I ve been here like 10x and haven t won a single time spent $700 on a machine without even getting a single bonus. They also have thousands of people with almost every machine taken and horrible Covid precautions. Worst casino experience of my life and Ive traveled the country gambling.

I'm always impressed with the staff; from greeting to restroom attendants. They are polite, helpful and seem to enjoy their position.

Awesome casino great views from the hotel room the pool n bar area outside is very nice and relaxing.

It was a really big casino and nice casino. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was really cold in most the casino was the only bad thing. But I recommend it to go visit. And the pool is fabulous for the people staying there is fabulous.

Mini Vegas! I love the atmosphere and the winnings are surprisingly better than expected. My destination getaway every time I'm in North Texas. Only 30 minutes from Denton Texas and just a few minutes inside of Thackerville Oklahoma. Perfect!!!

We've been several times and have always had a great time. We win and we lose but that's the way its goes. If you think you're only going to win then better not go. Took my Grandson for his 21st birthday he had such a good time. The rooms are really nice. This week end we're bringing our dog and staying in the friendly pet hotel. I'm sure it will be just as nice as the other hotels. I'll let ya'll know.

Starting to look like Shreveport. Broke machines and I'm finding it difficult to find a machine to play without waiting.Buffet is awesome but $25 a person you can't eat enough to justify the price.

Like the large casino but don't go there much because I never win even a small amount

Love this place, Great staff and good selection of restaurants

Beautiful casino with a lot of options for slots and card games. Smoking is still allowed inside and there is a .25 ante before each black jack hand. Sodas are free, alcohol is not. I've never spent the night at the hotel but very convenient location if you live off I-35.

It was my first time going and had a blast with my wife. Everyone so nice and positive. Great vibes. Had fun. Will be returning.

Went to see my favorite comedian. The seats were so close together that you had absolutely NO elbow room whatsoever. The railings were so loose that pressure of any kind might have sent you to the floor. Thank goodness I was there with my son and had a strong arm to hold onto. The big screens weren't big enough to see the comedian's facial expressions. On a good note, at least the audio was excellent.

Best casino closest to DFW. Food choices aren't the best, but it is always a good time.

Its was alright...i haven't been in a few years. The place is huge i know but we're still in a pandemic. It should have more people cleaning. I barely saw any. The bathrooms were gross. No toilet seat covers. That meant women were squatting and then toilet seats were covered in urine.The most i saw were security guards and plenty of waitresses.

Friendly staff, good drinks, lots and lots of fun! Good way to spend your money and not even be mad about it.

Took plenty of money and lost it all, making service terrible. On another note they are A-OK in my book.

Felt very safe there and had a really good time! Liked it wasn't very crowded and as usual food was great!

It is a very nice casino. Rooms are nice. The cafe was really good.

I lose my money every time I go! However the Hotel is always nice, and the casino entrances are staffed by really helpful and kind ladies. Free soda for the non-drinkers. The ventilation has gotten so much better in the last year or so. Even so each area has a unique aroma and I can usually find a place where I can avoid the cigarette smoke. My only complaint is that the alcohol prices are pretty steep if you are playing on small amounts.

Huge casino, clean and vibrant. Only drawback is too many type 2 bingo slots not enough of the traditional Vegas slots. Still lots of fun there.

Overall we had a good experience. We traveled to Winstar to enjoy the pool and food with friends to celebrate our anniversary. We looked forward to more of the resort side of things. I called the week prior to verify pool access wouldnt be an issue before check in to which I was told it wouldnt be. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed for a VIP pool party. We were very disappointed. Cheryl, a manager, was very understanding of my fruatration and took care of us in other ways so all in all it was a good visit.

I love the employees.
The casino floor is very well kept, even during those busy weekend nights.
The machine attendants are kind, helpful, and always seem to have a smile.
The housekeepers seem to always be happy, considering their job title.

If you like fast pace, slots, blackjack, drinking, eating, high energy, people watching...you'll love it.

I had the best time that I've ever had here today. I won good and got to just chill out and enjoy the scene.

My experience was great traveled in from visiting a friend in ft worth. Stop by buffet was very good. Great service !!! Slot machines were a bit tight but it's called gambling. Went in with $50. Several hours later left with $1300 and my brother and I marvelous time. Keep up the good work. Thank y'all David

This trip was my first and I enjoyed so I will return.

