Was here for New Years. I can only say good things about it. The food atmosphere and entertainment was awesome !!!

Excellent service. Very nice Place. The Bartender Bill was Excellent. He was cordial, kind, professional. He was especially great at remembering the customers drink orders at each visit to his area....He made everyone feel special. Charles was a great waiter too...wonderful personality!

I've been to the Mansion on Main once with a few more events booked here through 2020 and 2021 and I am honestly pumped about it. I even had a couple reschedule their wedding so they could have their wedding here instead of their original venue. The last time I worked here it poured all day and I had a bridal party of like 24 people to capture. Usually doing photos of big bridal parties indoors isn't the easiest while also trying to be creative but the Mansion made that easy on us. This place is gigantic and although there was like 2 other events going on that day we still had PLENTY of space to move around and place all these bridal party members for photos! The rooms are very impressive and the staff did a great job of accommodating this big wedding and bringing the couples vision life! People were seated quickly, meals were out shortly after and they had over 2 hours to party. I remember this day being really relaxed and easy, great communication from the team at the Mansion without being "on top" of us! I can see why so many are enthusiastic abut working with the Mansion on Main :)

The Mansion is fine-looking venue with all the amenities and a great staff. It is fully equipped to meet your needs and desires. You will get a first class experience from the moment you step into the hotel, it is truly amazing. You must plan your events & parties here, its worth.

Unfricken believable the ultimate in a wedding reception

I cannot express how much we loved having our wedding at The Mansion. Every single thing, from the venue tour, communication, working with us on budget, decor, the food, drinks, our wedding ceremony and reception was perfect. We worked with Stacy throughout the whole process and she was great! She always made sure we were on track but never stressed. She made things very easy for me. On our wedding day we worked with Kim and Marisol and let me tell you, they are absolutely wonderful. Kim kept everything running smooth and on schedule. Marisol was literally my shadow all day. She was amazing. ANYTHING I needed that day, she was on top of. I wish we could do it all over again!

Easter Brunch was overcrowded poor selection of food. Very disappointed after paying over 100 for 2 people

As a photographer who's shot many events here the "crystal room" (I think that's the name) is by far one of the most beautiful indoor venues I've seen for a wedding or event.

I hosted an event at the mansion and sadly had the worst experience dealing with the unprofessionalism of the sales team (Erin & Olivia). They were condescending and extremely difficult to work with. The contract that I was given did not reflect the conversations I had with them. In other words, my time and menu was completely wrong and when confronted with the issues it took hours to get the problems resolved efficiently. If you have a lot of time and energy to waste, this is the venue for you.

Our guests are still telling us it was the most amazing wedding they have ever attended, and it's been more than two months now. The Mansion really outdid themselves! As a mother of the bride, I know I was a little difficult to deal with for our wedding of 210 guests. We had lots of little details, from favors in different places, to specific signage, to special food requests, to bar changes. The staff, management, and ownership took particular care to see to all of our requests, to meet with us whenever we needed some hand holding, and my daughter's wedding day was an absolute success! Special thanks to Sojourn, who really made our day by managing every detail large or small, and to David our bridal attendant, Jay our maitre'd, and John of the management team. I absolutely, positively would recommend The Mansion on Main Street for any event. We could not have asked for a better day. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff and management team for a beautiful, well-run wedding!

Our wedding was magnificent! Everything was perfect! Samantha Serekin was absolutely wonderful and supportive through the whole process. She was beyond amazing!!

The only issue I had was the day of when we first got there. I felt it was a disorganized when we had our first look. We told guests 430 to have them come early to seat (plus I have lots of family who always run late). Instead of having them wait in the lobby, people kept coming in and looking in on us getting pictures. I was annoyed that I had to ask the people working there to have people removed. It spoiled that awe factor of having people see me for the first time.

We were on the third floor for the Thanksgiving buffet. We were originally introduced to a waitress who was responsible for bringing our drinks. She was difficult to find the entire time but other waiters and waitresses helped track her down several times and made sure our drinks were brought to us eventually. I believe it was not her fault but that she was being expected to do too much. The live singer was a bit too close to the buffet and made things slightly uncomfortable. The food was very good for the most part. The only things my entire family agreed on being underwhelming were both kinds of stuffing. They were dry, loose, large cubes of bread. They definitely had a difficult time keeping things warm. I had two bites of prime rib and asked for it to be taken away because it was cold. Everything else was just a bit warm, but could have been kept warmer. The one thing that made our experience truly unenjoyable was the lack of any type of enforced dress code. Paying $200+ for four people at a very nice place, we expect to not have to look at inappropriately dressed people while we eat. There was one female in particular in a lace crop top which was much too small. Nobody comes to Thanksgiving dinner at a nice place wanting to see a person's entire stomach while they eat. Personally, I don't think I will return for Thanksgiving, but I believe it's a beautiful venue that has a ton of potential for private parties and weddings.

The hosts and hostesses were not as accommodating as I expected. The food was cold and it took them too long to replenish the buffet!

Had a great time with my family at their brunch. Great entertainment and all in a beautiful setting!

Bridal show was great, but I didn't like the last ballroom we were in because you couldn't see the other side of the room from where we were sitting.

