What can you say about a casino they always sparkle and try to make you feel good about losing your money lol. Good place to go to get away from the world and have a few drinks and while a few may walk out winners most will just walk out. Rooms are nice but who goes to a casino to stay in the room. Food at the buffet is ok but nothing special. They need more waitress to serve drinks because you gotta chase them down if your thirsty. And the bathrooms are not kept clean at all and stink. They a shuttle service around the parking lot because while it s a big place getting from point A to point B is a challenge.

Even during a pandemic everything was cleaned well even had someone there to get an elevator for you. We didn't win much but had a relaxing time.

Stop for 20 minutes. A bathroom break..cant wait to go when i Have Time. Its a beautiful casino

Great poker room, one of the best in the country. Tons of tables, better than any room in Vegas unless you're looking to play nosebleed stakes.

Had a good time. The machines are set a little tight, but still enjoyed the time we spent there.

Had a blast... liked environment and everyone like that i danced while I was listening to the music. Didnt win my money back but will definitely come back...

Casino is massive and had a lot of fun. Tons of food options and you can roll dice! Only complaint not smoke free, but it's a casino can't complain to much.

We enjoy have lots of fun. It's just the smoking in the building is getting so bad. Needs improvement. Never know and cannot take chances if a fire happens

If you re someone like me, you d think this place is just too overwhelming. It s incredibly crowded & loud & it just doesn t have a pleasant vibe. But, I m sure there are many others who have fun in the gambling scene & night find WinStar enjoyable... I m just not one of them.

It was ok but not what I would have expected. Won't be going back. Will stick with Durant.

Not good. Rude employees and no hospitality. Couldn t even get someone to come up and get our bags from the room. Ordered coffee and waited an hour but never came. I will not be back.

Great place to have fun, meet people, win money, relax, enjoy music, and relax if you dont want to leave yet.....invite some friends and family. So much enjoyment and fun under one roof

Went to this place to see a show, so I didn't stay in any of the guest rooms. Thank goodness. The casino floor is fairly well kept but it is a dark, cramp, tacky, woeful place. It is difficult to move about due to the sheer number of slot machines. Decor is a mishmash of cultural themes and furniture that seemed to have been shoved out of the way to make room for more slots. If there is ever a fire here, people are going to be crushed trying to make through the impossibly small aisle ways to the exits. It was difficult moving around on an early Friday evening.

Dinner was expensive, poorly presented - salad with more cheese than greens, asparagus spears slightly larger in width than a bit of dry spaghetti, and short pour on the wine - slammed down on a table with all the grace of someone tossing a frisbee, badly.

This is, by far, the most depressing place I've been to in years. And the most depressing casino ever.

If my favorite act, on its final night of all concerts ever, was playing this venue and I had front row seats, backstage passes, and after party access, I would not go.

Terrible. Woeful. Sad. Place.

Ate breakfast at the Terrace View Cafe and the food was pretty good. Our waitress was great. Overall, the casino is very nice and kept clean. The machines were tight, but that's to be expected.

Great place to stay and relax in the casino. Oh don't forget the food great!!!

Met college daughter from OKC for lunch. Thought this would good place to meet halfway. Did not care for the casino at all. Granted, I have not been to many but this is definitely not one of my favorites. Machines are too crowded and difficult to walk through without dodging chairs.

Huge beautiful casino. Lot of cigarette smoke but there is a part of casino that is smoke free. There was even self service drinks available if you're not into alcohol, consisted of coffee and soda

Love to go to Winstar World Casino because of entertainment /concerts. And of course their Gran Via buffet that my friends and I loved so much. You need to be there to experience the magic inside the Winstar World Casino!

Does this casino have Lotus Land Deluxe? Wife love playing it so I walked the whole casino in search of it without luck. Game map point me to the older version

Best place to gamble and chill over the weekend at the resort.

Surprised by the hotel, light, airy and spacious. Nice rooms, felt more like a resort. Casino had plenty of slot machines.Enjoyed the self serve drink (coffee & soda) stations. Pool was closed, looks a little small, wonder how busy it gets in the summer. Will definitely consider coming back for a concert or show. Perfect for a weekend getaway; take in a show, do a little gambling and hang out at the pool.

Love It. It's my escape. Everybody I bring gets addicted to coming. Been coming for a long time, everybody but me win jackpots, but it's ok. Maybe one day. Great Place

The rooms are nicely equipped. My refrigerator did not work and they immediately replaced it with a new model. The decor is starting to show signs of wear and tear even though it isn't that old. Housekeeping is unobtrusive. The restaurant and bar have terrific food and drinks. The casino is huge. It has a number of different sections divided into geographical regions. It has a number of sit down as well as quick serve restaurants.

