Super nice casino, Poker room has a lot of action with some great tournaments. Plenty of Semi truck parking.

Its far from san antonio but It was great. Alot of machines. Free soft drinks But smoke was super thick.

Hello! I just stayed 2 nights in room 721 over the Thanksgiving Holidays with family. The rooms were nice, decor very nice& food on point. Houston should be a city represented. Your bottled water was not so good. You need some golf carts to carry elderly and not in good shape people back and forth to hotel. We all rate you high! Thanks for the hospitality!

I love coming here to lose money - the ability to get an Orange Julius makes it completely worth it.

Nice beautifully done king size room and beautiful bathroom overlooking the pool 8 floors up. Though nice, the room was also very small and with a shower only and no tub. That was disappointing to my wife especially. Mostly nice and helpful people.

This was one of the best places to go to have fun within your budget

Great casino as always fun beyond words but something has to be done about smoking in casinos. Maybe they could start by making the new no smoking room THE SMOKING ROOM and make the rest of the casino SMOKE FREE !

We love staying in the R.V park..disappointed this year to have a back into spot as we pull a boat behind a motor home..lesson learned..call earlier for a reservation. Great staff at registration.
No luck with gambling but the guy next to me was winning 2800.00 on a penny machine.
I liked it better when the shuttle brought you to your lot instead of just dropping you at shuttle stop.
As an older woman coming home in the middle of the night it was concerning

One of the most amazing places I've been to the casino goes on and on forever and has so many different countries Incorporated with it the employees are the most Pleasant and friendly people I have met in a long time their food is really good and not that expensive

We went and found it too large. Gambled and lost quickly and went to room. Left early next morning with no desire to lose anymore. I would think their overhead is so big that slots can't pay much.

It's the cheesiest most mediocre casino I've been to... they're trying so hard and failing so miserably. Please just focus on being a good casino before trying to become a tourist destination.

Very nice casino. Well laid out and great staff. They do allow smoking so that may be an issue for some, wasn't too bad for me.

Stayed here overnight for a concert. It was definitely a bit pricey for what it is, but a nice hotel overall. We had a good time. Lots of options to eat and of course gaming before and after the concert. Only wish we would have made reservations to Kirby's in advance as it was booked until the concert started. We did get in Toby Keith's restaurant and the food was not bad at all. But seriously, considering the price of the room it's almost cheaper to go to Vegas!

Wow. Amazing place. Plenty of parking, especially for us truck drivers. Thank you for the accommodations. Get ready to be mesmerized when you walk in. It's huge. I would have given it a 5 star rating if I hadn't lost some money! Lol

It is.a fantastic place. It is on a giant Casino place. Very clean and very strictly following Face Mask rule.

It's not really my thing. I just stopped to use the bathroom. I did walk the whole place last year, to check out what the fuss is about. I will bring a gas mask if I decide to go back. They definitely need some better ventilation. I understand that it's a casino and people like to smoke, but dude get some fans to suck that stuff out!

This casino is huge lots of slots great atmosphere Lots of restaurants sum better than others hot table games best I've seen outside of Vegas

Terrible Service upon check in. Do you really want to give your hard earned money to a company that can't even provide you with decent customer service.

Appreciated the non-smoking area and the cleanliness of the casino floor. I found a few machines that I truly enjoyed.

Nice Hotel, Fun & Friendly......and went home with a little $$$.

This place is huge, overwhelming, and very crowded. I had a hard time finding my favorite penny slot machine but I won a decent amount when I did find one.
The machine had a minimum bet of 50 cents which I didn't like.

Not very crowded but hard to find chair sometimes. Many rows without any.

Temperature is taken right when you walk in .. mask must be worn at all times ..machines are wipe down and disenfected from 3:45am to 8am.

My home away from home, my refuge during a pandemic. Service is top notch, rooms are clean and safe, I love the buffet, and plenty of ways to make money...

Casino is nice but stayed there wasn't that great....... and heater didn't work back in October. Called the front desk and no one came to fix it or anything.... They were nice enough to bring a big blanket.... So customer service part for when stayed there was a good no stars but I have to put at least one to write this. And trust me not hating on the casino I love the casino o part but as far as starting there.... Hell I would of exspecex that at the INN, Not the main. And yes I left my info and called back once to talk to some about it...... That never went anywhere. Next time I'll gamble there but I'll find a La Quinta to stay in, if I'm going to get that kinda service I don't want to pay $300+ for a night. Now looking at all the ratings the "owner" always comments on 5* ratings but nothing else. I hope this catches your attention and maybe a response from you that would be nice. It would be more then I reciedre from your staff.

Great place. New member card scored free seafood buffet. Lots of game choices

The rooms here are quite clean and nice. This casino is massive. The buffet is pretty impressive. I don't gamble much, so there's not a great deal for me to do except people watch. If you have a membership card, you can probably get a comp room on your birthday. My friend got 2 nights free on his birthday weekend. I was surprised they did this for him. If you like playing slots, this is one of the best places in the world - absolutely mammoth!

Ohhhhh I had to dig deep to give you a 5 star since I walked out with moths coming out of my wallet. I've always had fun here though, customer service is great. They keep it very clean and it's a great date night!

This is my favorite casino. Just make sure you have good walking shoes, because it's massive. The service is excellent, the staff are always cheerful and go out of their way to help.

We booked a reservation, requesting the pool tower, and were put in the casino tower. It smells bad, it s hot and humid in the halls and rooms. We figured we were in for a really nice hotel stay, as we have always had in the pool tower, but this feels like a bargain motel. VERY different rooms. They don t even offer the same amenities (no refrigerator). Stay away from the casino tower!

