Been coming here for years way before it was as big as it is now. I always find fantastic service regardless of the day or time I am here. I have had great luck and not so good luck but always enjoy myself. They have great food options (my favorite is Chips and Ale) and great concerts. I have seen Rod Stewart, Blink 182, Snoop Dog, and Sarah Mclachlan. All were fantastic!!

Needed a room on a short notice. The staff was very accommodating was put in a room at such a late start and got it with rewards. The PLUS was I also won a little money on some slots I had never played. Thank you staff for a safe an uneventful trip.

I have stayed in many casino hotels over the years and this is without a doubt the worst. Old, outdated, dirty, overpriced, and looks like it should be on pat with 20$ a night Vegas hotel.
I find it hard to believe the perks that they offer you are anything other than a waste of paper.
I'll be more than happy to take my money to any other casino and get a much better room at less than half the price.

Everytime I go there it be the same thing on the craps table. People throwing down late bets putting their hands in the way while the person is shooting the dice. Even the dealers put their hands in the way. The dealers need to learn how to count the money faster. They be holding up the game trying to figure out how much they owe to the people who's won a bet. They don't need a star at all
I thought the idea of being able to donate your extra change at the kiosks was brilliant!
Good after 3am not many people smoking, that's all you smell cigarettes smokes. No non smoking section. Hotel was nice rooms wish they will stock rooms with freshly new toilet paper not half way rolls. Favorite slot machine was the lucky ducky .25 and the $1.

A great entertainment venue, for the whole family. The pool area us fun for the kids. Lots of dining options at lots of price points.
This place is like being in Vegas with all of the new slots. It's so Big it a like a Strip itself. Close and Player's Club gives free meal coupons. Best Casino
Fun. Service oriented. Slots could b looser but not much u can do about that ( you can't always expect to win). Buffet is pretty good. Matadors Pizza is awesome. Get the players club card as the rewards are pretty good. parking garage is very conveinient. Rooms are modern and clean.
Fun spot and a short drive from DFW. There are a lot of machines to play at any denomination, table games, places to eat, a hotel, a golf course, and even a spa.
Think of this place as a Dave and Buster s and you ll have a pretty good time! The games are fun and there are a ton to pick from. Bring the cash you want to blow because the ATMs have service fees.
Shop the days you come if you can. We got our room for $99 a night for Sunday and Monday instead of over $300 for a Saturday.
If you want to shop, do so at the shops in the casino and not the hotel. There is no sales tax at this time.
Reasons for four stars:
1. The drinks are pretty weak here.
2. Smoking is allowed here.
3. Some stuff is currently under construction.
Great, had a blast even when I lost...don't sleep on the sweet tea. . .sweet teas was A-1 like the steak sauce. I don't do drugs, but I figured it taste good to me similar what crack is to a crack head.

Its great, time passes by quick (especially when they have oxygen tanks to keep you awake ) but i went and there is no safety procedures, people dont have masks and its packed

Pat Benatar show was great! We non smokers found the casino way more breathable than Choctaw. Very polite valets. If you want to gamble it is the largest casino!
Beds are extremely comfortable. No fridge or microwave unless you ask for it. You do get a free mega frenzy ticket when you check in haven't won yet. Been here 4 times so far. Buffet is horrible no flavor in most foods dinner prices is $23.99 definitely not worth it. Chicken is alright so if there is no other choice choose the chicken lol. Your better going to Sonic's down the road. The casino tower is outdated. Choose the other side the bathrooms are much nicer. I haven't made it all the way through the casino yet. But they have a ton of machines. Wish Oklahoma would upgrade to class 3 machines. But they definitely have a variety of machines. Bell hop is awesome. Valet is awesome. Customer service is awesome. And server's are awesome. They just need to make some improvements and I would definitely rate them better if those changes are made.

Great casino and hotel with lots of tables and they now have Craps and Roulette. Only an hour north drive from where I live, so definitely worth the drive.
Great getaway place to enjoy a couple of days playing casino games and stay in a 5 star hotel..you don't need to go to Vegas to enjoy a nice casino.
This place is amazing. Great crowd, excellent food, the hotel was very relaxing, room service was great!!! I enjoyed the pool and the pool bar. I stay a weekend every other month. Love it!!!
Clean RV park, pool and hot tub too. All paved with grass between each site. First night is free when you sign up for their players card. Large Casino. Walked from one end to the other and got our exercise. We stopped for dinner at the pizza place. Cheap and quick. Friendly staff. Will stay again.
Changed to all new types of slots. I love to have a choice between them and old fashioned simple 7's. Taken that away. Probably won't go back. Don't get excited looking at 10 different things moving.

