I have nothing bad to say about this place, from valet, front desk, and the nice gentleman that took my things to my room. The pool area is awesome! I love this place!

I'd rather drive twice as far and go to Shreveport where there's no ante on table games and free drinks..

Rooms seem a bit pricy. Not enough dealers to open tables up. People standing around wait to play blackjack over an hour.

Always love coming here. Great time with amazing people!

Great time!! Drink stations are NOT self serve, NO table games or bingo yet, however, looks like they are prepared if someone has the b___s to start.

Social distancing isn't in full effect here but they are very strict about masks and temp checks at the door. Let me clarify my "not in full effect" comment... The day before we visited, we were in Las Vegas. "Vegas" turned off every other machine to physically enforce the "6 foot rule". But they weren't as strict with masks as Winstar was. I just mean that if I was at a machine with no mask ("if" I was!) Nobody would say anything. However if I was at a live table, they would. Winstar mandated if you were in the building, mandatory mask anywhere/everywhere.
All in all, I was very pleased with Winstars' forward stance towards this current situation. Truth be told, I made more money in Vegas than I did at Winstar but I really enjoyed having the BACK TO BACK gambling experience/comparison. Especially for my Wifes very first trip to Las Vegas. Good Job Winstar!!! Can we go double or nothing on the $600 I lost on that beautiful digital/live craps table?!? Lol that thing was amazing!! (I did not take a picture of that table #sadface)

I love this place it is a great get away for me and the kids. I am truly grateful for being a VIP it makes a World of difference. I love the North and South Pool towers because I don't smoke. The Casino Tower is great place to stay when you're a all night gambler. The walk is much shorter win or lose!

Lots of games i have never seen before. Clean and employees are very helpful and friendly. Good customer service. This was my first time experience. It reminded me of Las Vegas. I like the way they separated the building from smoking to non smoking. The machines are tight. Overall it was very good.

Uses every precaution for Covid. I felt safe and still welcomed. I have health issues but did not feel worried whatsoever. They are doing a remarkable job.

As Always a great time and friendly staff! Sadly We had to cut our trip short this time due to inclement weather moving in!

First time to be down on the craps table. The dollar ante (To the house)they dollar you to death every time a new number is establish or 7 is thrown. I think its is a little bit ridiculous. Saw a lot of customers handing chips hand to hand to employee at table...

Put on your walking shoes, this place is HUGE. The Casino is definitely 5 star, it's beautiful. There are many restaurants to choose from, Vino's Italian was really good, prepare to wait a while. Mickey Mantle's was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend. We didn't have a reservation and went on a Sunday at lunch. We didn't get to try Kirby's Steakhouse, which is right next to it, which you may need a reservation for. The line for the buffet...whooo. Take a snack because you'll be waiting a long time. Lots of bars as well and there is a non-smoking section but it's all the way at the opposite end of the hotel. This place starts getting pretty packed around 11am on the weekends. As far as the hotel goes... that's why I had to knock a star off. The rooms are pretty basic and lackluster, Firelake Grand Casino has better rooms, this place is about double the price though, if not more. They were clean, and we did get a smoking room. There was no mini fridge. The parking is absolutely nuts if you don't want to use the free valet. Don't do it, just valet. That said, they gave us free drink coupons and some coupons for different restaurants. There are also some high end retail shops inside, be prepared to be hovered over like a shoplifter if you venture into one. Overall we will definitely go back someday, but may stay at a different hotel across the border that's cheaper.

Been 2 times now and we LOVE it! Great payout on slot, we have actually left UP both times! We like to go early hours though, seems to payout best. Would like to get a free room on a night other than Sun - Wed though!! I definitely recommend if u like slots though!! This definitely is the LARGEST CASINO IN THE WORLD!!

Visited on Saturday night and was extremely crowded. Did not observe anyone winning any large monies. Great crowd watching place.

Who doesn't love to play the games there. Always have a good time.

I was thoroughly disgusted with my Winstar experience! I didn't win anything at all and there was some weird girl harassing us the whole time!!

Very large facilities, everything is clean and a friendly staff, plenty of things to do and places to eat, valet parking at the hotel and free internet service in the room. The only reason i did not give it a 5 star is to much smoking in there, reaps of smoke as you enter the casino, sorry i do not smoke. The table games, i was told charges $1 per game and if you are use to other casinos they give free drinks while you are playing, there are complimentary coffee and sodas. Overall very nice place, i don't think i will make it a habit to come here.

