If I could actually win. I read a review about a customer being discriminated against by a customer but nothing was done. Not cool. We Only go for the crab buffet usually. Restaurants are good.

I love it here! Someone stole my wallet out of my bag, but security was very helpful. Just watch your stuff and your surroundings, especially on the weekends.

Just getting away for a couple of days room is good casino is full of people. We will try the Buffet tonight for the crab legs hope it will be great...

Had a great time and the hotel was great with sanitation and cleanliness during this Covid 19 pandemic.

Toby Keith restaurant was horrible the food was greasy and everything was too spicy. Paid good price for dinners and that was a waste of money. Maybe Toby needs to visit his restaurant and eat his own food..my husband got severe food poisoning from this restaurant had to take him to the emergency room.

Beautiful! Loved the modest mouse show!! Loved the slots I think you guys need more tables or I would have played black jack and roulette but they were too busy! But I really enjoyed it and I used to live in Las Vegas!! Great job guys!

Not a bad place lots of slot machines and a few restaurants inside, only thing is the slots are real tight very few winners.

It's a casino so they're gonna make sure they make their money. I would recommend using your own banks ATM before going here though!! Plenty of games to play, they recently opened up a Smoke Free zone called Reno which would be great for the whole place because the smoke is thick!! Plenty of places to grab a bite, little pricey though

Place is always awesome everytime I go win or lose. Free fountain drinks and smoking throughout the casino, great pool area and staff are always friendly. Never have a problem finding parking spot. Mixed crowd but always friendly if you have questions.

This Casino had amazing staff and the architecture is outstanding! I enjoy myself every time I go but my last visit was a over polluted with smoke, majority of the building is smoking with a small portion being smoke free, it would be more pleasant to navigate around the casino to get food and beverages without being bombarded with cancerous smoke. Fantastic place but it would be even more fantastic and enjoyable if they integrated a new air cleaning system that is spread out in quadrants every so many feet so that the vicinity as a whole could be cleaned, if every casino line had a system in which smoke would dissipate into rather than out into environment.

Having an update like this would bring many new faces to your casino, positive environmental changes and human health conscientiousness is a huge bonus to bringing a better experience to the world.

It was hard to find machines I was familiar with. Only found two. It was very different since my last visit in March. I understand why. Our well being comes first.

Went with a group of 14 for close friends birthday. Everything went off as planned and had no problems with any reservations or anything. Thank you Jessie for taking the time to make sure we had a perfect evening. Dinner at Toby Keith was great, Myst was a blast and everyone enjoyed the rooms. We even had a great time golfing despite the weather. We really appreciate your help making sure our group had a great time. Our friend said it was his best birthday ever. Didn't hurt that we won some money while we were there either!! We love Winstar!!!!

I felt very safe going. They even took your temperature when you walk in. It was clean and fresh.

Wow! This place is encredible! I knew it was a big place but that's an understatement! Tons of fun and tons of machines.

We enjoyed our stay. They are very Covid-conscious. Unfortunately, we didn't win any money this time. We need better payouts, but had fun!!! We will go back.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The food was good and the gambling was a lot of fun. We plan to go back soon.

I absolutely love this casino , it has a trendy crowd , you never get bored walking in circles seeing the same thing time after time , they have classy gift shops lots of places to dine upscale decor . And of course every slot you can imagine , poker tables craps, you name it I'm sure it's there yes I would recommend everyone go check it out .

I've always had fun here. I love the hotel rooms. They are very nice and spacious. I don't always win but that's part of a casino. I always just try to have fun!

I went to play some of the games there. It was clean and a good environment. There was plenty of parking, many different places to est and there were ATM's available around every turn.

Was very full and people were not adhering to 6 ft. Rule

Back open and they have expanded the non-smoking area a bit. You can still smell smoke in New York but it's better than it used to be.

I come here to play poker. Always plenty of 1/2 tables. Never have to wait long for a table (longest I've waited was 20 minutes on a busy Sunday).

Hated the place, there was so much cigarette smoke I became ill. Was not able to enjoy the dinner because of the cigarette fog coming into the restaurant. Very bad experience( NEVER AGAIN)!!!!

Staff was very rude and unprofessional ! They expect me know way around here ! I'm telling them never been to winstar!

Still a good place for fun even with the Covid-19 safety measures.

When we got their in the day the place easy to walk around place I really enjoyed myself the only thing was your buffet was expensive and you only had one line in the buffet and took to long to get the food what I didn't like

The casino and concert venue are beautiful. Everything is clean, well cared for, and high quality. Dealers and other casino staff are professional and friendly. The downside is bets require payment and drinks are really expensive.

Love this Resort! Excellent Accommodations, so clean! Casino is Outstanding, very clean and everyone that works there is friendly! Restaurants are very good and so many to choose from!!

