Rooms are very clean, not happy that I'm not winning anything. But I'm having some cool "me" time.

I loved the variety and the set up. Clean and friendly workers.

Wonder fun, great Buffet and the Fabulous Chaka Khan. Global Event Center - the shows in a small comfortable venue.

Not a whole lot of winning when I go, but it is cool to see the worlds biggest casino. It can be overwhelming, but it's a cool experience.

Great rooms. They need to implement text valet call down.

The hotel stay us always great. They have the best rooms. Winning here has never been big, just little amounts from all the times I've been here. But overall it is a nice place to stop, plenty of restaurants to eat at, fast food or sit down.

Y'all know I love the casino but I love it more when I win so my suggestion would be to make that happen more often lol

Opportunity missed WinStar, take a look around.Choctaw,Vegas,all kid friendly. I spend hundreds of dollars on my grandkids when we go to other casinos.We have to leave WinStar to spend money on them elsewhere.You would think you'd take advantage of an opportunity to increase revenue...to bad

Prejudice and insulting. The dealer at the 3 card poker table had the nerve to tell my wife and myself thay we could not speak Spanish to each other at the table. She said it was a casino rule. This is America and that is a violation of our constitutional right. I even asked the pit boss (nicely) and he backed her up. Had it been my employee, I would have fired her. She did not say please and seemed to enjoy it and threatened to have me banned. This is the kind of place that they run. Oh yeah. If u buy a drink during last call you have to finish it within 15 minutes Or they take it away from you. Other dealers there were not like the one I described above but still 1 bad apple will ruin the bunch.

Good experience at the casino, it looks much larger from the outside due to it's design, it's essentially a hallway that extends about a half mile to a mile total full of slots. It also has different table games including black jack and variations of poker. Beer was 2.50 for a 12 oz pour of bud 4.50 for a can. (I believe pints but not positive) they had beautiful structures and statues in each segment representing different countries and areas, thus the 'world casino' name. It's a casino in Oklahoma so you'll walk out smelling like smoke, but that's about par for the course for a casino.

I love Winstar! They're games are fun and I even won several thousand. So did my sister. Great place. Lots of places to eat, you even get a free a meal if your Club member.

Fun place to go! The casino is rather smokey because there is smoking allowed. As far as the concert experience it was very nice to go, park, eat dinner and walk to the concert room. Although there were a very large amount of people in the casino leaving after the concert was a breeze!! Not much traffic to fight to get on the road home. Toby Keith's ribs were very good and the service was great.

Meh...just not enough tables and everything closes at 10pm on weekdays.

The hotel is not worth the price with plywood hard beds and schizophrenic air conditioners that leave you hot and cold all night. The pool that they use to claim this is a resort is not that great.

Overall, not impressed and almost certainly will not return.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Karen and Carol not only told us conflicting things about our reservation but, at one point, Karen even told us she didn t care to help us with our personal affairs (it was taking longer than we expected.) Incredibly disappointed and not planning on spending another dime at this establishment

You can have a great time here! From all the different games, or restaurants. The hotel is great too!

With All this Covid going on they need people walking around sanitizing the empty seats and machines consistently.. It wasn't like that, i didn't feel comfortable

Our room was super hot. We asked for help in front desk but she was rude. We asked to stay another hour but they are not courteous about it. The machines in the casino is not loose at all. There were a lot of machines to try and definitely fun to play but be sure to play for fun only and don t expect to win big. My machine I played keep turning off and on.

This place has a lot of potential. It's hard to be excited when the atmosphere is gloomy. This place is in dire need of friendly customer service training. Witnessed new equipment installation and new construction, while the existing equipment, and tables are falling apart and need attention.

Great atmosphere, feels like your in Vegas, every game you desire to play including poker, roulette, simulcast horse racing and so much more!

I do not hate WinStar I love WinStar every time I go I have a fantastic time I'm looking forward to going again in fact I'm going on the 18th and 19th of January looking forward to seeing you guys you're the best ever

I enjoyed myself for my first visit. We will be back and we will bring some others to tag along. The only thing is we had to pay for drinks which wasn't a problem. Where I'm from as long as you are playing your money you drink free.

The place its nice and huge, it was very busy when i went but was fun

I hate this place. I mean it's great there and I will definitelybe back, but I am not made to gamble lol. I really love that the new york area is smoke free!!

Amazed that the ATM charges 4.99 to withdraw money when they are going to keep what I withdraw anyway. I went there for entertainment so I had no intention of making money but the ATM fee's are unacceptable

This place is huge and called the Worlds Largest Casino for a reason. So much more to do than just slot machines, golf, spa day Nd much much more. Their gift shops are top notch!

The room was uncomfortable the bed was like I was in a torched device!

Vape clouds GALORE. Ended in the hospital from allergic reaction. Beautiful decor and sections, but I will NEVER go back. Anyone that has a bad reaction to Vape Clouds PLEASE stay away.

This place is never ending!! Lots of games, shops, restaurants, a hotel, etc!

We came for my girlfriends birthday and of course the price for a regular pool room for one night was $345 on the weekend. Requested something special in the room... nothing. Asked for an extended checkout due to us arriving at 10 pm, they said 12 was the latest. Asked if we could at least use the pool after checking out, they said no. It didn't sound right, so we called after checking out and asked the same question and they lady said "of course you can... absolutely!" So I informed her the front desk said no, so she put me on hold for another 10 minutes and came back and said "they changed the policy because of COVID 19 and the pool can only be at 50%." How is that when the casino was jammed packed with people last? Oh I know... we don't spend money at the pool. We were curious as to the real policy so on our way to gamble more, we stopped at the pool and said 'we just checked out, can we still use the pool?' The reply was "sure... you can, as long as you still have your key, "but my friend had already changed out of her bikini, so she was not very happy. What is the actual rule and why do your employees not know it?

