I enjoyed it, first time there , it was my 65th birthday get away with family they lives in Ft Worth

Unlike choctaw they dont have wipes and half the hand sanitizer empty

DO NOT USE ATM IN HOTEL LOBBY. I WITHDREW 500.00 AND NEVER RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK IN JUNE. I ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT CAMARAS AND NO CAMARAS. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A 3RD PARTY THAT OWNED IT AND I GOT SCREWED OUT OF MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. AGAIN DO NOT USE ATM YOU MAY GET $CREWED LIKE I DID. BAD BUSINESS..... THIS HIGH ROLLER WONT BE BACK!!!

I love this place if you can control how much you spend there's usually free nights in the hotel gameplay bonuses on your cards just an all-around great place there is one crazy old lady with curly hair who I would stay away from she were usually works around the card center older lady long curly hair probably has 50 cats but besides that great place

It is bigger than lots of Vegas casinos. But the smoke was overwhelming. You have to wear a mask, the mask traps all the cigarette and cigar smoke and then you're walking around breathing all the stinking smoke. If you have any respiratory problems I would skip this place. As for the gaming, saw lots of loose machines but more tight ones. Good luck finding a loose one. The place was pretty clean and I saw people cleaning machines but not as often as they probably should have. You can get an alcoholic beverage but it's pretty hard to find one of the places to get a soft drink.

So I was told I had a comp room for the evening and the hotel ended up charging me full price. When I tried to get it resolved with hotel staff they acted like they didn't care and they were very rude.

This is awesome place to spend time and money. Quick getaways, date night or to waste time. The Casino is HUGE!!! THEY HAVE NOW ADDED ROULETTE.

It was safe to play. It was not crowded. The machines were paying decently.

What can I say. Worlds biggest and definitely one of the world's best! If you gamble, it's a must stop! You won't be disappointed, even if you don't win!

Interesting enough to pull my attention away from my trip. The miniature renditions of the houses of Parliament, the Coliseum, the Empire State, and other major landmarks were quite eye catching. It didn't stop there though, the place is anything but miniature, and Kirby's steakhouse is right up my tastes' alley. Worth a look, and a visit, and certainly made an impression.

5 for facilities and fun factor only. Gambling is unfair. Bonuses don't hit until your money is pretty much gone so it's just pay back. Always construction going on so they can keep machines on low pay. I could go on...

Great place for your 0girl to go crazy at. Had a blast, margarita $6.00 awesome.

This place is AMAZING! The staff is great and friendly! The hotel room was very comfortable and there was so much to do and see! I can't wait to go back!

All workers were very professional friendly and helpful .
Many workers were continuously wiping down machines to ensure sanitation cleaning and disinfecting of the facility ..
The restaurants served all meals.
Mass were mandatory in the casinos. our stay in the rooms were very clean sanitized .
The experience was very satisfying

This place makes you feel like you are in Vegas! It is so massive and beautiful. If you are not a gambler (but are stuck with gamblers) you can find something else to do here.

A fairly large and nice casino for the location. Very limited table access. I would say it is due to COVID-19 limitations however the casino was VERY crowded.

Nice place to gamble but it is very big so be prepared to walk a lot. The payout is decent. Me and my wife go there every few months. Great perks as far as free hotel rooms are concerned.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay free for two nights. It was wonderful. Great experience.

Horrible first experience. Windstar willing to take your money without explaining rules. I recommend Vegas. Dealers don t do there job to explain how to play the game and if the bets are place correctly.

Went up for the buffet and it was just okay. Big casino with plenty of parking. Lots of opportunities to give up or receive money. I would stop in again but probably not make it a destination.

Had a awesome time there. First time there enjoyed my time there. I will come back and stay a night.

My mother-in-law sent our kids money to eat the all you can eat crab legs for their birthdays. Needless to say our kids were disappointed when they were no longer serving crab legs. Mommy and Daddy were frustrated we made the drive and spend $130 + tip for a below average buffet. We could have stayed close to home and ate Golden Corral for far way less money and had better food.

What an amazing experience. Kirby's Steakhouse for dinner, drinks at Mickey Mantle's, and Chris Isaac in concert. Can't wait to go again.

I parked my pickup and trailer in the north west parking lot. Only vehicle in the whole lot. It is a Sunday night not to many people there. So I'm having fun and they announced my license number over the intercom. My vehicle must be moved immediately. So I left.

First time we've visited this casino. Dinner at the buffet was good. Jose took care of us and did an excellent job. Went to see Jerry Seinfeld and he was amazing. Didn't care for the layout of the theater but we had great seats. Would not have wanted to be in the back of the house. Casino was clean but very crowded so we didn't stay around long afterward.

Only 3 stars due to such a Smokey environment. Winstar management you can do a much better job with ventilation.

Biggest casino in the world, i was amazed to see the place in night effect, on top of that they are renovating it to make it much better
This is definitely a place for casino lovers, though you are not a big casino player this would still work awesome places

There are a variety of restaurants and a great casino to be in smoking is Allowed but you can not smell the smoke.

Staff is always kind and helpful. However I never win here sadly but my husband does decent.

