person willing to go above and beyond and investigate why the managers were not putting our refund through. On 12/25, our refund hit. If it weren't for Amanda, I do not think we ever would have gotten our refund, and she is the only bright spot in a very frustrating customer service experience.

Highly unrecommended - started from unfreindly helpdesk, through to dirty and smelly interiors. Parties late at night on the floor, and security sent only after second phone call to reception - security came knocking to ...my room! No compensation was offered, not even covering a taxi to the train station. Instead - attitude, dirt and bed bugs (Yes!!!!! I had a few bites!!!!).
One star is for location only.

Older hotel in need of a refresh. Inside was kind of dark and un-inviting. But the could be because I'm used to the hotels in South Florida.

Don't let them oversell you on amenities. I received access to the club room but it wasn't worth the upgrade charge. The only thing that made it worth wild was the attendant, she was super nice. Happy hour was good, but Breakfast in the club room was a complete joke... Could have stayed sleep.

Is definitely in the middle of the city. You could either walk or take an uber with limited effort or cost.

Made a reservation for my parents months in advance, when we booked the hotel they advertised basic amenities such as free WiFi , fridge and microwave. When we arrived at the hotel everything was missing the room had no fridge, microwave, free WiFi and they even charged for parking. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had especially being that it's a Sheraton Hotel. Hotel manager had no resolution for us; offered us a mini cooler for our inconvenience.

Truly a lousy SPG property. My first room had water damage in the restroom and stunk like mold. The rest of the room had odd stains all over the carpet. My second room was passable but I look forward to hopefully never staying at this hotel again.

Decide to have do a family over night trip in Philly. The best thing about this hotel is the location and the staff was nice. As soon as we got off the elevator there was an odor. The room was not properly cleaned and the rug in the room needs to be replaced. Parking was $50. I would not stay again
