I enjoy coming here. It is always a fun time and it's a very great location.

It was horrible to have the machines pulled so tight at the end of the month. Folks around hu ou talking of the something. You couldnt even get free games...I will not be back...will keep my pledge to the Choctaw Casino Durant and Cherokee Casino Will Rogers.

We love just to get away at times and this is one of our favorite places to do so. Not just for the gambling but for the very nice pool areas.

Stayed at the RV park, very nice and clean, people were nice to deal with. Didn't win any money, never do. You must have to play 5 and 10 dollar bets to win.

The experience was wonderful. However, you must have the mindset that you're playing for entertainment. Losing money is a possibility. The only issue I have is linking my card to my account. It seems to be very difficult. If they can make that user-friendly it would be great. Easy accessibility to the casino. Really enjoyed the fact that about every 5 to 10 minutes and announcement was being broadcast requesting that face mask cover the mouth as well as the nose. Nice to know that they're taking care of me.

Casino is huge. We don't play slots so we only stay in the table game area, but there are lots of games. I'm happy that they have real Craps now, but with only two tables, it is usually full. They need to add another table or two.

Room in South tower not as nice as North tower but still nice. Wish the a/c was higher in Fitness Room. Would like to see more lounge areas since they took large one away for two new restaurants. Arrived later for Senior Buffet, out of French toast and pancakes at 10:10. Said it would be 10 min to make some. Disappointed.

This is a great place to get away from work and relax. Bring your luck with you, there is lots of money to give away but you have to work for it. Lots of fun. Great motel and very comfortable. Haven't seen an unfriendly employee here willing to help you. Love coming here.

Went for ny Birthday, it was ok.
Problem was with others, several people were not wearing mask, and as for social distancing, people weren't to worried about it. The casino mentioned to have mask on but they were not enforcing it.

Great place! They have a non-smoking area now which is great but sadly it still kinda smells like smoke. Lots of machines to play on and food is Great!

Great hotel! Beautiful rooms! The buffet is outstanding. I wish the sodas by the pool were free like they are inside: it only makes sense to do that. I come down every time they do promos, and I always have a great time! :)

Called before we went but got no answer for an hour to see if the Poker room was open. Got here and it wasn't and the smoke was unbearable.

We attended the casino to view a show then walked the casino to find other amusement. The seats at the show were very close together and perfectly functional if not comfortable. The show was wonderful despite this. The casino was crowded and so were the tables, so much so that we were unable to play.

Absolutely the worst of worst customer service and guest recognition hav ever experienced. As a brand new guest to the casino and hotel I can confidently say now one has the ability to create a proper guest experience. The resort gives a grand illustration of a beautiful hotel and resort; whoever from personal experience and witnessing others I don t think it s possible to be a guest at the casinos hotel to not have a flawless visit.

Lose more than win. I go here very often and always lose more than at other casinos. I think it being the closest to Texas plays an advantage to sneak in more losses.. but ur money. I recommend going a little further to another casino to better your odds..

I personally do not like WinStar because of the fact that you can be losing and they still charging you $0.50 the hands how can they charge you $0.50 a hand to play the table and you losing they charge you to lose your money also they do not offer you any drinks unlike the other casinos and they barely want to give you a comp for a free meal ticket it's a rip-off to me my own personal opinion

If anyone tells you the Indian Casinos don't have on/off switches for their slot machines, they're lying. It's amazing how an entire area of the casino suddenly "gets hot" and then just as quickly, gets cold. 99% chance you're going to leave with less than you came with. But, it's fun if you aren't here trying to earn a living on a slot machine.

Hugh casino with an awesome buffet. There are probably thousands of machine games but i was disappointed there were only 2 craps tables. Also the room prices are a little steep on the weekend.

They say it is the biggest casino in the world and I dont doubt it. The place is always filled whenever I go up, and games are fun. Golf course is very well kept managed.

I've never been to a casino before, so I keep remembering the movie Casino. It was a very big place, honestly too many people inside. At one point I was around so many, I had to step aside. Luckily I found a bar, so I had a drink and the staff was super friendly. I put four stars because I didn't see any pool tables and also because I feel the whole social distancing wasn't being watched. I understand money has to be made, but comfort should be one too. No one should feel anxious, like I did but I willing to try it out again. I'm planning on celebrating my birthday at this place, are there anything else I can do at the casino.