Wasn't going to stop, but I'd never been. It was everything I hoped and expected. Lost $55 in about 30 minutes then decided I better cut my losses and get on back to The Fort. Not sorry I stopped. Was a nice break on the drive home.

Always an amazing experience the staff and everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Very clean and sanitary, and they have a vey quick response for any concerns or issues.

All of the machines are computerized and I believe are rigged
No one (not just me :-( ) were loosing every dollar they had. We saw only a couple people win anything and we were there until 4 am.

Had a blast. Late hours not crowded at all. Free coffee, caffeine beverages stands, nice touch and very neat/clean. Be sure to sign up for the membership card, complimentary $10.00 for first timers. Nice we'll done architecture different themes and $1. Slots.

Just stepped in to see what was inside. It was very a very depressing scene. Most people looked down on their luck. Probably feeding money they don't have into those machines.

They have a non smoking area that was really nice.

Winstar is always good to us. We arrived around 9:00 pm. Our rooms were ready. We went down to gamble some. There was hardly any smoke. We ate steak and eggs for breakfast the next morning. Tonya was our server. She was great. We checked out.......and on our way back to Indiana. Thank you Winstar for entertaining us. See you next year!

Take your inhaler if you're asthmatic. I started wheezing after 15 minutes in the place. I don't gamble, but if I did I'd probably come here. It's a neat place to walk around and people watch. The food is pretty good too. Too bad the air quality is so low.

We visited the convention center for an event. The staff was awesome. The facility and accommodations were great. Very neat and clean space. Parking options were fantastic.

The casino is very impressive and massive from the outside only due to the fact that they have designed it so that there are multiple historic architectures from around the globe all in one place. From the inside, it's decent I guess. I'm not an avid casino-visitor, but there was a pretty big cigarette stench throughout (which was getting the worse of me) and when it comes to the actual stuff inside, it was grand, but just like others. Overall, I'd say it's worth a stop if you're passing by to see the impressive design and admire just that. If you are a casino-lover, then I'm guessing it's great!

Love the slot machines. Only think I dont like from that cacino. No free alcohol drinks. But in general it is a good place to have fun alone or with ur friends.

I had never been to a casino but I loved it such a blast! Definitely recommend going! Hopefully you'll catch the live shows I know I'm looking forward to going again!

Restaurants we're great. Craps and roulette were on a computer screen. Way, way too smokey! Need some non smoking gaming areas!

First time here and we got lost finding the truck parking. Finally found it and wend inside and was looking for the buffet that we never did find. We ended up at Toby Kieths and was disappointed as it's nothing like the one in Tulsa oklahoma. Service was slow my steak wasn't very tender and I guess we are use to our Toby Kieths. The casino is past huge if you need exercise I suggest you walk the casino cuz you will get just that exercise and no money.

I always enjoy a trip here . Great entertainment . Although this time I went I noticed they might be a little shirt handed on staff because they were rude this time seemed like the staff were being overworked .

The concert venue was amazing. When purchasing tickets we wanted the first section in front of the stage but there were none available so we had to get seats in the second section back which online looked way far away from the stage. So we were in the first row of the raised seating. Turned out we couldn't have asked for better seats unless it was front row center. We had a huge isle in front of us so it was not obstructed by people standing in front of us, plenty of room to dance and it was so close to the stage we could actually see them sweat, figuratively.

Super clean, temperature taken at every entrance, masks are required. Machines have been distanced. No self serve beverage areas.

Of course very large casino, players rewards make you have to get 25 points before any initial sign up free play of $25, and i spent close to $150.00, and was at 22pts. A friend who went with me suggested Choctaw casino, he said the slots pay better and he enjoyed himself way more than at Winstar but me like a dummy didn't listen and believed in all the hype I heard about this place, will not be going back.... My advice bigger isn't better, stick to smaller casinos if that's your thing

Food was very very good. Love the bourbon pecan pie. Enjoyed the casino also. Won a little and love playing the machines. Sorry i don't live closer so i could visit more often.

Took our first trip to a casino at WinStar and had a great time! Plenty to do but we didn't try any food. Definitely would go back.

Always fun to go here. Clean environment, friendly staff. Didn't win or lose. Came back even. Lots of places to eat and try new things. It's like a mini vacation.

The casino is well laid out and there are plenty of variety. I like the self-serve fountain and coffee drinks. A lot of the games are locked into higher amounts per spin. The smoke-free area is small and the smoking portion is pretty smoky when there's a lot of people in there. Like the food options which are pretty readily available.

Couldnt pull my money off my card so i didnt get to play

The gaming is fun but the hotel/resort section is technically reserved ONLY for big spenders and elitists! I'm not kidding! I have tried multiple times to rent a room there a8am told "sure" until they put your player card number in and then I'm told I'm sorry we don't have any rooms open. However I did some investigating and asked SEVERAL employees. That's when I found out you a certain amount of rooms are ALWAYS on reserve for SPECIAL clients. If you don't WIN big money or SPEND big money YOU DON'T QUALIFY TO RENT A ROOM! That's the biggest prejudice I've found in sometime. Just letting everyone know.