I Have been there about 20 times and have never won any money. It doesn't matter when you go morning, afternoon, night you never win. I have seen employees walk around with computers and scan machines I guess to reset them so they want payout. Go to Lousiana the pay more there.
Each time I've tried to stay here they've been sold out but the Casino was fun! The buffet was good, they load you with gigantic crab legs!!
I have rarely seen people winning. Resort rooms are not very bad.
Its definitely not as fun or exciting as Las Vegas but it will do. My wife and I had fun playing the slots. I love that they have a no smoking area but it does not have as many games as the rest of the Casino. We enjoy the restaurants but we have yet to stay in the hotel or enjoy the resort. Winstar is the best of the southern Oklahoma casinos in my opinion.

To be the world largest casino it is pretty tight. This was my first time her and was very disappointed. I rather travel to Vegas, their slot machines were way better. Will not waist my time and money at this place ever.

I usually have good things to say after time but the longer I have attended this establishment the worse it has gotten, this casino has a new general manager it still has the worse customer service and pay outs over any of the hundreds of casinos I have ever been to. I was a top tier card holder for years and was still denied a 10$ meal after loosing thousands of dollars, I will rather drive an additional 2 hours to Louisiana before I continue to load money into this place that has controlled gaming! When the employees even tell you it s horrible then you should listen, at least in Louisiana they appreciate you as a customer and strive to keep you coming back. So many people I ve spoken to have said they have noticed how much it s changed in the last few years, it may be the biggest but it sure ain t the best one to play at!
I had a great time. It's amazing how large this casino is! Several restaurant choices. The food at the buffet was terrific with so many choices. They shuffle you from hotel, RV park or golf course at no charge too!

Largest casino, so be prepared to walk. Very busy on Saturday nights. The buffet has improved a lot over the last 6 months. The cafe near the hotel stays under staffed given the volume of people getting comps. Slots seem loose compared to others in the area, but not better than Vegas. Parking can appear full, but they have a garage, so there is always a spot on site somewhere. Nice remodel fish and chips place as well as an IHOP.

I loved it here! Since I'm a kid it was only the pools and water parks. I love going here and I think it is a good weekend getaway for parents and kids. Great experience.
Very nice architecture. A plethora of various games. Delicious buffet. Helpful and cheerful staff. Easy to find with it's gigantic and bright sign. All in all a nice trip for my first time visiting.

The room we are staying in has an awesome view. We are watching the storm. All the lightening is amazing from up here.
Stayed 1 night. I was very happy with the staff. They are very nice. The room was clean and nice and quiet. I stayed on 14th floor with a view of the west. Saw a nice sunset. The only thing that would have been better is may be some cups in the room and more than one bar of soap. Overall it was a great stay.

Went for my birthday this past weekend. Its a great place, even during these unprecedented times. Definitely can tell they are keeping people safe here. Constantly cleaning the machines.
It was clean, the view was amazing, and the casino was in the hotel.
We've been going for years, driving 5 hours to get there. Never had we had any issues and then......it happened. We visited the Gran Via Buffet last night and 3 hours later my husbands stomach was cramping, he was throwing up, high fevers and chills all night. I called the front desk to advise them that he must have gotten food poisoning, maybe advising the restaurant so they can check the food and the front desk lady pretty much told me I'd have to call the restaurant myself and that the restaurant is a different entity. No empathy what so ever. Horrible experience.
Never disappointed. Staff is always very kind and efficient and helpful. Never been disappointed on a trip down there.

This casino has been terrible! I m done with this place for good!! My mother and sister are elite status, and they have proven it s not worth my time. We have all started going to Kickapoo! Hopefully Winstar will wake up and start treating its members better. The machines are way tighter these last months there. So my family and I are gambling at Kickapoo where we are actually having a good time. I won my first jackpot at Kickapoo and been going to Winstar for 5 years, and haven t hit one! Tired of tight slots, mediocre rooms, and nasty buffets at Winstar!

Great place to spend a couple hours hoping to get lucky! I generally donate more than I take home but the hotel is really nice. Poolside movies are cool after the sun goes down. The golf courses are amazing, there are 4, 9 hole courses which are traded out & alot of fun. This way you never really play the same track. Bring plenty of balls because a missed fairway will cost you. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Pace of play is never an issue & for the most part you will most likely feel as though your the only group on it. Show up early enough to hit some range balls, have a great round & stop by the casino for the buffet which is also really good & reasonably priced. Gamble a bit & head to the house for a nice day out on one of the best courses near dallas!

They sent me an offer through the mail, but when I tried to redeem the offer claimed it was no longer available. Just a scam to get you on their email list. Absolute worst casino I ve ever dealt with. I ll be sure to spend my money in Durant instead.
Largest casino in the US based on gaming square footage. Free beverage bar to all patrons whether you're playing or not. Lots of slot machines, bingo tables and a large poker room. Several restaurants open till 3:00 am. Plenty of free parking including handicap access.
Really crowded on the weekends and hard to find a place to park.
This was my first time visiting this casino. Overall I was impressed by the great design of the Winstar. Great selection of games and slot machines. I do wish that they would make a shopping area in there, sort of like how Caesars Palace has the gambling area plus the Forum Shopping mall.
