I always enjoy going to this casino resort. I always get vouchers for free rooms & buffet. Free play all the time. There rooms are very clean & the customer service there is very good.

A great place to unwind. Machines are tight at times, which is expected. Hard to get machine techs, if there are issues with the machine you are playing.

Luv this place! We go about 3 times a year for the last 4 years. The newer hotel rooms are great! The older rooms are not so great. Good food and plenty chances to win some !

Always have good time but still very disappointed is how you guys are still charging for alcohol beverages when all other Casinos from Vegas to Shreveport is serving free drinks for the gamblers i mean if you going to call yourself the biggest and best Casino you really should do that cause all the rest does are lower the prices

WinStar Casino isn t like it used to be, the machines are to computerized and with the high dollar max bets to win a jackpot makes the games undesirable to sit down at. Also this ( WinStar ) casino now has more food courts than necessary, I felt as if i was at a Dave and Busters! Sadly to say ....

The Casino itself was a awesome place. We had a super good time. The cigarette smoke was horrible. Its 2020 and still casinos allow smoking. I would bet there's more non- smokers by far, yet we still have to choke to death on second hand smoke. Wish Winstar had better ventilation or so balls to stop smoking inside. Would make the experience so much better!

This place is so big it's ridiculous he going to stay here and make sure you're in the tower stair where you can get a view make sure you do breakfasts in bed sleep all day gamble all night I know I do it and then you get all the perks so it's one of my favorite places plus from where I live it's like 45 minutes no traffic I can be there in a lot of the nurses they go on a Friday night come back Saturday morning

Great Very Large Casino!!, good customer focused professional people and some slots have a good payoff, good restaurant selections on site however, adding a" In and out burger" on site would be huge, the only real negatives are you must pay for drinks ( 5.00 to 20.00) and the outside temperature was in the low 90s in late September . We stayed at the on site RV park directly across from hotel which would be rated at 4.5 stars as well, will visit again!

Update 2020, if you are staying at RV park contact them direct, no one answers the main reservation line!

Had fun, won a little, ate some some spaghetti, and spent night in hotel. We were glad you were in Covid protective mode. That made us feel safer!!

This place is huge. You can find any and every type of slot here. The hotel is a great stay and if you earn it even better free stay. The food is good. Their buffet I'll definitely do over

It is an amazing place. It is really big. The facade are buildings from around the globe. It has a Vegas vibe. There are numerous restaurants. We had the buffet , it has a great flare. It pays to get the player card ,which give you discounts. The card doesn't expire. There is a hotel with nice amenities. There is a big pool with cabanas.

Had a fun two night stay free of charge. free breakfast both mornings and going home with money in my pocket. had a good time

Bad atmosphere pho at the buffet tasted like old dishwater poor customer service

Love this casino. Actually won a little money the last time we visited. It's a fun place and lots to do. Dice tables. Card tables. Roulette. Slots. Hotel is fabulous. Highly recommended.

decided to take a day trip..lots of people masks on fine ..the smell of smoke almost choked me .

Overpacked, no social distancing. No chairs to sit and people moving chairs around. Saw a lady with her child playing on the slot machine.

The room was very clean but the casino just took money never allowing me to hit . I spoke with others and they were complaining about the same issue..i traveled a good distance to come there I could have patronized in Louisiana.i feel that they can be a little less selfish.

My fiance and I went to have some fun for the day and play the slots. There's plenty to see and places to eat everywhere. We did not try the food, so I can not comment on how good it is. When we looked at the buffet menu it was $29 per person, so we kept walking. Ate at Sonic right down the road on the way out.
I wouldn't call the employees there friendly, but they were deffinately professional. For 2 people that don't go to casinos (I think we have each gone once) there was some awkward trying to figure things out. Not really any help around to explain how things worked or what to look for, and when I asked an employee she kind of looked at me like I was an idiot.
The smoking was too much for me and I spent the drive home with a migraine. We likely won't return.

I had being coming here for the last two weeks eating at the buffet, staying at the hotel, and playing the slot machines and it has been very enjoyable. I highly recommend it

My first time to be at a casino and get to play :). Went with a couple of my friends. Huge building, such that I only saw about 10% maybe. I hung around what was called the New York entrance area. I saw a huge TV screen hosting a sports event near the bar. There were restaurants toward the back wall (Panda Express and I think some sort of grill place near the TV area.) Bathrooms were spacious and clean. There were lots of penny slots as well as more expensive machines. Further in was a separate room if you wanted to try high stake games. I mostly played the penny slots since I didn't understand the payout part. I won $116 and used that to try out the blackjack table and the more expensive slots. Some slots you even had to do gestures not just press a button and cross your fingers. There were touch screen slots so that you could try to stop the tumblers on specials (think whack a mole.) I only planned to be there for 3 hours but before I knew it 6 hours had passed. I expected to walk out with less money than I came with (price of being entertained for 6 hours) and yet I still went home with more money than before. Next time I go I want to look at the gift shop, try out the restaurants, etc. Worth checking out.

One of the coolest places to visit! The soda & coffee is free & the food selection is pretty Good too.. the restrooms are always clean & the staff is really nice & accommodating.

I know this is obvious, but the cigarette smoke was horrendous. Wish they had more restaurants with closed doors. Jim Gaffigan show was great, but even that was disappointing as there were only non-alcoholic drinks in the venue.

The worlds largest casino was pretty cool. Would I make the 5 hour drive to visit again; probably not. The blackjack tables were a 5 dollar minimum to play, but then charge you a 50 cent service fee to play. So really its a $5.50 minimum to play. We did eat at the buffet in the casino, and it was expensive; but probably one of the best buffets I have eaten. Defiantly wasn t a Golden Corral buffet. Slots were okay too. Was hoping to see a little different variety of slots in each section of casino, but understandable them machines can t be cheap.

