I like going here.
Too bad they don't do free drinks other than softdrinks.
I couldn't win to save my life this time.
Sometimes I think it's better to play without the card.

Great theming and decor. The world's biggest casino? Just trust this and dont walk the whole thing like I did lol.So massive. I had a pretty good night on my last visit, but even when I dont', it's always a fun time.

During my trip to Huntsville, Texas, we made a stop at this tourist attractive casino. From what I understand, WinStar is the biggest or one of the biggest casinos in Oklahoma. When arriving, we were left speechless at the pure size and amount of parking. After getting parked, we made our way in through the main entrance. We were greeted, given a fancy chocolate bar for being new members, and were provided with a brief/informative overview of areas.

Personally, I was shocked by how easy it was to just walk-in and not be carded or anything. I worked security for a casino over in Iowa for 2+ years and there were very strict federal and state regulations in effect. For example, all individuals who are on the gaming floor must be at least the minimum gambling age. At WinStar, there were several parents walking around with their young children inside.

Now given that this casino had 7+ entrances, I can see how this would be difficult to manage. Perhaps Oklahoma has less strict guidelines for casinos, I'm not sure. When it comes to the security personnel, I found that the ones at the entrances were hypnotized by their cellular devices. I did see a few that were walking around the floor that were adequately equipped but not very many. I would have anticipated a lot more for a Friday night. I'm really curious at seeing how their surveillance team operates.

When it comes to the COVID situation, I was impressed by how many individuals were wearing masks (might have been mandatory). Casino personnel was also checking temperatures upon entering. However, in reality, checking temperatures doesn't necessarily add an extra layer of protection. Also, WinStar claimed that they were operating at only 25% capacity, but it honestly looked like a typical Friday night with a frenzy of people. However, this review wasn't created with intentions of becoming a Karen.

On the flip side, WinStar was massive, featured many unique themes such as Vienna, Beijing, New York, etc. In addition, there were several restaurants located inside that were easily accessible. The casino also featured several high-limit sections, non-smoking areas, and table games. We waited for over an hour for a blackjack table to open up but finally ended up just leaving. The tables were limited to 3 people per table as per COVID restrictions, and there was an inadequate amount of dealers. To sum everything up, it was still a pleasant and enjoyable experience but feel there are some areas for improvement.

My place to relax from a long days work. The only issue is the smoke. Other than that it's a nice place.

We didn't stay over night but it is a very fun day trip. We live 2.5 hours away but it's always a good time everyone is nice n are knowledgeable where things are..

I was very disappointed. I have been very cautious with COVID and not going anywhere. My mom said everyone wears masks and they wipe everything down, etc. So I decided to take a trip with her cause she likes to gamble and of course I haven't been for over a year. I went in and the cigarette smell was bad and I was double masked. Some people weren't wearing mask, people were sitting next to one another, smoking, walking around drinking, etc. I had so much anxiety and was so uncomfortable I had to leave . It seems like they have relaxed their regulations from how my mom explained what they were doing. She said there was more people as well. So disappointed because I do miss this place.

Its always fun to go there the rooms are first class and restaurants are all real good .they also have a real good buffet which has just about anything you could want. We had a great time.

Pleasant staff, rooms are okay... food is okay depending on restaurants..the servers are great as well.. love the membership perks.

Winstar is an amazingly beautiful casino. Each part of the gambling floor represents different parts of the world. Slots pay frequently. Great bars and restaurants on site as well as a beautiful hotel with rooftop pools.

The staff is extremely helpful and it s awesome since you can combine your points to be free stuff when you stay. If you go definitely visit Mist it s a club inside the casino that s a lot of fun!

Winstar is great. Their rooms are beautiful. There are 2 pool areas a gym and tons of restaurants games and gift shops to choose from. Kid friendly but no pets. Golf course and RV park set it apart from other casinos in the area. Really friendly staff.

Huge selection of good slots. Also you can smoke inside already, and they have a lot of table games open including my fav. Dice.

Always have a great time here with my family. Love the new non smoking Rio area! The one thing I wish this place did better was food and coffee. There's really nothing super good here, and the buffet is kind of a joke. When they first opened the Grand Via buffet it was pretty good but it has gone way downhill since then. It's so expensive to eat there.. surely they can afford better food? You know this place makes outrageous amounts of money.. invest I'm some tastier and healthier food! The other thing is the lack of good coffee. The Paris cafe has decent coffee but it's the only place that's open all day and it's a long walk to get there when you want to avoid the smoke as much as possible. Really should have another coffee bar somewhere nearer to the Rio. The free coffee is pretty terrible. Come on, Winstar, invest some of that money in a better guest experience! We give you so much money gambling, it's the least you could do.