The family and I had a great time at this large casino. Please bring comfortable shoes so that you can walk around and fully enjoy this massive casino. We didn't have much luck on the slots, but you can't expect to win everytime. On Saturday it's pretty busy in the early afternoons and you may have to walk a great distance from your car to the casino. The staff are extremely helpful and try to assist you in anyway they can. We ate at the NYC Burgers and Dogs restaurant and it was delicious. I ordered steak fingers and my fam ordered cheeseburgers. They raved about how amazing their burger was, I think I'll try that the next time I go. Enjoy yourself and good luck.-Lakeisha Sinclair-

Great place to come and people watch. Several options for food and while you can smoke, it is spread out enough that you can find places that aren't too smokey if that isn't your scene. Be sure to get a players card if you are going to the buffet as there is a discount.

What can I say? This place is awesome, so many slots to chose from, and table games as well.

WINSTAR is the place to go when that "Winnin'" aura hits you. Clean, happy, and winning slots. Thanks to your staff WINSTAR. Again, a great experience was had by all.

Overall I really liked the place. If slots are your thing, you'll love the place, thousands of slot machines! Table games however aren't real popular, I imagine that's due to the 50 cent ante that is required by Oklahoma law for every game. The only other thing is there aren't any free alcoholic drinks, or at least not as much like you get in casinos in other states. But overall it's still a great place to go.

I don t always win but when I do is better something than nothing I take my stress out

Nothing special about this casino hotel. Ceilings look like a nightclub instead of an upper class casino. Hotel showers use soft water which always feels like you can't get the soap off you. They take your temperature for covid19 in a vain attempt to keep the place sterile but they touch each person on the side of the head with it which spreads disease physically after thousands of customers get touched spreading the disease physically. Many many people playing the machines with no mask. No machines being wiped down at all that I saw in 5 hours I was on the casino floor.

Even though it s a give/take, love/hate, the facilities are always clean, staff always knowledgeable and a fun time for sure. Just wish I knew the secret of Lady Luck!

I normally go to Choctaw but decided to give Winstar a shot. This place is gigantic! It has so many restaurants and the atmosphere is amazing. I really enjoyed it, especially because I won some money.

Execent, exciting, friendly, wonderful, great dealers and pit bosses, Execent food and all round service. I should have went home, I was a winner,lots of fun and met lots of friendly people. A great place to go and gamble, who. Knows ,who will come home a winner with a great gambling and exciting story to tell of their trip to. Win. Star

Fun! So many different kinds of slot machines to choose from, non stop action! I go at least once a month and I do pretty good. No complaints here! I get so many comps with the players club card and rewards, they know how to take care of you!

This was my first visit, and I enjoyed myself. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the indoor smoking. I was choking inside my mask. That is not healthy at all. You can compromise your health from the second hand smoke, then put yourself at risk of Covid-19. Not good.

THE CIGARETTE SMOKING THAT IS ALLOWED IS HORRIBLE!! IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO CIGARETTES AND YOU ARE NOT A SMOKER, YOU DON'T WANT TO GO TO THIS CASINO. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL CONSIDER IN THE FUTURE TO BAN INDOOR SMOKING. IT'S JUST NOT HEALTHY FOR ANYONE AND PUTS A DAMPER ON THE EXPERIENCE.

I was at WinStar Friday after Thanksgiving never ever seen it so packed where you couldn t find a machine. Ate at Chip n Ales worst service ever very unorganized. People fighting over seating food took forever they were not ready for crowds. Next night saw Willie Nelson very organized & great concert

It was awesome....now....I dont go to casinos on a regular or that often...maybe once every 5yrs...but this one...I would return here soon....very spacious, very clean, and very hospital....the food was something less..for that I would bring my own food....other then that...tha tables are perfect even with the necessary precautions in plac3....loved it...I will return

Great place!!! Clean & lots of FUN machines!!!! Very disappointed they charge for drinks. They have self serve stations throughout with soft drinks & coffee that is free of charge.

It would be easier to just mail them 500 hundred dollars and ask them to light it on fire. I like the free rooms though, that way you can get drunk when you lose every time and not have to drive home.

Man I went to windstar casino it was great planed on staying the night but no rooms had to take all my money and go back home it was my friends 50 the birthday planed on staying 2 nights no rooms Thanks winstar

This casino is huge. Hotels is really nice or stay at rv park that's next door.

The switching ends kinda breaks the rythym but it necessary its to crowded on the fri- sat nights

Seems awesome if you enjoy the casino/night life scene. We had a blast at the Sebastian msniscalco comedy show but the smoke in the open casino was too much. Big place, drinks were nice.