Saw Hall and Oates there... Great place great time I'll be back

I HAD A BALL!!!! I was there for a day trip and it was a blast. I will admit that I started feeling over stimulation from all the lights, bells, and dings. I was glad to have some blue light blocking glasses with me. My only disappointment was that by enlarge smoking is allowed. I'm a former smoker so I got a little sick over the variety of cigarettes and cigars. There is a small non-smoking area but the game i gravitated too was not in there. Play smart. Have fun. Watch your surroundings because squatters are looking. That said, I did not feel unsafe. I ate from Panda Express for times sake but I hope to try other restaurants in the future. I live in the Austin TX area so the it was only a 4hr drive to this part of OKLAHOMA. Well worth the ride to get out of town for a few thrills. Oh and let's not forget, I did win. Nothing life changing, but a few hundred is nothing to sneeze at. I'm glad I went and will surely return for a longer stay.

The noise level gets a bit loud. The machines are very chintzy on pay outs. The employees were diligent cleaning machines, surfaces, picking up trash from careless. Good experience

I LOVE Winstar! Its huge! Great variety of slots. Plenty of table games. My favorites are Black Jack, Mississippi Stud and Roulette. Going to give Criss Cross Poker a try next time. The hotel is beautiful with large, clean rooms. I love the smell of the hotel. My husband and I stay often and love to spend a day relaxing by the pool. Its gorgeous. Great weekend getaway

Great place! Very clean, nice rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Really good variety in restaurants, that have great food. We always enjoy the games.

Lots of great slots to play. I didn't win anything but the people I went with did. We ate at a pizza place in the casino and the food was good. Our hotel room was very nice and clean. Everyone was so nice! Great place to visit.

The employees and managers are so nice & welcoming I love it!!!!!!! And the checkups are great as well I love this casino.

Lots of fun, did not win anything this time but still very fun. This place is huge, lots of games. The room was very pleasant, I didnt really spend much time in it though.

When I am Rodeoing in the area I lie to visit WinStar to relax and leave the retoric behind. Lots of good restaurants in the casino to eat at. Easy to manuver about. Great fun

Came from California to Fort Worth to celebrate my brother 60th Birthday and came to your place for buffet that was recommended by the chef at the hotel where I'm staying. It was awesome. Just beautiful. The staff was very kind and courteous. I played on all of my familiar machines and one that I've never played and it paid off.

Everything was very clean, COVID friendly and you could smell the cleaness.

The casino is clean and there's alot of games and tables open. The place stinks of cigarettes though even in the nonsmoking area. The food is mediocre. If you want to gamble for a profit go to the smaller casino south of winstar.

I love this place! 10/20/19 @ 4:30 pm. Security Officer Michael and Kristen were extremely helpful. During my visit, I was a little exhausted from the long walk.I had Pushed my disabled aunt in a wheelchair throughout the casino. When it was time for us to leave, my legs were weak and I had respiratory issues with my CHF. I was impressed with the security team. Officer Michael sat me down in a wheelchair and called for officer Kristin to push my aunt. Both made sure we safely made it to our car! I've never been treated with such kindness and dignity! I hope that both Associates are acknowledged for their exemplary standards of service and I definitely look forward to coming to WinStar Casino in the near future.

The cigarette smoke is a KILLER & They didn't have crab I was told until the 3rd Thursday. Made absolutely no since.

the buffet was terrible, fried foods cold. Restrooms in kept. Used to be world class

Not bad at all. Machines payed out well. Drinks aren t overly priced. Good variety of places to eat.

Only place I've ever been to charge a dollar for every play

This is an excellent hotel and casino! Clean, friendly, and well organized. I will be back.

Always a fun place and always new additions and even with covid still a safe environment

We were only there for a short time and only visited the slot machines. I'm sure this place has alot more to offer. Hopefully next time we can explore more

For a casino,it's impressive .People rushing to loose their savings ,never fails to amuse me ,that's why I went to see what all the fuss about .Wide and spacious with tons of places to loose money .Loose the way you want ,slot machine ? It's there !! Poker ,you got it .Rather than going traveling some place ,eating food that they never had ,people chose to shove money to some cheap thrills,but hey ,f*** me ,that's American dream ,freedom .yay.

Attended Bellator MMA fights here. Great venue and really fun time for a small market. Would for sure comeback.

What's not to love a great pool outdoor bar and multiple restaurants!

