I love this place. It's not a long drive and I always have a great time.

Whole place is very nice and clean don't forget the buffet you won't regret it

It was great until I forgot my cashout slip and someone got me for 130$

I have been here 100's of times and i have never had a complaint about them. love this place with all my heart cause most of my life is spent here. I come every weekend and love it so much. Thank you so much Winstar for making my weekend good! Its a great place and you need to go!

Great casino. Had a great time on the blackjack tables and the wife enjoyed her time on the slots.

It was good and nice. It was also very loud in the lobby but very quiet in the room. The only bad thing about the room was that there is no microwave. I mran what kind of hotel doesn't have a microwave

Really cool resort with a great pool, just stay out of the casino if you don't do smoke.

Had a great visit over the weekend. The restrooms were spot clean and the workers were great to spot guests needing help with their rewards cards. The drink area had the floor sticky, but they were quick to clean and restock the drinks/cups.

Love this place. Its huge. Going back in January 2020. Hopefully ill get through the whole casino this time.

Pay-to-play blackjack tables and the dealer cheats, acting like he's SO SURPRISED that he's winning every hand. With 7 people playing against the dealer, it's statistically impossible for the dealer to win every hand for an hour in a fair game. So, not only did we lose our bets, we had to pay to watch him put on a show.

Ok, this place is huge with tons of restaurants,some even 24. Bring your own water less you wanna over pay. Soda free and coffee. Machines galore

Staying at the RV park. It's beautiful, immaculate lots of green grass and great pet walk.

Good to stay.

Has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

Fun, loud, amusing, free coffee, lots of fun penny slots. Seems like a generally fir place. You can get lost in there though. You won't realize how long you've been there. That's the point of casinos though isn't it.

Was there Friday and Saturday. The casino is a great size. You travel around the world from New York City to Beijing. Each area has a restaurant from Italian to London fish and chips. There is even a Dairy Queen inside. If your traveling with kids you can take them through the casino to get to the restaurant. We had our 17 year old daughter with us and was told as long as we keep walking it was ok. They can not stand by the machines. She only came with us to eat. Friday the machines hit pretty steady and the crowd wasn t to bad. However, Saturday is horrible! The crowd was so bad. I hate to think what would happen if there was a fire. The machines weren t hitting at all on Saturday. Avoid Saturday if you can.
Toby Keith s is a good place to eat and they give you plenty of food. If you don t want to walk around with a doggy bag share a plate believe me they give you plenty. I should add it s freezing cold in there. Ladies bring a sweater

They make every effort to avoid corona virus. There's even staff members to press your elevator number.

Most people wore their mask as required by the casino. Could be spaced out a little more. Fairly safe environment. Enjoyed the outing.

Vegas quality, much better prices on food. Nice rooms, great staff. Pool is fantastic. Great experience overall.

Nice time only one issue winstar did NOT honor your 50 dollar voucher that we received and found some of the employees working at the rewards we're very rude and seem to be put off by me and my wife asking questions I felt like we were to old to bother with Garry and alma sanders

Very beautiful and has a huge variety of machines to play.

Need chairs and 12oz beers most of all you need breakfast in buffet

Best casino we have ever been to.... the machines don't rob you blind right from the start.... rooms were not outrageously priced and we're beautiful! A must experience if in southern Oklahoma or in Dallas area!

Best thing about my room was the big Shower. My Room was Big and Clean

Huge casino! Free coffee and beverage station. Features different themes throughout casino floor. I had a lot of fun with my girlfriend.

So much fun, but smoking is allowed inside so there are ashes laying on some of the machines and it smells a little.

Games are very tight and the atm ate my money. Very big place excellent atmosphere.

Rooms were clean and service was excellent. I'm not really a gambler but wanted to go there because my wife wanted to do something for our anniversary that wasn't too far away. If you are not a smoker, this place is not for you. I ended up getting a headache after visiting the slot machines one night. I heard there is a non smoking part of the casino (Rio) but I didn't see it on any of the signs.

What you expect from a casino. Bright lights. Lots of smoke. Overcrowded. My biggest issue was the fact there were not enough bathrooms or cashier booths.

Supposed to be at 50% capacity but trust me they were at 90% Way to many people for a pandemic.

Nice Casino. We were comped a very comfortable room. Gambled for about an hour and were bored. No excitement in the place. We dont mind losing money, but its fun to be able to play for a bit. 2 drinks cost us $20. Smoke smell was terrible. We will go back to Blackhawk/Central City in CO and play. Free drinks and the slots are a lot more fun to play. Even if they do take our money by the end of the night.

My wife likes to go here, I do not care for all the smoke. But if you like to play slots or poker, this is a great place to go. There is plenty to do and they change things up quite often.

Love this casino! Best employees! Ricky the security officer is the best. I left a 300 dollar ticket in machine and within 10 min they pulled a report to prove it was mine! Bartenders are great too! Thanks Paige!

