Great time at the new Roulette wheels. Friendly staff. Hotel room was nice and clean.

Beautiful place love the casino. It's so huge that we didn't get a chance to walk it all. Only problem is there is no smoking section so it's people walking around just smoking any and everywhere which is not something I am used to with casinos. I was 27 weeks pregnant at the time and couldn't fully enjoy myself only because I didn't want to harm my unborn with all that second hand smoke. Once they put a smoker's section up I'll be so happy to visit again.

Best place there is. Walk away 1350.00 on 100.00 take in...be back. You do WIN...TY GUYS.....

To much sigarette smoke, and the none smoking section is to small not enough games.

We wanted to try this casino for some time we finally got a group of seven or eight truckers to meet there but when we called they have no shuttle service and seem to still be in that pandemic fear. We might try it next year but we ended picking another casino. They ve limited all their services for convenience because of Covid

Always treated so well by the staff. Machines are well maintained. Plenty of variety. And a Buffet like now other, never disappointed. After 5 yrs in California it was on my list of must do's. Recieved my Free Breakfast Buffet, $15 play money and reward points I used to buy gifts. Best of all alot more $$ than I came with.

Use to enjoy playing here. Slots are extremely tight. I like the older machines better. To many linked machines with one jackpot. Not like it use to be 3 or 4 years ago. Rooms are nice and casino is clean.

When I went last before today, my ticket for $38 and change got taken. I was told to be more careful by a floor supervisor who could see my money being played by another customer but he "wasn't going to chase my ticket" or let the clerk or myself chase it. He gave me 20 to shut me up. Which was an insult. Today I was approached and reprimanded, though more politely than the last ever spoke to me, by a different supervisor for picking up a couple of tickets with a few cents left on the machines abandoned like they are at every casino. The thief got my 38 bucks but I will be kicked out next time I pick up leftover change. Beautiful caricature of hypocracy at its finest. Kiss it Windscar. You won't be missed!

Has so many different game's, always has a promotion going and their player's club make you want to keep coming back.

Fun atmosphere! Make sure to plan ahead of time what you want to spend for a good time. Don't get caught up thinking your going to leave with more money than you came there with.

Go to play Bingo on the weekend sometimes. It's ok. Not a place to get rich.

Moved from Cali, been there my whole life so I was use to going to Reno or Lake Tahoe to gamble. The Indian Casinos did not pay out very well. I moved to Texas and heard about this place in Oklahoma. Figured I would go try it and it was Grand. It was Amazing, super huge and tons of machines. I actually saw people winning. The Best of it all, THEY HAVE CRAPS TABLES, with free throwing dice. YES! YES! YES! I am in Love! Craps is MY Game! Will be going back very soon.

Great place. On negative is the amount of smoke but its really not a big deal.

Huge location. It can extremely crowded on the weekends, but smoke doesn't seem as bad as you'd expect it to be; imagine the overly high ceilings help with the ventilation. Rooms are nice as well.

It's a long walk to a non-smoking area from the hotel for my pregnant wife. Besides that, place is nice.

The customer service was impeccable. I received a free night stay and the room was very comfy. I would suggest small refrigerators for the rooms for more customer satisfaction, but overall it was pleasant and had most amenities you'd needed. The Casino entrance was easy to find as well.

It was my birthday and family and friend's suggestion was to just go plenty of games great atmosphere

The slots machines are tricked. I turned in a 20 dls bill and the machine adjusted istself. After 3 plays I cashed out and I got back a 3 dls voucher. Then I moved to another slot machine and it did almost the same. I felt mad and left without any fun time and 40 dls less in my pocket.

The atmosphere was great and the food that we had at Vinos was great! The Mickey Mantle restaurant was really great and the wine selection there was outstanding along with the service!

Wonderful place. I have been stopping here since they first opened.its amazing to see what it has come from to this point. If anyone has a problem with the "per-deal fee", talk to the State of Oklahoma. It's a tax levied on all gambling establishments that utilize live table games.

Lots of penny machines.... needs more poker machines. Smoky... but aren t all casinos.

My family and I had a blast. As you walk throughout the casino you pass through different parts of the world. We didn't have any problems with machines or anyone there. The only complaint from my daughter was that so many people were smoking.

It was a blast, great food, friendly, clean, and fun games.

It has different varieties of food for different prices. Any slot machine you could ask for and also surrounded by table games. Entire casino floor dedicated to non smoking to include a bingo hall with over 500 seats, a poker room with over 20 tables. The most helpful employees I found were the security officers. They did a great job.