It's Clean, Staff are friendly, Bathrooms clean,and food is good .

This casino is amazing! My friend stopped in to play some slots and doubled his money. Very cool place to go even if you're not into gambling.

It was a nice time... only down side it was so packed the cigarette smoke was over bearing. And I'm a cigar smoker.... but clean bathrooms always, nice staff... the house gives the house takes..lol

Worlds biggest casino refers to the amount of slot machines here and there are alot. Now offering craps and roulette. Large poker room. Large bingo hall. Great hotel rooms. 2 pools. Rodeo arena. Indoor and outdoor concert venues. Convention center. RV park. Two great 18 hole golf courses. And enough food options to satisfy any craving you've got.

It's a nice place to go and have fun and to play slot machines. Do some shopping and eat some dinner. Great place. Really big!

My wife & I have been going to Winstar since way back when it was basically just bingo. We now go every Friday night. We both work so much that it has become our escape,,, hours of mindless fun. We both take the same amount every week. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose, but we always have a great time.. of course it's even better when you win. We get vouchers for free rooms, free buffet. They have free valet parking, free coffee and soda. Honestly we hate going to Vegas anymore. Everything we expect from a casino we can get 45 minutes from home. We have never had a bad encounter with staff, we are always greeted with a smile. Attached are some pictures of recent wins we got within the past 45 days !!! WE LOVE WINSTAR CASINO

First time at a casino. Bring a friend who has been here to help show you around this huge place. Wish I stayed longer than one night but my eagerness got the best of my wallet.

It was a good visit, to much considering Covid-19, you could visibily see the staff keep things
clean and sanitized

Had room in south pool tower. Large king size bed. It was perfect. Very clean. Nice view to wooded area. Shower was great. Can't wait to go again. Buffet was super. Employees were exceptionally friendly. They make your stay enjoyable. Don't miss it.

Ain't Vegas but it works. Pool area could use some spicing up tho.

Fun. Lots of machines. Lots of tables. Their slot machine payout percentage seems to be set low for weekends, higher on weekdays and off peak hours. Even more so during events. Still fun, still a good place to go.

This casino is huge with multiple place to eat. I didn't win any money. In fact I didn't see hardly anyone winning and there were hundreds and hundreds of people there.

If they could've built it any closer to Texas they would've! All Texas license plates in the parking lot baby! TEXAS!

The casino is great and full of good restaurants and machines. The staff is nice and helpful. If you ever want to stay they always have an offer for you to stay at their resort. Will come again.

Machines kinda tight but it was a good get away for a few hours

Great comedy and musical tour destination. Great selection of slot machines and prizes if played smartly. Drinks that are given responsibly(very important for safety). You can smoke and chill. Cash out is easy. I always feel satisfied even if I leave with a bit less. No complaints at all.

The free soda tastes watered down. I don't like how you have to pay ante to play blackjack. The house already have better odds. I do like the parking garage so you don't have to come back to a steaming hot car.

Went for the 4th of July. Even though the place was full of people, we had no problem finding a parking space close to an entrance. The employees were helpful with answering our questions. There were plenty of available machines and ATM throughout the entire casino. The firework show was great. It was located very close, so we were able to watch the show and hear the accompanying music from our car.

Good times for you if you like gambling. Clean friendly and great payouts, go there when able.

Once you get past the eye watering, smoke filled casino. The sub par drinks, buffet, self service soda stations, and slot machines crammed together... The parking was free and easy to get on and off the freeway.... Remember this is not Vegas, but rural Oklahoma.

WinStar is fun. The player s club is worth utilizing, they are always giving back substantial amount of free play back. I like that a lot about them, makes me come back more often because of the rewards. Also, they is plenty of variety of games in the casino that are new and interesting.

Cool place!! Disappointed with a few things. Buffet is overpriced & the food is worse than cafeteria food. I paid $20 a person for buffet & noone ate the food they put on their plates it was all refrigerator cold & didn't taste good at all very disappointed but there are other restaurants throughout with very good prices like $5 combos or the pricier places for $50 steaks. I Wish there had been a list on a wall or on a brochure the map they give you is way too small to read & not user friendly. Drinks at the bar were extremely overpriced. There's a few things that definitely needs to be addressed & resolved & it would be a really great place to go. You spend way more money then you win playing in the casino which is extremely disappointing but it's a nice atmosphere just really need to have plenty of money on you to enjoy yourself & not expect to win much if at all.

I paid $6 for a beer. (Something that's free in Vegas and Tunica)...
The bartender opened the bottle and poured it into a plastic cup. RUINED IT!!

Went here a week early for my birthday. Didn't win a lot but had fun. Just not my day.