When we arrived, wed, Nov 6, it was raining heavy, went to park just to go it and reg a Windstar employee rudely told me I couldn't park it was vip only.. also went down to Senior breakfast, had two different picture IDs and wouldn't take them and wouldn't tell me my points, one was my veterans I'd and the other my police identification. 73 years and it a long walk back to the room. We stop on our way to Arizona, appreciate the rooms, but casino is not Senior friendly

I go because of the no smoking Casino, I wish smokers would respect others more and not smoke in the one that is designed for no smokers. Also I'm noticing more and more under age guest playing games in the Casino.

The hotel was not impressive. The casino is great though. We paid 367 dollars for a one night room at the casino tower. My family and I had taken an overnight flight from Honolulu and were looking forward to staying here. When we walked in the room, we immediately turned the air on because it was hot. This is usually normal we think in a hotel so no biggie. We got back to the room at 330 in the morning and again it was hot. The A/C had shut off. We had to turn it back on. Then again around 5 we noticed it was incredibly warm, so we had to turn it back on again. The heat woke us up in our sleep. The hotel really didn t care when I called to let them know. They just asked did you call at the time . No, not at 5 am when I had been up going on 36 hours. Not worth the money for the hotel. There are other hotels around the area to stay at.

From the valet to the casino floor, everything was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and included a great view of the pool. The staff was helpful and courteous the entire evening as we attended a concert and had dinner plans. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Excellent place to give away your money. They make you feel good about it!
You can't pass it up when you see it. Makes me feel like "a moth to flame" scene in the making. It is exciting to just be IN THERE. But I bet (lol) that you can't go IN and NOT put in your dollar(s). Ya gotta Love IT!

I attended a concert there and played the slots. The staff was really good and helpful. The buffet was good but Chips and Ale was better!

Overall I like this casino. There is a lot you can play for table games and there thousands of slots. Lots of restaurants throughout of various types including some chains. My only real gripes are that the dealers rarely interact with the players kinda taking away some of the fun and all table games require a 50 cent ante to the state per hand. Also be ready for the size. The gambling area is a one mile walk from end to end.

First time visiting. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! A great place to have some you time.

We was there on October 4 thru the 6 and we where put in a room where them big Air condition unit was outside our window so there was noise all the time

In this casino there are several restaurants and in one of which they prepare food buffets and the last time I went I got sick to the stomach with a contaminated fish and the biggest thing was that who was in charge of that area sat at the table where My daughter and I were sitting and advised us never to eat any fish or shellfish from that place, since they only warm it and serve it. On the other hand, the general manager on duty bothered that we talked to him and I made the chef smell the fish and could not believe it, it smelled like rotten fish. As for the casino I can say that it is normal. For them it is a business that people will leave all their money while they profit from it by becoming millionaires and most people leave poorer than they arrived.

Courteous staff everywhere. Wish there was a non-smoking area.

Not Happy ! During the whole reservation appointment I made not one time did anyone ever say during the reservation during the arrival that the buffet was under construction seriously . But had no problem taking $ 411.00 for room . Yes I'm here to gamble but I have to eat , several restaurants were closed, buffet under construction, pizzeria out of dough (refused to Make my wife and I a pizza not enough dough - under strict dough rationing ) so I drove a mile and a half to a gas station to get a sandwich.

Went on a trip to Texas and on the way back home decided to stop at Winstar World Casino to see what it was all about. I had never been before, but wanted to walk around to see how big it was. Ended up playing a little slots and had lunch at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill. The food was great and I had a great but short experience at the casino. Already planning my next trip with a group of friends to come back and try the slot machines again.

The environment, always ringing bells and a nice get away

Stayed 5 days, Toni was my casino host. Had a wonderfully relaxing and fun vacation. Restaurants are great ranging from pizza and burgers to filets at top notch steakhouse.
Toni and her staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I would reccomend this destination to all.

The casino is really big and beautiful, but the players club is a bit stingy to all players at all levels. I asked around after my few visits.

I like Winstar World Casino and Resort it's a nice place to come enjoy yourself it is exciting and a beautiful place to enjoy. The bad thing is that not everyone gets to take home their winnings

Poker room = 5 stars
Casino = 4.5 stars
I'm not a drinker, but if I were the fact that you have to pay for booze (and it's expensive) would be a negative.
The FEE for playing a hand of Blackjack or a Come Out roll on Craps is a negative.
Everything else is awesome!!
The casino itself is amazing, the hotel is awesome, swimming pool a plus!!

This place has grown significantly in the past years!! I remember when it was super small and there wasn't any hotels and now you can take an entire vacation here!! Not having to leave at all

Great place to visit if you never been and you want to get the casino experience. The soda machine areas are forever dirty and floors are forever sticky. Never been here and the Floor wasn t sticky or disgusting. The a slot machine payouts are a joke even with playing max bet. The ATM machines were all broke down near the exit before which made us have to walk back into the casino just to cash out our slot machine slips. The casino is huge so it was such an inconvenience to walk all the way back to cash out and to not only be given all ones out the machine. Why would I want 60 one dollar bills,? The lines to cash out where long due to all the broken ATM machines. Really hope this doesn t happen again or I will never be back.

It's a big place. But it's no Vegas trip. Not even close. I only go here if im passing through the area.

My ratings add stars depending if i win! In reality though, the casino and amenities are nice. The staff always gets a star for their friendliness and helpfulness!
