Beautiful hotel, incredible helpful and friendly staff, and excellent amenities.

This hotel is a dump. We stayed here last yest for the same conference and in a year they've changed the name.. and done nothing about the stained, wrinkled carpet in every damp room, the horrible lighting on every floor and the long wait at the front desk for anything. If we return to the conference we are at again next year, we will stay somewhere else.

The rooms were nice, spacious, and contemporary. We had an amazing view of the oval and surrounding museums. Short distance to practically everywhere in center city.

Attend a function here, staff was friendly. Hotel fresh and updated.

Great rooms as long as you're on the upper floors, the location is good and the breakfast while pricey will hit the spot.

My stay at Sheraton hotel was quite pleasant. The staff were incredible. The nicest people you will ever meet. From the door man to the receptionist to the waitress, they were unbelievably kind. The fitness centre was also nice. Don't get me started on the view. Beautiful. I can see the city from my room. However, I am giving this 3 stars for several reasons. Firstly, taking a shower was a pain. The water would drastically change temperature midway showering and then it would take 5 minutes at the least to regulate it again. Second of all, the overall cleanliness of the pool and the bathrooms were below satisfactory. I would spend less money on the entrance way and put it towards things like heating and nicer interior for the hotel rooms. The walls could be more insulated, as I could hear the guests next door quite clearly. Other than that, quite a pleasant stay!

Huge hotel which can feel a bit dated in the main lobby, but overall had nice rooms and is generally well situated.

The customer service was terrible. We tried to check in before check in time and were told we would be contacted when the room would be ready. We were never contacted so we waited until the 3pm check in time. We get our room which was supposed to have a king size bed. We get to the room and the bed is a queen or smaller. We complain to the front desk that our reservation should have included a king size bed but they argue that since we booked through a 3rd party website that the bed size is not guaranteed. No effort was made to accommodate our request. The rooms are dirty, outdated, and in need of major renovations. I would never chose to stay at this hotel again for a future visit.

Looks nice enough when you enter, but the rooms are outdated and kind of falling apart.

Love this place. Service was great, everything was top notch.

Comfy bed, but no amenities, really variable temperatures in the shower at all times of day (went from tepid to burning hot) with no warning, explanation. I was here for a conference and the conference rooms were varying temperatures as well - either freezing or really hot. The catering/conference food was pretty mediocre.

I left feeling so dirty each day, the rooms were not the cleanest, the white sheets were stained yellow which is gross and the floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. I would stay down the road. Parking unless you pay so much for valet, is across the street in a garage with some rude attendants. i would look elsewhere!

Horrendous! Do not stay here! I booked with hotwire with hopes that I would get a hotel with all amenties I.e. free WiFi and breakfast but NOPE! They gave me this place. Never been here and on first sight I was impressed but when I got to the room there's a huge contrast from the lobby and that's putting it lightly. No fridge no microwave and old dated funiture and tv. Expensive WiFi to pay per day. Why people would stay here and pay for all of this when it's already expensive just to pay for the room itself is beyond me.

I stayed at Hilton last weekend it was way nicer and had awesome breakfast and free WiFi. Would never stay here again. Marriot/Sheraton should be ashamed of themselves with this place.

This place gets another star just for comfortable beds.

Came all the way from Fl for a volleyball tournament & stayed here. Absolutely disgusting!! Dirty rooms & rude staff!! Old, dirty & outdated decor. This was one of the mattresses in our room & light fixtures in the bathroom that looked like it has never been wiped. Would never, ever recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Rude staff, small beds, double charged for parking, amenities misrepresented, had to fight for the free breakfast and then only 1/2 of wedding guests got provided breakfast

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Upon arrival, after the scheduled 3pm check-in time, and waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was informed that my room was not ready and they had no king rooms available. They also had no idea when the rooms would be available, as the housekeeping staff was behind. The person checking me in was rather rude and did nothing to ease my frustration with not being able to get into the room for which I had prepaid. We had a wedding to attend and had arrived right at check-in on purpose in order to have adequate time to get ready. Over an hour later, after finally being informed my room was ready, the room, specifically the bathroom, was dirty and the towels had holes in them. Finally, when I received my bill, there was an extra parking tax, on top of the already expensive valet parking, which was not advertised anywhere. As a Marriott Bonvoy member who has had great stays in numerous Marriott brand hotels, this was extremely disappointing and by far one of my worst experiences. None of this aligns with what I have come to expect from the Marriott brand and it may make me reconsider what hotel brands I choose to stay with in the future.