Ww had a great time and everyone was very hospital with the safety regulations and all.

A favorite, we stay there at times and gamble and eat a really nice place to experience

This place is super. Largest Casino in the world. Friendly staff. Nice people just having fun. Things for the whole family here.

The concert was great, lost gambling, and Gran Villa doesn't have Crab any more so prime rib was delicious, but not worth the cost of the meal

This place is great! We heard alot of good things so we gave it a try. Lots of tables,games and activities. It's very clean inside and the staff is more then accommodating. We definitely will recommend this place!!!

We had an awesome and blast and my husband and I went with some friends and we really enjoyed our time our there!! We highly recommend this place!

This is a once in while trip for me, but I always look forward to the outstanding buffet. The casino is amazing too...there are no many good things to say

WinStar shellac no kids are no baby coming to the casino if you can't set down with a baby in your arms when you not playing the games don't have dumb rules and let kids come in there so I'll give you a damn one

The fun and ambiance of this casino is absolutely breathtaking, the sound of the machines was music to my ears and pockets, Lol! And it was my daughter's 39th Birthday!

Well maintained and the employees are very nice. Going there this coming Sunday.

Oohhh... the crazy casino I have ever seen. Remember it's a bit hard to find parking spot on weekends. The casino is huge and well equipment with hundreds of slot machines, but there are only few tables for roulette, black jack, poker etc...

Great casino. Free coffee and soft drinks. Discounted food at select restaurants for veterans, ATM fee is $4.95 on site, tobacco for smokers sold here at normal price, BYOB, not too cold inside, comfortable slot machine chairs, HUUUUUUGE slot and table play space, pretty architect, lots of parking, friendly staff, spotless clean facilities... We had a great time!!

The visit was awesome! A great time was had by my husband and me. We will definitely be back to visit our money. Haha. Great assortment of machines to play and food options. The only issues we had was that the wake up call did not work on our departure day, but we weren't in a hurry. There was a guy at the reception desk that had an attitude because his replacement was late and that shouldn't be brought up by an employee to or in front of a customer. Other than that, great place!!

Went around 6am just to get off I35 and stretch my legs. Spent $20.00 on slots and had a good time. Cant wait to go back @

WinStar is a fabulous destination for fun and relaxation. The staff are very accommodating and most hospitable. Take a little money with you and see if you can get lucky.

No room to sit at shows .even if u pay for front row .add was fake it had a floor with tables and it did not happen.

I received personalized vouchers with my name and player card number in the mail for 2 Complimentary Nights Sun - Thurs for the month of September plus $15 vouchers for table game chips and a complimentary buffet. I called twice and talked to two different people about making a reservation for my 2 complimentary nights and was told I'm not eligible. Total scam and false advertisement.

Love the hotel as it is a quick drive from Metroplex. The night we went the hotel was sold out and casino was packed. The folks that work there are always friendly and helpful!

Exciting. Adrenalin rush. Big place, like really big. Lots of slots.

Upon entering they take your temperature and they offer the surgical masks. It was very nice

One of the largest casinos in the world. They have a large selection of both electronic games and table games, from blackjack to craps. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Drinks are not free, and are actually on the higher price end. Also, there is ante for every game played on tables. The hotel is high quality, and there is a wide selection of restaurants and bars, as well as a huge number of celebrity shows, from music to stand up.

This Casino is awesome... I hit big on Tuesday Afternoon on almost every game I played. Walked away with money covering the stay and the buffet, I just became card holder so I hope I get the free stays and food as well. I will definetly return... My only negative comment is the heat is on in the casino, we were sweating bullets !!! And not sure what is going on with the water in the rooms but it felt slimy and hard to rinse off. Thought it was the soap but nope it was the water. Almost felt as if it has a oil in it. Strange .... Reguardless, I loved it and can't wait to go back next month for my Birthday. $$Cha-ching$$

Casinos are a money trap. But as far as they go it's a pretty good one. Always open machines and cold beer.

In this pandemic they should not let people drink beverages or smoke while playing, very poor social distancing and very unsafe

We had a small family reunion there and celebrated my Dad's 88th birthday! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they also signed a card and had a few gifts waiting for him in his room. Also the room's were nice and clean.

It was a relaxing time. I wish I gotten more free play money but I'm thankful for what I did recieve.

I love This place. Its huge so take good walking shoes. Lots of good good there too. There is a buffet there also. Theres a smoothie place. Ihop is there and Mexican food. There is a hotel there also but we stay down the road at La Quinta. Its Smokey but not Las Vegas Smokey, you can at least breathe. Slots. Tables, Keno etc

It was good till I lost my money. No, I mean literally lost my ticket. I had it in my hand and before you know it it was gone. Not sure what happened.

The casino was awesome! and the majority of the staff was very friendly, the buffet was terrible. the majority of the food I sampled was cold, the macaroni and cheese was like a glob of goop and cold. The prime rib was good but most of the food was not very flavorful.

I went for the buffet dinner at Grand Via. It was a Tuesday night so not busy, but it took 15 minutes to pay and get in due to only one cashier trying to handle a problem with other guests. My server was excellent. The food was good, not great. Asian food was exceptional, but the other foods were just mediocre. The dessert bar was awesome with lots of selections. The overall atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. My meal was comped. The normal price is around $25 per person, which is overpriced for the quality of food.

Times have changed and so should you. Need more Non smoking areas. The place reaks heavily. Will not be back because of the smell!

World biggest casino, just too big. And it was packed! Had trouble finding spots for the blackjack game even with so many tables.

It's huge you do a lot of walking one some lost some IHOP was really great inside the casino