Despite living in Oklahoma for years I'd never been to WinStar. While driving back from Dallas I decided to stop by on a whim to see the place. From the outside it appears nicer than almost every other casino in Oklahoma, but I was still leery. It is a very large building but there is multiple easily accessible entrances with tons of parking. Once we got inside I was pretty impressed with how clean and well staffed it was. At 10am on a Sunday it was decently busy. The casino is split up into different "cities". You can walk from Cairo all the way to London with each section having appropriate decor. Each city also had its own bar and restaurant to match the local food. All in all I was impressed with WinStar. It's not on the same scale as a Vegas casino, but you can undoubtedly have a good time there.

It was very loud but it was at 3 am. The food was good but it wasn't hot. Overall I would go again during the day.

Concert venue was excellent. Casino is extremely large, exciting and fun. Shuttle service wait time was horrible. Definitely need some major improvements on the shuttle service after a concert. An hour wait for a shuttle to go less than 3 miles when you have elderly and/or handicapped individuals is unacceptable. Was told 6 to 7 shuttles running every 15 to 20 minutes and there were only 3 in an hour and were 3/4 full when they arrived at a specific pickup location is an issue.

Best casino this side of Vegas! Great shows/hotel! Very convenient for D/FW travelers/residents!

Mmmm. The Buffett. Fun playing slots. Don't smoke, so the cigarette smoke kinda sucked. But there is a non-smoking section.

Very spacious. A lot of the electronic games were in disrepair. Need a few more choices in the non smoking section.

The world's biggest casino. You can spend hours here playing games. There are hundreds of slot machines which run at different stakes. Also poker, roulette tables.
Soft drinks on the house. Keep playing and Enjoy.

Had to pay the dealer every hand.... Oklahoma rules I guess. Go to Shreveport for a better casino experience. Also went to the seafood buffet and the entire restaurant smelled like cigarettes because it's not closed off from the casino.... not a great experience and never went back.

No luck but it was an awesome Experience and is unlike any other casinos in the state. Just do know its Smoking allowed all over which the smoke isnt too bad unless you are next to someone smoking.

It wasn't as fancy/nice as I had always thought. This was my first visit. I have been to Las Vegas.

Can't wait to return to this casino and stay! It's huge and gorgeous. The best part was winning a nice amount from the slot machine. The first time I have ever done that!

Great hotel room! Quiet and cool with very comfortable bed and sheets. The casino is huge and amazing with many good restaurants. We ate at the Italian kitchen and it was delicious with excellent service.

We enjoyed it. It is kind of crowded in the weekend. We didn't win but we had fun. Free fountain drinks and coffee. A lot of smoking and smoke free area was boring. Wide variety of games.

Winstar is always fun. It's always clean, the workers are always nice, willing to help and always cleaning. I don't always win, but I don't always lose either! Great place!

Casino... Fun... Entertainment... Good food... What is there not to like?

Bro - this place is PACKED. 10% of people there don't wear masks. Understaffed, 12 inches apart w everyone. Be wary.

On a Sunday afternoon, with nothing to do, my friends and I took the hour and a half car ride from Dallas to the closest casino. WinStar has been, not only the experience you would expect from a casino (i.e. gambling away money on the rows upon rows of slot machines) but it was more in the sense that, for us at least, it was an adventure. The only downside is that when we walked in, two of us stood around waiting for the others to come out of the restroom and in the three minutes that we were waiting we had 5 people approach us and ask if we needed help with anything. I understand attentiveness to guests but when one person asks and then another watches that person leave and then also asks it was a bit ridiculous. All in all not a bad negative to have, "oh they were too helpful."

Visited for the evening to check it out and play some slots. Pleasantly surprised at how big and nice the casino was. Comparable to the nicer Station Casinos in Las Vegas (e.g. Red Rock, GVR). Cigarette smell wasn't too bad while we were there, liked the self serve fountain drink stations, but wish they served Coke products. Buffet was decent, but overpriced for the quality of the food.

The check in agents are the best. But the bartenders act like you are not worthy because you have free coupons for free drinks. The check in agents give you this as complementary but the bartender doesn't even bother to look you in the eye to take your order. This makes me feel like I'm some freeloading scrub. I never really win at this casino but the view is nice from the room but the beds are uncomfortably irritating. And also it seems like the free rooms are the raggedy rooms for scrubs. I never get the luxury rooms even though they beg me every month to come visit with their invitations. I feel it's just a ploy to get you there and rob you.