Just visited for an social event. The overall experience and appearance of the hotel was great. For our event, have cheese and crackers, breads, cookies and a little mini bar for the guest

At 6pm on a Monday afternoon, they ran out of warm water during a shower.

Great place to stay. If you can request a room with a view of Logan square. Great prices for location.

The hotel for my taste did not meet expectations. I think it's a pity that they do not offer free wifi in the rooms. There is only free wifi in the lobby.
I loved the city but I think I would not repeat the hotel.

They let pets stay with you. The carpet in room is thin and shabby.

Room was fine, clean. But I got in late and tried to take a shower (post midnight) and the hot water ran out within a minute.

The staff are very accommodating and nice but the elevator needs some improvement. The room service quality was good but then they forgot to pick things up. Overall I recommend this place but it still needs some improvement.

liked the location, it took us about 8 blocks (10 mins) of walking to get to Chinatown. and the amenities of the hotel were very good. Although we had issues using the room key for going in and out of the parking garage, the front desk personnel resolved the issue for us by waiving the parking fee.

Key cards were disabled randomly, breakfast was not included one day when it should have been

I have been here multiple times as a guest and to attend a conference held in the ballrooms. I have always found the staff to be highly professional and attentive to my needs both personally and professionally. Additionally, it's hard to beat the views from the upper floors.

Stayed there last year and I'll be returning there tomorrow!

Overall nice hotel, food was decent, though a little pricey. My biggest complaint would have to be how long it takes for the hot water to kick in. I had to leave the shower on high for ten minutes before I got anything hot to come out.

Asked if possible to have 3 rooms together, they stuck one on a different floor. Asked if rooms had mini fridges, said they'd write in to request it, they don't have mini fridges. Asked if they could accommodate my truck to park, can't fit it, want 46.00 a night to park. Rooms are dated and old. Will never stay here again.

The accommodations are pretty standard but they are done well. The heater/AC in the room works and is not too loud. The showers are easy to adjust the temperature the way you want. The faucets work well. The sheets and towels are always clean. The internet works well. There is a plug next to the bed where it should be. There is adequate drawer and closet space. The decor is modern enough. There is a view from the room. There is a restaurant and snack shop on premises. The elevators are reliable. The staff are pleasant. What more can you ask for? It's a good value. You cannot say that about every other hotel in the city. I have tried many of them.

I stayed at the Sheraton for one night on a recent business trip. The staff was all friendly and helpful and my room was a good size for a city hotel. The hotel is definitely starting to show its age and dim hallways, etc. don't help the mood, but I had a decent stay.

I think a fair number of guests will find this hotel on Priceline or Hotwire which is what we did. A large quiet and well run hotel with a few quirks. The card reader on the door to our room took some figuring out, as did the fact that the thermostat on the wall near the bed overrides the ones in the unit. I hadn't noticed that and kept trying to turn the fan on and got nothing to happen. The staff was unfailingly cheerful and helpful and the beds were nice (a little soft for my wife but she likes a REALLY hard bed) breakfast is only included if you pay full price (fair enough) and parking is NOT free. It can run 50 dollars a night. The helpful person when I called beforehand to ask about this told me unprompted about a parking lot across the street that is only 22 dollars a night so you should be aware of that. Otherwise, it's in a fantastic location within walking distance of museums and the whole food food court. Definitely worth staying at and we would stay there again.

The hotel is located in a decent area - a 10 or 15 minute walk to some of the big spots to check out in the city. Which is good, because even though you pay $40 per night for parking, good luck finding a spot for your car. Once you park, try to plan to leave it there so you don't lose your spot. The rooms are less than what I expected. No fridge in the room, the bathroom has no fan, and the internet access seems like it must be paid for even though I signed up for their rewards program when I booked the room so I could get it for free. The one saving grace is the employees. I had car issues on the drive to Philadelphia, and just barely got to the hotel. After a pricey car repair bill, I spoke with someone at the front desk and was able to get the price for parking reduced during my stay. It helped me save a little bit of money and I really appreciated the gesture when they really weren't required to do anything. If you need a room, it will work, but I would look for other places to stay first.