My experience at WinStar is always excellent. I have visited WinStar many times throughout the years and also invited many of my friends and coworkers. I have received many offers for free nights however when I call to reserve a room for free there is always a charge. Explain this to me.

A very fun place to hang and people watch. I was there to see Willie Nelson. So many cowboy hats and great people.

Went on reopening tonight, very impressed how clean and the safety protocols that were put in place. I think you should limit the smoking just for safety, but you could smell the cleaner felt very comfortable. I even saw people winning which was a surprise!

A very friendly place. Only one employee was very unhappy. But a good place to go and enjoy.

Amazingly big casino its like the size of a mall only it dont have upstairs. Lots of variety in slots, good food and great staff.

Great concert venue I only gave it 4 stars due to not being able to book a hotel room for 3 months out. They need to build another hotel tower!

I always enjoy my trip to winstar. I never win big which I'm ok with. They the casino is doing a great job making sure folks keep their mask on. One day if I'm lucky I'll win a jackpot... Or not. :-)

WinStar is a fun place to go. Besides the casino, there's an outdoor pool with different pool parties, several different places to eat including a buffet, a couple boutique stores, bingo, poker, off track betting and an event center to watch concerts, comedy acts, etc.. They will give out different birthday gifts every month for the players who have the rewards card. April is a ball cap and sunglasses. :)
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of how much the hotel charges for the rooms. We've been offered a few comp nights that we've been able to take advantage of otherwise we wouldn't be able to pay for the room, food and have gambling money after fuel money for a couple hour one way trip.
We look at it as a night of entertainment. We always have a great time here! :)

I Love this Casino,however my husband and myself have been trying for almost 8 years to spend our anniversary there haven t had any luck with that but we ll keep trying.Always booked on or around our anniversary.

Have a wonderful time great entertainment. Golf Course is outstanding. Service extremely excellent. RV campground immaculately clean. All employees very polite and helpful.

We had a great time! The rooms were clean and they even smelled good. The casino itself was also very Well maintained and the employees are very helpful and pleasant. We didn't have much luck, but hey, that's why it's called gambling!

It's crazy that my gps directs me to this place as soon as I open the app. Winstar is our home away from home. All of the employees are pleasant and eager to please. It's safe to say that we'll be back as often as physically possible!

Horrible experience. The front desk agent, Mika, was rude and noticeably irritated and she would not accommodate a late checkout of one hour for a room that I was paying $450 per night for! It took 50 mins to get my car from the valet. Drinks in the casino are not free for gamblers that are 21+. The slot machines do not keep you engaged. The machines just take and take instead of giving you a good run so that you want to keep playing. Runs are what keeps you playing, spending cash and enjoying the night. You won't find that here.

Vibrant and lively with everything anyone you could want from a casino. Go around the world and never leave your home state. Exceeded my gambling expectations. Top pay out. We went home happy. Paid for our Valentine's trip.

The rooms are great, the casino is well ventilated and kept clean. The staff all is always very friendly and helpful! It's a fun get away for us! Set your spending limit and stick to it!

Always have a great time here! Tons of new options on games. They've added a lot more! Sad they got rid of the stage though.

Awesome place to stop and play. You can get a casino card pretty much at any entrance, which offer different perks. We got a free night at the RV park. Many places to eat and drink sodas, tea, and alcohol. Folks are fun. If playing the Slots is what you enjoy, you have thousands to choose from. There are live action tables, blackjack and Baccarat. I believe security said it was a little over a mile from one end of the casino to the other. We walked a lot, but it was crazy fun! Some Slots were pretty tight, while others not so much. We enjoyed eating at Panda Express and the buffet down the way, can't recall which country. Beijing maybe. I believe the Rio is the only non-smoking section. If you visit, wear comfortable shoes a smile and most of all have fun! Best of luck to you!

A place that has something for everyone. There are over 12-15 food choices with a variety from fine dining, buffet, snacks, quick meals, and foreign food. There is bingo and this is the largest casino in the world. The attached hotel is huge with many rooms. Next door is an rv lot as well as the hotels other more budget-friendly hotel. There are over 1200 slot machines as well as keno. From Central Texas, it is about a 3 hr drive (Ft Hood area). There are themed parts of the hotel like Rome, Paris and New York. There are also two pools one being more for adults at night. They also have a Starbucks and sell ice cream at DQ.

Yesterday was my second time going and My Girlfriend And Loved It We Won A Little Money From The Bonus Money The Casino Gave Us From Our First Visit, So Hey!! Come With Nothing And Leave With Something? Sounds like a plan to me am I right?

Very big and spacious and tons of things to do. I'm not a gambler I went for a show at the event but it's a very nice casino. I wasn't a fan of the smoke though and extremely long wait time for dinner so get reservations.