Many, many machines to choose from you can get lost its so large. Great fun gained a little bit of money. Go there you won't be disappointed.

It was great!!! So much different games/themes/countries to choose from!! It was beautiful and clean, very safe and seen a lot of people even had their Kids with them

Machines are tight here. Fun place and very large. Negative yo playing card games here is they require an ante each hand.

I've been to lots of casino's but nothing like Winstar. It is the best!!!

Who doesnt love winstar? Losers! That's who. Fun place, tons of machines to play, they have all the amenities!

Great distraction from day to day life. Honestly if you love numbers and probability this, Winstar is your kinda place. Notably don't stay in one play too long. And remember, it's all in good fun. You win some you lose some. Plus even if gambling isn't you scenery there is also golfing, swimming, a spa, and several quality restaurants for mixing up the flow. Whether it's a play day or a holiday get away, Winstar has it all. But you don't have to take my word for. Dive on in.

WinStar Casino is really a memorable experience all around for me. It has some many beautiful areas and something for the games and non-gamers alike. Really worth the visit!!

We went to see the Doobie Brothers. Great concert. Plenty of parking. Staff efficient. Only complaint is a common one, the seats in the event center are narrow. I get the more seats the more money. I have been to 3 concerts here and in every concert I end up sharing my seat. It can get pretty tight.

We always have an amazing time! The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is awesome. We are Vegas people and while I hate paying for drinks, the experience is so worth it!

Just a disclaimer. I only went to the casino and did not stay at the resort. I an not a big gambler and go to casinos when other people want to go. Winstar is one of the best, if not the best, casino in the North Texas area. They have all sorts of games that you expect to find at a casino. Plenty of restaurants and fast food options inside the casino. From outside, this place looks amazing.

I think it is nice. Perks of the hotel and free buffet is good. Just know I haven't won any money yet though. Lol

Ok but too much smoking. They need to get the ventilator fixed and work better ASAP for people s health!!

Unique Casino. Each area has their own type of food. You can definitely get a good exercise walking area this big place.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating especially in the state of our world now. We felt very safe to enjoy ourselves

Restaurant (i love this bar) was so good! Also, since we are from a different state we were suprised that you had to walk thru the casino (with our young kids) to get to the restaurants. I did not come across a check point to check ids. So it was strange.

We stayed in the casino pool north tower. Our mini fridge didn't work when we got her nor did the in-room safe. It was fixed several hours later. The shower is a walk in shower meaning no door. Other than the small issues we really enjoyed our stay. My skin feels so good from the water as well.

HUGE! We wanted to go from the hotel to the piano bar. They told us it was about a mile walk through the casino. They also had shuttles, but that place is huge!

The resort had one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. My wife and I had a king room. It was spacious and thats it. The bed was one of the worst beds i could feel the springs. Anytime I rolled over the hole bee would bounce and wake her up. It was the same for me. Normally I don t care about towels
But they were like sandpaper. We actually left a day early because we weren t sleeping(3 night trip). At checkout I was asked how our stay was I said horrible and the clerk never said anything else. No apologize, or we won t charge you for a 3rd night your not sleeping here. Will never stay at the resort again.

Breakfast buffet was great! Loved that they had such a wide selection of food. The service was good also very friendly staff and they kept our coffee cup filled up. After breakfast we hit the casino and the casinos fun to go to whether you lose or win.

Very professional, despite the covid, safety precautions were in place enjoyed our time.

Came on a Wednesday, so hardly any people. Was able to walk around. Lol. Staff was very professional. Only issue was the shower. Good water pressure, but hard water.

Ridiculous amount of machines.
Drinks too expensive. Room rates are outrageously over priced. Casino so tight you felt good winning cents at max bets.

This place is fun for a quick gamble. The pub food restaurant is awesome. Burger was the best.

This is such an amazing adventure! So much to see and do. The casinos are absolutely beautiful. All of the staff that I encountered were super friendly and helpful. I had a blast! I'll definitely be coming back. Maybe next time I can venture out of New York to experience the other parts of the world.

Fun experience, just couldn't stand all the indoor smoking. And of course losing is no fun either. Some weird guy had a monkey too.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The buffet on Friday or Saturday night with the King Crab legs u cannot beat it. The dessert area is great but the rest of the food is nothing spectacular just average buffet food. 23 dollars a person was worth it only if u r having the King Crab legs if not pay less somewhere else.