Check in was quick and easy. We had a room overlooking the city with a clean room and great amenities. We spent some time down in the hotel bar and the food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. Overall great experience! Would recommend!

Room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job. No warning about ice machines being down (ongoing renovations so no machines working on floors I tried. Front desk said to just call when I went downstairs.). No info on how to get to the internet (connecting to server was easy, getting to the internet was painful since no posting of the URL was given). Overall three stars because they failed basic customer service. Both of these issues could have been handled easily by competent front desk staff when checking in.

Charming all the staff very friendly the rooms go early to clean and. A rich breakfast in a cozy atmosphere, and with very efficient and quite friendly, and very organized people I thank God first for blessing me at the time of thinking select. this place nice. This is a nice hotel. I had to stay here last minute due to a flight cancellation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even asked if I needed some toiletries, and since I was not expecting to be staying, I needed them. The lobby was nice, large area, great for meeting and hamging out with friends. The rooms were clean, nice views of the city. The rooms were also spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room I stayed in. It would have been nice to have that. The hotel is located in a nice area of the city. I would stay here again. I recommend.

The concierge was helpful and always pleasant. It was a busy weekend, EMS convention but had a great stay. In walking distance of plenty restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is nice and convenient to the Franklin Institute. While the room and lobby were decent the hallways seemed dirty and dismal. All hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a nice room on the SPG floor, but some of the other floors looked like they needed updating. Location is a short walk to Reading terminal market, but it is on the west side compared with most of the tourist attractions.

One of the handles in the bathroom sinks came off in my hand. For the amount of guest we had staying in the hotel and attending g events on their property I think they could have reduced the price of parking.

My experience with Sheraton hotel was pathetic. I wont recommend any body to a hotel like this. I booked a Queen size bed room more than a month ago. The day I went to checkin , they say that all the queen size rooms are occupied and I have to take double bed room which is cheaper than what I paid. If you don t have the room available then you should have not accepted my booking at the time of booking . Why do you have to rob your customers for couple of extra bucks. It is ridiculous. I am not gonna book this hotel in future.
There are two things I can figure out of this. Either you do this to get some extra bucks or somebody would have offered you more money for that room and you would have given that room to the person.

Great downtown location with nice views close to restaurants points of interest and train station. Friendly helpful staff. The carpet in my room was "tired" , I was sure I did not want to walk barefoot.

Shabby, uneven room carpet; damaged desk lamp; no shower volume control; mediocre hot breakfast.

Standing in line for over an hour waiting to be checked in. No bueno!!!! :-(. Self parking was a dungeon with puddles of water. I would not recommend this place.

Because the bed behind the headboard haven't been dust an years I was sneezing like crazy. But other then that it was a nice staff friendly.

Waited outside for some friends who were staying as overnivht guests.

Great staff, responsive to requests, polite, good follow through. There was a slight odor of mildew in bathroom. I could not accept the first room assignment as the odor of mildew was overwhelming. The shower head sprayed as much water up as it did down. Decor was old and tired, a bit shabby. Bed and bed linen were very comfortable. Overall I would say time for a makeover.

The hotel is absolutely aesthetic and amazing but there are some issues with the wifi. The hotel has great rooms and facilities. Amazing location and great staff.

Friday night check in took 2 hours, poor planning considering they knew there would be a huge turnout for check in. Room was clean (IMO the only good thing about my stay) but handling crowds is not their specialty.

This place is terrible. The rooms aren t fully clean. There is no fridge or microwave. The halls and rooms smell bad. My husband and I booked a room for two nights here and when we arrived we found out the pool was closed. We booked this hotel for our son to be able to go in the pool. We spent a lot of money for two nights and could not even get a discount for the pool being closed. We will never stay here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not accommodating, and spending a lot of money on this trashy hotel is not worth it.

Nice hotel bar, rooms need a little updating. The breakfast was good not great. Definitely recommend getting the Starbucks Coffee over the Restaruant coffee but the options were good.

It's conveniently located almost equidistant from museum district and the historic district. It's walking distance from either , if the weather is good and you're willing and able to walk.

Building is aging, tables are all wobbly and unstable. When asked, maintenance shrugged shoulders. $38 for parking but the gate doesn't work so you still have to put 30 min while some garage workers watch you before one feels bad and helps you out...by swiping their card (your card still won't work)

Very friendly staff, excellent location, very nice decor and ambience. We'll definitely be back!