I haven't been n a while, takes a little tm to get accustom 2 new machines. I had a good tm tho.

Great casino. Place is huge tons of slots. It's decorated really cool it looks like different places in the world. Restaurants are amazing and the resort has excellent rooms

Customer service is amazing even going thru the pandaimac, but I noticed how the machines are needing a upgrade; buttons are broke sound doesn't either!!

I didn't stay at the resort this time, but I have before. I just went for the casino. It was a great time, but as with most, if not all casinos, the cigarettes are overbearing and it ruins the fun atmosphere.

Great buffet. Made some money. I wish they would open up additional tables. Three per table makes it difficult to play table games.

Place has gone to waste. Half the machines and buttons don't work. Nobody comes around to wipe machine down. Not worth going to anymore

This place was great! My wife and I had a wonderful time. Rooms are a little cost if ya have to pay full price...300+ Friday night. But it's a casino...spend a little...you'll start receiving comps and discounts. Complementary valet, check in was quick, room was a tad bit small but still nice, staff was available throughout the hotel and very helpful. Easy to get to and from the concert venue which was so much fun. (NO CREDIT CARDS excepted at the venue)
Pool was fun...water was a little cloudy and the chairs run out really quick so get there early. Wifi was hit or miss throughout the building. Lots of food and beverage options. And if ya use the valet...be prepared for about a 15-20 min wait at check out between 10-11. Overall, great experience, had LOTS of fun, and will be back.

The food and drinks are good. You can easily get lost here as it's a huge place. The theme of famous cities is beautiful. Fun place to try your luck.

I go regularly, I love the free rooms and to gamble. Always a good time. The kids love the pools as well.

Awesome place! I was only 10 steps inside the building and people were offering to help me and somebody actually walked me all the way down to my destination! Very helpful and friendly staff! And clean.

Too much smoking everywhere give me a headache. S only they can contain that somewhere else So that non smokers can enjoy the beauty of the casino headaches is all I got

Casino had plenty of slots to play and generous restaurants! However the stay wasn't as premised, $238 a night turned into $596. When we called to discuss the overcharges we were more than treated like they had no concern. We asked for a itemized bill via email and are still waiting. No food was ordered nor and charges made to the room. Proceed with caution or pay only with cash only.

Had a lot of fun, the rooms were clean and we got coupons! Really loved my trip here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because at the buffet, you could DEFINITELY tell that the food had been sitting there a while. Stale(you know what it looks/tastes/feels like when it's been sitting there too long. You can see the stale on top, taste it and the texture of it. It was clearly obvious), some of it room temperature, etc. It's a shame too because I loved the style of this buffet! Having different food from different cultures, all in the same buffet! And you could tell that if the food would have been more fresh, it would have been pretty yummy(as yummy as a all-you-can-eat gets). Maybe I'll try the buffet again on a really busy day, when they're forced to have fresh food because so many people are eating it all up.

huge! If you are into casinos, you will enjoy this one! They give new players a $15 credit to start. Slots, tables, poker, bingo, and OTB. Dont think I saw a sports book, but it might not be legal in OK. Buffet restaurants pretty good, others decent. Worth a trip to see it.

I've been to a lot of casinos but, this is my favorite. Not because it's the biggest (but it is); and not because of its massive buffet (great food choices). It's because of the energy & atmosphere of the casino; and the warmth & friendliness of the entire staff.

Horrible.. Been there several times. Lost every single time. Played close to 5000 in various stops. NEVER EVER WIN.. NEVER RETURNING...

The casino and resort themselves are pretty great. Lots of variety in games, large selection of restaurants at good value, and I feel valued as a member through all the rewards and incentives given to me. Unfortunately I almost always forget to wear my less favorite clothes because I come out reeking of cigarette smoke. Just a warning out there, nothing in the casino s control. The only complaint I have is that it s very difficult for a group to join table/card games. They are almost always full or there are not enough dealers to man the tables. Otherwise this is one of my favorite casinos. I ve stayed in the resort a couple of time and have no complaints. The rooms are a comfortable size, beds are comfortable, bathroom/shower is clean and roomy, and that s about all I need for room stays.