The place is really nice but it's hard to stand in it if you are a non-smoker.
Buffet: It's average. The bakery is really nice. The person from Wisconsin makes really good banana splits

Great hotel room, the casino is nice, but has too many penny slots, would like to see more quarter slots!

I had a good time. I won a some and I lost some. All and all I kept most of my play money and lost very little. I was able to play for a couple hours.

You know how they say "you win some, you lose some." Here you lose most of it and win almost nothing.

Had fun. Stay over night if you get the chance. Best odds of my few other casino experienced. If you feel lucky your best shot to win and at least of you don't you'll have a better time losing. They seem a bit tricky about having choice times like 12a

Loads of machine to choose from, makes you feel like you're in Vegas.

Easily one of my favorite Casinos. Great place to go and relax. If you need a break from gambling check out the sports bar area or any of the great food stops. Make sure to use your players card and collect those points to start getting free stuff. Im not a risky gambler, very conservative, but was able to get all meals on comp points this trip. Looking forward to my next visit.

I loved the place. Great food great games. I win some I loose some. But omg I have a blast. Nice people Everytime I go. Can't wait to be able to stay the night at the casino..

Super fun night out. In fact i talked about it on The Common Sense podcast. So good to have a adult night out with family. It was super packed in the casino. Plus great drinks and brought home $130 bucks cant beat that.

Love this casino. Enjoyed the Lionel Richie concert. But when we went gambling we had the rudest dealer ever on the roulette table! She was so unpleasant, and very rude to the guest playing! We ve always have fun pleasant dealers! She needs to find a different job if she hates peoples because that s exactly the way she came across last night!

I have been there a couple times. I love that there are so many different areas of the casino. They also have a non-smoking area... which I guess is great for the non-smokers.

Very clean, very helpful enjoyed myself I would recommend this place.

It was very clean, and they have sanitation station all throughout the casino. Everyone was wearing a mask, but most importantly everyone was winning. Lol. This is the first time I have seen so many wins. I highly recommend you go now, before the streak is over!

Great clean place. You may not always win, but they are fair.

Mediocre room. No fridge in room. Would expect more from a place like this. Not many winners on the gaming floor. Pool filled with children. But I can say it's the largest casino I have ever been in.

Winstar is a huge casino and although smoking is allowed it isn't that bad but your clothes will smell like smoke when you come out. They have some pretty good restaurants there as well. I love the fish and chips place. Their buffet is okay.

When we went it was so smokey my eyes were burning, not sure if they were having issues with ventilation. The table games have a low buy in which was nice and lots of slot machines, but you have to buy your own alcohol (unlike other casios). The Keith Urban restaurant was disappointing, the wait was 2 hrs, food was cold and not really good, and for a half empty restaurant the service was really slow.

It was fun and exciting. The staff are friendly and nice.
The Grand Via Buffet was on. But theb Asian food line in it wasn't up to par.. itn was gross and the line to wait in for the buffet was to long.

Does not offer free alcohol. I go every week if not every other week. Machines are pretty tight. I've definitely hit 2 jackpots but otherwise I guarantee I've lost much more than I've won. Still fun obviously it's a freaking casino.

Only vpl of places to eat fast food and not enough sitting tables

I'm not sure what they did to those slot machines but it seemed like they just took your money. The good part is I received $50 free play.

Since I'm a regular slot machine player i enter WinStar with cofidence. The Casino is always clean. Its a fun place to visit just like Disneyland.

Took a trip here with my dad a couple weeks back and had an amazing time. First time having ever gone to a casino and I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it actually was. Very large also really sanitary from what I saw.

Better bring your walking shoes, this place is huge! Very nice place. Nice and clean. Lots going on and lots to do. And I walked out $500 ahead after playing for a few hours.

Had a great time. Nice casino. Always clean and well stocked bathrooms. Friendly staff.

Loved it except for our comp.room was way to warm and the hallways and elevators were even warmer than the rooms.there were also only 4 floors in the hotel that had working ice machines

Wide array of things to do. Multi-cultural decor, sections and restaurants. It was a lot cleaner than I expected a casino to be. Almost everything worked. Employees were helpful.. and don't forget the PERKS of using the Club Passport :)

Love the casino. So many games and so much variety. Went to celebrate my brother in laws birthday. We will be back soon for sure.

We went to dinner and a concert there and the place was all decked out for Valentine s Day. It was beautiful and just a great to be!

Big casino with plenty of meal options, from high end to Toby Keith's bar and grill to more casual spots like IHOP and Dairy Queen for ice cream! Also has self service beverage areas for coke and coffee. Fun times!

Very inviting and classy resort. Not a 5 star, yet but it it's working towards that goal. Staff is always friendly and professional. New eateries are very nice and welcome addition.

Love this casino/resort. The rooms and amenities are great. I wanted to enjoy the pool area but it was so crowded and everyone had towels on the empty lounge chairs so no one could sit there. Would be nice to have an adults only pool area.

Love Winstar, only suggestion is figuring out a better wait line for buffet on Saturday's. I've been twice and had to wait an hour and a half to eat at the buffet. Might add some benches for the elderly in line.

Winstar is good in small doses. The smoke is horrendous and it's the first thing you'll notice, just like all casinos. The walk ways are small and crowded so you'll often have to budge Oriole to get where you are going.