Great place. Many different restaurants and snack places. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fun to gamble. Only hard to get a drink for some reason. Love to come here.

You owe it to yourself, you gotta go at least once, way cool experience, way too much fun in one place , way to much irresistible food .......way to go winstar

The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling which I don't expect in a room for that price. Dressers were beat up, rickety desk etc... NOTHING is complimentary. Not even coffee. Just the weak tiny cups in the room. No complimentary breakfast. Not even continental. The only good things to say is that it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

If you love slots this is the place. It is over 3 miles of slots. Very clean. The few table games have only 3 people per table and is cleaned after every person.

Love coming here, super fun! Love the fact that now they have a smoke free area just wished they added more machines to that side.

It was nice, sure is one large casino. Been there 2 times and still haven't seen it all.

It s one star because In short this casino is like a bank that only take deposits....

Let me explain that analogy, this was my first time coming here and drove so many hours. Got my card made(don t think they have any military specials or anything), their website says we love new players ha! and get $25 when you sign up welp didn t get it today. no biggy...... now on to the machines, they have a variety but most of their machines you don t see at other casinos. You have your China shore/mystery/buffalo but they are all over the place so you will be walking a lot if a machine you want is crowded. Need more space for walking because half the time you have a crowd of people just chatting when you trying to walk by..... I spent so much money here but didn t get anything close to what I spent back, you go to bonus round but payoffs are no more than $3-20. THE MACHINES ARE TIGHT. There s so much I can go on about but this is enough, it s like they take in %90 of players money that visit to help fund all the restaurants and the little water works areas they have in there(so unnecessary).

So In the end I will not come back here as the other casinos down south are a bit more generous(Louisiana, Mississippi) oh and another thing no one check ID s here, must be a Oklahoma thing.

Last time I want him was for the Trevor Noah show! It was Completely packed but yet we were able to get seats for dinner and drinks very quick! Love this place

why send me a mailer claiming I get 2 comp nights sunday-thursday but not honor a single day this month. That is called lying! love the casino, but this is garbage

Been here several times and never seem to really ever see anyone win I think they just take Texans money it's probably my least favorite casino out of the whole state of Oklahoma

Great atmosphere good slots lots of good places to eat

I've been to both the hotel and casino several times. The hotel is really nice and we've not had a bad stay. Everything is super clean and we always feel welcome when visiting. The casino is very clean with a TON of options for gaming. While they do allow smoking, there are a few non-smoking areas. Even in the smoking areas, the smell isn't terrible unless you're right by someone smoking. Payouts have been hit and miss, but I can say I've almost always had a great time when visiting. Give it a try!

I love this casino. It's the biggest casino I've ever been to. I'm a huge poker player and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they could have more dealers for poker and the poker room is on the complete opposite side of the hotel about 1.5 miles to walk.

Had fun but there were too many people. Had to search for chairs (I am disabled and can't stand for long periods of time). Otherwise it was a nice experience.

Good place to pass time. Can get crowded and a bit cold inside. Slot machines can be hot or cold just depends on the day or night you go.

I love Winstar, I always win playing the machine Roullette where the minimum is a quarter, Just keep doubling until you win all the way up to $200 which means that you will always win unless you lose 9 hands in a row which is very unlikely. Also always bet on the 7 on the craps table, Odds are 4 to 1 and it always comes up 7 anyway, Im up at least 2 grand just from Craps and Roullette

Never came out dissapointed the 6 times ive been here. Also the floor is super smokey, bad for non smokers, always get a comp room by using players card when u play, and check out the hot tub in the pool with the firepit,

Had a great stay! The Staff was very courteous! The hotel was very clean. You see the staff working and constantly cleaning the hotel and casino. Happy New Year! Can't wait to visit again!

Really huge! Nice place! Easy to lose the people you come with if you're not careful! Lol

We really enjoyed the casino even with the lack of chairs and empty hand sanitizer stations. Once we got home I received an offer for a free stay or discounted rate for 2 nights on any day however when I tried to book it there was no free room or discounted rate given. When I called one lady said you need thousands of point to get a room. I m not quite sure why they send you this offer if you can t use it.

They check your temperature before entering and you have to have your mask on at all times. They have chairs at every other machine so you don't have to sit real close to the next person.

Lots to do, don't have to spend your whole trip feeding machines. Visit the Pulladium, they bartenders are top notch. Rooms are nice and clean...pool is very nice

When star is a large casino with ample parking. Media slots are newer type, I wish there were more of the older types. Due seems to be not enough tables to entertain all the patrons.

Well this casino is huge it is known as the world's largest casino and I went there today.