Casino is great lots of variety of slots and tables to choose from. The hotel is good too, but they start knocking on your door by 10 when check out clearly says 11am!! I started putting the "do not disturb sign" seemed to work. But since covid we've gone twice August & September and both times even with the "do not disturb sign" they knock as early as 9am. It's a casino, some people like "Me" go to bed by 3 or 4 in the morning. Thinking we'll have at least 6 whole hrs of sleep, especially if you had a few drinks. Then house keeping is waking you up 1 whole hour before your alarm suppose to go on. I'm not a morning person so when I hear those loud knocks, and still had 1 whole hour of sleep it pisses me off. They should at least let us know in check-in they'll start knocking that early, that way we can sleep earlier.

Good place to go and relief the extress from a week of work

I travel a lot and play at a lot of different casinos. This place seems VERY tight to me. This was my third visit to this place and I won't be coming back. If you're thinking of coming up from Texas to play, I'd skip it.

ETA: After not coming up here for a long time, I thought I'd give it a shot again. Same result. Just terrible.

Had a great time. Hate all the smoke of course i m not a smoker and the smoke had my allergies all over the place but the room was nice, had a great beautiful view, room service was ok.

Awesome casino! It is a huge casino with different themes throughout different sections of the casino. It basically is shaped in an L. Be prepared to walk extensively for it is quite a walk. You can stay in their roomy quarters, eat, sit at the bar, play cards, play your luck at the machines, shop, attend a concert, swim(summer) or relax at the spa
5 - 6 hr. drive from San Antonio,depending on the traffic. Fun place.

I'm not expecting this to be a nice Vegas style casino but was surprised at how cramped everything was. Casinos are usually cramped, but most walkways could only fit person. Other issue was the tables. Minimum bet on a blackjack table is $10 at least, there's an ante, and you can't surrender. For a statistics game this can ruin your game if you keep getting 15's and 16's. Slots are fine and very nice. The place is generally pretty clean. Free drink stations, but I don't know who's idea it was to institute the one person in width walkway inside of them. Bathrooms clean. It's an OK Casino but whoever designed the layout did a horrible job.

Need to have senior disc price in grand w not coupon. 18.99 to much

Grand casino with a variety of options. Nice atmosphere and decor. It s a Lucky place.

I enjoyed it. Place was clean and employees attentive and helpful. It didn't hurt that I came away with a few extra pennies. Next time I'll have to try some of the restaurants and maybe get a room to check out the pool and entertainment.

This place is beautiful, I was astounded and happy we didn't have to travel 4 hours for a casino.

Great resort-type setting. Lots of options for dining and gambling, obviously.

Five-stars for the excellent shows they book at their event center (I went there this time for Trevor Noah). Two-stars for the event event center itself because its massive but flat (non-stadium) seating so you can only see well in the front 1/4 of the room.

And negative-lots-of-stars because you have to get lung cancer to attend anything here. Seriously, the smokiest casino I have ever been to and the smell of impending death is everywhere. Even non-smoking areas like the hotel and Rio non-smoking gaming plaza smell like an exhaust pipe.

I only go to Winstar when I have to because it s the only venue hosting a specific show. Then I race home and put all my clothes in the washer. On hot. Twice.

If this casino ever became non-smoking or fixed their ventilation, I would give it 4+ stars. Instead, my advice is to avoid it like the plague.

Just know before you go...you have to pay to play table games, the slots are very tight and the place is pretty smokey. The buffet is so so. After you are there for a couple of hours, you realize the demographic the place is aiming for and I'm not it.

Machines do not pay out well enough for me to go back. I told a friend about this casino. Instead of him going to Louisiana. So I tagged along.

He wasn't impressed, he played $600 between multiple games. Very few payed at tenth of what he bet he played. I not to sure these games are paying out the 97.3 percent that the games are supposed to be regulated at.

I will not be back, and I am sure he will not be back after this visit.

Huge casino, tons of machines and comfortable seats. It may even be worth just coming in to look at all the cool statues they ve got throughout the building.

Super FUN place to enjoy some time! Lots of places to eat inside such as Panda Express and Dairy Queen. There's also an Italian restaurant and another larger Chinese place, plus more. There are gift shops as well. The games are fun and there's a lot of different versions of games. The people are nice there too. And the concerts are great!!

The World's Largest Casino is all that and then some. Take your walking shoes for this event because you are going to need them. There is always enough parking. You will never have to wait for any game to be available and best part...you will win!

Fun place, and large, but crowded. We don't do slots, so I can't speak to that. They have quite a few table games, but sometimes it's hard to find an open spot at a table for me and my wife to sit and play. Seems like they should open up more of their tables. The dealers seem to be nice and professional for the most part. Plenty of places to eat. The buffet was pretty decent.

Very clean during the pandemic but the only downfall was the room smelt like puke. That was probably only it that room but still could've been improved.