Place was simply beautiful!!! My cousin Gus married his beautiful heart Syreeta there November 10th! Just amazing ambience, atmosphere, food, family & fun! Oh, can I suggest trying a drink from the bar called, Purple Hooch!

Beautiful place. The staff was very helpful and professional. The food was very tasty.

Used this place for my wedding. It was absolutely beautiful. But if I had to go back in time I wouldn't have made this mistake. We had like 3 different coordinators over the course of a year. The coordinator we had in the end I believe was new at it and not very good. We showed up after taking the day off from work for a walkthrough just for there to be an event so we couldn't do the walkthrough anyway. Waste of time and money. Then she did it to us again 2 weeks later. Our wedding planner called ahead to find out. So she would have done it again had our planner not checked. But we already requested the day off anyway. And we live an hour away! Then they changed ownership. NEW OWNER IS A DOUCHBAG. He yelled at my husband and told him we should be grateful because had he not bought the place no one would be having their events so we owe him! My husband cursed him out and put him in his place! The new owner even tried to get us to sign paperwork stating we couldn't write a bad review because he gave us a discount due to all the time off we were taking for no reason because of this place. He even tried gouging us on our price per guest after giving the discount. So it was like he gave the discount then tried to sneak it back into the price.He tried stating that our original contract had a symbol at the top of the page meaning the price was not concrete. What a scumbag!!! Had to request they clean and replace cracked mirrors. Our ceremony room had cig ashes all over. The ceremony room has a black stage that looks like death not a wedding and this massive arch that is holy hell to decorate. I was also really upset that the pretty backdrop in there couldn't be moved forward as I was told. So my small wedding ceremony looked embarrassingly empty because all the empty chairs. The day before the air conditioning was broken to the ceremony room. It was leaking all over by the door so our guest would be walking through a lake. We requested that be fixed. Then the day of the air conditioning broke in my main reception room. All my guests complained of the heat. I had to spend alot of my wedding in the cocktail hour room cooling down. Then my brother with CF got really sick from the heat and had to leave to get emergency treatments. The only thing great I have to say is the food is phenomenal. And the staff that helps the day of is absolutely amazing. I had Sojourn and Emmy. They were the best. But if I had to choose all over again I wouldn't have chosen a different place.

Very beautiful grounds! The interior was exquisitely designed and accommodated a large group of 100 people per ball room. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with a desert change due to an allergy. Great venue! Clean and polished establishment and fairly easy to navigate to.

Was not pleased with my experience here. I came for a wedding and the venue was beautiful but the service not so great. Was not satisfied with the quality of the food and the staff seemed annoyed when I sent my dish back.

I had bunch with a friend today ,and I enjoyed the food .and it was my first time there.

Food display could have been way more appealing , just my opinion Bartender wasn't very knowledgeable about what he was pouring...But on a better note Bathrooms are Pretty and Clean, Great Job "Housekeeping"

Have been here a handful of times for business meetings. It s always a pleasure visiting and the staff is very friendly. Beautiful venue.

The Masion is a beautiful place. The food was delicious, there also was live entertainment. We had a server, Frank, who was not being as attentive as he should have to our group. Once we let management know they immediately took care of the situation and got us another server. Overall we had a great time.

Had my wedding there this weekend. Tried to handle it professionally with Amy but that didn t work. So I ll let you guys know the truth. One place was hot is hell that my flowers died! Amy tried saying someone left a door open They tell you open bar but don't allow shots. Well majority of the drinks are watered down. Stacy is ignorant and caught her talking to one of my guest rude smh. But i will say the food was good so good job to the chef. David and Centhia did an amazing job.

The new proprietors are doing an excellent job with catering and the service they provide. Would definitely concider thos place for future events.

Beautiful venue but terrible customer service - more specifically Sammi- Jo Danze, the social coordinator. She was so rude, it was disturbing. I would not recommend this venue, if you have to work with this woman.

Usually beautiful venue. Last visit liner around water sticking out ugly ruining water view pics. Late night is a mess with poorly marked parking enter and exit areas. No proper flow. Traffic jam.

Still beautiful, staff is still competent, attentive and professional. The property just needs a little TLC, and the quality and selection of foods needs a little boost but in summary, I'd still recommend this place for your next special event. Just make sure you ASK for what you need ahead of the event if it's a special request outside of the norm. Do not assume they will have specialty items last minute. Also, you might want to be specific with regards to the type of coffee you want should your event call for it. Their house coffee was sub-par but don't let that be a reflection of their overall service as it was very good.

Here for a conference. They ran out of food, seats & silverware. Had to wait for more food to come out at lunch & by then all seats were filled. After waiting for people to finish so we could get a seat, we were only given forks because they had no more knives & no napkins. Really?? This large facility that hosts wedding & events can't find any knives or linens anywhere? Then during the dessert break they ran out of dessert. Literally cleaned out, just crumbs on the serving plates. We've been here in the past with Concord Seminars, this is the worst we've seen it! Would not recommend to anyone after this event!! At $185 per person, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I had a confirmed appointment and when I got there no one was there. I called multiple times and emailed many times left voicemails and no one answered back. Even after no one showed up for the appointment I didn t get any calls or emails back apologizing or even rescheduling. Horrible customer service. Communication=zero. Don t waste your time. If they are like this in the beginning image what they will do to you later on.