Had an absolutely terrific time! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really liked not having to leave the building to get to each theme. Everything you could need within arms reach! I would highly recommend going at least once.

Covid has ruined this place.

The casino is 100,000 sq feet and on a Tuesday night there are only 2 tables open for blackjack and roulette.

To make things worse, only 3 players can sit at each table game.

This leads to many people sitting and watching...it is sad, this was once a great casino.

Now its all slot machines.

Goodluck sitting at any table games, I will take my gaming to Shreveport I suppose.

Sad day for Oklahoma.

On the weekends there is lots of people.The best time to go is on a weekday during the early time before 5 pm.I play the slots and they usually hit something so you can play with their money.I have been to several Oklahoma casinos and this is one I will continue to go to

Should have an hour in morning and a hour in evening for adults only for pool

Really enjoy staying in the RV Park. We visit the casino every other month we really it.

HUGE! Lots of fun even if you aren't a gambler. Lots to look at and food choices are awesome. We stopped in while on the road. Dropped a total of 40 bucks. From that we won $70 and got complimentary buffets. That's cheaper than dinner out!

My favorite areas are the 360 and London section They are close to the hotel, the swimming pool, the bar and Rotunda restaurant. Everything needed for personal enjoyment and satisfaction. I went to check Rio non-smoking casino area and it is very clean and neat. It is too small and gets too crowded.

It's a awesome place to enjoy the best Quality time of your life !about this casino and resorts is no age limit you can come with your family you can eat there is movie place in here family restaurant it's fun you y'all should try it .

So when I'm in Dallas....I usually drive into Oklahoma....exit 3.....to this nice, huge, clean casino. And usually make a new gambling friend.

Not too may quarter machine. But it was beautiful!!

A mile long with entrances dedicated to international cities such as Madrid, Rome, New York, etc. Many eateries and buffet. Beautiful decor, fountains with water flowing in changing colors. Plenty of slots and other gaming.

Always enjoy going here. Could use a few more restaurants

I was only there for a day, but overall I was very satisfied. I love the overall look and feel of the casino. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to teach you about the games. Great experience.

Awfully busy during the weekends. Massive casino separated into areas with different themes, according to what part of the word you want to be found at any time. Great buffet too

First time ever going to a casino in my entire life, didn't play due to a horoscope telling me don't spend money on the 21st haha, I would say it looks fun but scary because everything is all 50/50 but everything you can think of they have it there! Make sure to check it out if you have the time

Crowded and smoke filled. We still had fun but popular machines (Bejeweled, Big Bang Theory) and table games were booked pretty much the whole time. Parking was ample. Staff friendly. Casino floor clean except in complementary soda areas.

Clean. Everyone is masking. Temp taken at door. Buffett open. Less smoke in air than before covid. It's a very large casino. There is no sign of the more sleazy activities one might see in Vegas.

Great place to go for a few hours or a few days. Lots of options for dining. Friendly staff.

I visited on Saturday. They sent me $115.00 in free play + hotel + buffet. The buffet lines stayed extremely long from 10a to 4p when I left.
You must wear a mask & your temp is taken at the door. There are very few hand sanitizer stations & they are located by the ATM machines.

It was very hot inside. Even though they are open at 50% capacity, a ton of people were there. It was hard to find chairs to sit in since they have removed every other chair associated with every other machine. People played the machines next to you regardless.

Machines were not being wiped down and it was hard to find cleaning staff.

As far as the slots, I overheard people saying that they pay at night & not during the day. I didn't win anything big. The most was $100.00 on a dollar money bag machine.

So because of the heat, poor planning for the buffet, lack of adequate hand sanitizer stations for such a large place and poor payout, I'm giving this place a low rating.

We've been here several times since moving to DFW almost 7 years ago. It's very large and spread out with lots of variety! Specialty gift shops, cigars, hotel, a few bars. Several restaurants on all financial levels.Two pools and a spa by appointment. The bloody mary bar is outstanding! What more could you want?? We were disappointed in the buffet last time we went so only 4 stars.

Love it though they are constantly telling you about wearing a mask even if everyone is its a little much but i still love this place

We had a comp room in the pool tower. It was very clean and comfortable. Valet was maybe a little to helpful since we didn't want the service but ended up getting it anyway. I use a mobility scooter so they thought we needed help. Casino floor was clean and didn't have dirty ash trays anywhere I went. It wouldn't hurt them to loosen up the slot machines some and get points easier. That is why I only gave 4 stars.

Me and my wife often visit the Win Star Casino. We stay overnight 3 to 4 times a year. The rooms are always fresh and clean. The staff is always professional and represent the hotel very well the casino is very large and there's always somebody winning big. Buffet food is very good and Bar drinks are perfect. I give WinStar hotel and casino a 5 star rating.