I had fun at the casino, played some table games and electronic games. I won some, lost some and won some again. The food and drinks were about average with the Vegas and other casinos I have been to, meaning the drinks were small and not very strong, but in Oklahoma you pay for your drinks and they ran around $6 each, they say Oklahoma law says they can't give free drinks, I asked them why don't they just sell them at a lower price, they would get more money from the casino that way and the bartender just laughed at "my joke". Food was good, but too expensive for what you get. The place was too smoky and they should have real no smoking areas, especially at the $10 table games. All and all we had a good visit and left with money in our pockets.

Very big Casino with thousands of slot machines and so many board games. Many food stalls are also there. Only problem is .. it is smoky.

Loved everything, except the buffet, it was 35$-40$ a person, and it was like golden corral. It was not good. No seafood, nothing. The atmosphere was awesome! Nice people! But paying over 100$ for 3 buffets of golden corral wasn't cool... If Don't spend your money on the buffet, you will have a great time.

Very helpful staff. I loved all the themes they're air quality was great as a nonsmoker it was greatly appreciated. We've been to Vegas and this hit the spot with less travel.

I will never come back to winstar. Restaurants do not enforce you put your mask on and off between every bite or drinks.. because thats ridiculous. Winstar is enforcing you wear your mask in between every sip and bite. Absolutely ridiculous. They want customers? That's a good way to drive them out.

Casino is too smokey, wished the non smoking area were larger and had more games. Other than that food was decent and drinks weren't too ridiculously priced. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Plenty of slot machines to fulfill your needs. Delicious foods in every area, as well. Even if you are not into gambling, you can walk a few laps around the casino and get in thousands of steps.

It was my first time at Winstar. I really like it. The hotel is very nice. The staff was professional and nice.

Fun place, great comps for slots, very little for poker. Put some money in a slot machine and you will get great coupons in the mail for free play and rooms!

I went to the Rio world gameshow. It was a very entertaining event and I enjoyed it very much. Everyone was having such a wonderful, fun time. Only thing that would have made it better is if I had been called on stage. Haha!

Spent a fun Saturday at Winstar. Played the drum game the whole time. Didn't realize I spent 3 hours there at one machine till my husband found me. I managed to win a $840 pot. We then had a delicious meal at the Italian restaurant. The waitress there was super nice. She took excellent care if us.
Everyone was wearing masks and the cleaning personnel kept the machines clean. All and all a fun day.

Went after reopening the casino. Impressed with the care the staff were taken to maintain everything clean. The staff were sanitizing each and everything every time. Will sure visit this place again.

What can I say? It's a casino that needs to get their covid safety procedures more under control!

Kind of get a "dirty" feeling being in there. Barely anyone wearing a mask including the workers and security. Didn't even feel comfortable staying more than 30 minutes. Big disappointment.

Many choices to play and eat. Fun atmosphere. I have been here several times when passing through. Enjoy visiting each time.

First time that I have been here. Love the atmosphere.

Customer Service is seriously lacking most of the employees are untrained,incompetent, and some very rude. Think of WALMART of the Hotel and Casino business. Otherwise there's plenty of games, entertainment, some employees are extremely nice and helpful. My suggestion is if you come here bypass the employees and use only managers for assistance.

Won $262 on the penny game machine. I love this casino, because it's big and nice looking. The only thing I did not enjoy was the strong cigar smell

Life is good. I just came and I was in my room as I m still being safe, with Covid cases on the rise. I got such a great deal on the room, pool view. Clean and modern. Comfy bed, I will be back.. writing as I lounge on the accent chair..

Now don't get me wrong .... Wish they let the machines rain some big jackpots. But is a very fun place to go. Don't have to blow all your money.

Machines are pretty greedy! Been there a few times. Can't win at all machines just eat. Not happy. At least the casinos in NM keep you playing.

I received a free 25.00 free play and free buffet dinner. I took my wife to dinner at the Grand Via buffet for surf and turf, prime rib so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork. The mussels need to go back to the white wine, garlic and chives. We bought a drink card for $10 that allows you 3 drinks, well drinks or beer great deal. Gayla at the bar was awesome. this women does it all and then some. Great service, good food, clean environment. Only thing I say is offer more selection of seafood and change the recipe for the mussels.

Good fun, slots loosened up after 1pm. Felt safe, good cleaning going on.

Food was okay, we went to the buffet. For two people it was $43 on a week night. They have a good variety of slots and card games.