Courtesies were great and they were professional as well as friendly during this Covid-19 stuff. They get it here and estate was really well kept!!

The place looks better on commercials and from the outside. Inside everything is the same and a lot of repetition. Save your money and just go to Vegas.

Went there to do some work. This is a big place. Lots of different restaurants. Facility staff was very friendly and helpful and it is very clean. Will come back with family and friends to have some fun.

This is my first time here. I dont gamble a lot but they do have plenty of machines here. It is nothing like Vegas but for a 3 hr drive it was worth it. I stayed at the resort the room is clean and neat smell good too. The staff is friendly and helpful. I didnt win any money but had a hell of a time. Come check them out even if you are a moderate gambler like me you wont be disappointed.

Ohhhhhh. I'm in love. Best casino I've been to and I've been to casinos in California, Vegas, and Tahoe. Itching to get back. I spent maybe $40 on penny slots and played for three hours and still somehow earned a free night and free buffet!

The parking situation is a little confusing by the event center; we got gridlocked for 15 minutes because the valet line was hung up (we weren't parking valet, just got stuck in the traffic of it). The venue is okay but the seating is very tight; is just standard conference-style chairs jammed one next to the other with no has in between, and that was for everything beyond the first ten rows. Thankfully the seats next to us were empty so we could spread out a little, otherwise it would've been pretty uncomfortable.

It's a huge casino, with beautiful decorations inside and out. Countless slot machines and many games to choose from. Many restaurants and gift shops are there as well. Free fountain drinks and coffee is awesome!

I lost a $800 ticket. In less than a hour hotel security tracked it down , called me and paid me out. Awesome!!

i will never again visit this casino. i had reservations on 2 rooms made three weeks ahead of time i reserved from 1/28/21 to 1/30/21 I live in Laredo TX. on I-35 exit 3 i drove more than 500 miles in one day to get there had some vehicle problems and did not show up at the time i had specified. I show up to the hotel at Winstar only to find out my reservation was not honored my rooms were no longer available i showed them my credit account were there was a transaction pending for the rooms but that was not enough. I no longer had my rooms available ended up staying at the Inn at Winstar for almost the same price as the hotel in the casino. and to top it off i was gambling at the convention center in the casino at 2:00 am i walk up to the bar which was already closed but there was still people there and ask for a cup of water I was told that since I didn't have my own cup they could not give me water i was told to go to the beverage station which i did but when i went it was already closed at that time. F.U. Winstar never will I go again

My husband and I stayed at the Winstar Hotel for 2 nights as a couple day getaway. From the beginning, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was great and we had no problems with cleanliness. I love Winstar and would recommend it to everyone I know.

Had an awesome time with family, did not win but will return to play.

Game flooring area is big, but the table games rating system for comp is horrible. Choctaw is definitely better of the 2 casinos on Oklahoma/Texas border.

Love this place at least for the free Suites I get, due to all the money I lose smh...I hit big 1 time but not since. But free room are fabulous!!!

Absolutely loved it! Recently it was my very first time venturing north of the Red River to experience WinStar. I was amazed at how short a drive it really was. 1 hr north of Fort Worth. It will not be my last visit. That's a bet!

HUGE CASINO! Even though it was massive, I did have trouble getting on machines I wanted to play on a Sat night. First visit, they have us candy pars when signing up for players card and $15 free play after just getting 1 point. We also earned a free buffet, and out stay in the RV park was free. Didn't really win, but had a nice time

I enjoy myself everytime I go to Winstar, I love the atmosphere, the food at the steakhouse and buffet is good , I actually win but don't know when to stop lol, I can't blame the casino for that but, I love going to Winstar

Played $300 and never got anything back!! Not one dime! Last time we go there!!

Great casino if you love slot machines; largest casino in the world! I started going about 7 months ago; couple of times I won a little or broke even, a few times I lost a couple of hundred and one time I won 800. Clean place, friendly staff and great bands. I've received 25.00 and 100.00 to play with and just recently the gave me a free room.

Would I come back? Yes I would. This casino took me on a long walk of more than enough areas for a great gambling experience. Internal restaurants, friendly staff and lots of potential for winning on slots and variety of table card games. I walked away with $3,500 on my two day visit. One of the best free standing casinos for me, Thanks Oklahoma.

Rooms are great but the casino is EXTREMELY cold, making it an unpleasant experience. I know they need to vent the place, but the cold can be tempered 3 or 4 degrees which would save the casino money and may increase attendance.

The slots are not paying out well. I have donated 100% of what I gambled, that it doesn't seem worth the while.

Love the lightning lounge. Also I could walk around for hours and never play the same machine twice. It's huge!!!

A quick getaway for Us!! Only a short distance from Fort Worth. We go to have Fun & meet lots of people. We always do have Fun & bring back with us some $$$$. Most enjoyable place to go!!!
