Well it was okay. Very busy place on Saturday nights. I decided that I would use one of there wheel chairs. After I had to give up the seat I was sitting to people who wanted that machine. Come find out they have one size and that is one that will fit someone that is not my size and that was 351pounds. I asked 5 or 6 of there works if they could find one the next size everyone of them said the same thing. Then I was going to ask another one if they could just take one of the arms off they said no. That person said they weld the arms on so nobody can steal them. But that is so wrong because so people have to take off the arms to slide on to toilet. How can they do this if the arms are welded on they can't. Which is very sad. I think they should have different sizes in wheelchairs. Cause if you weight more then 350 you are going to feel like a sardine. And your legs will fall asleep and then you will have to have help getting out of the wheelchair. Cause I tried and somewhere when I was trying to get out of it. Somewhere on the wheelchair as I was trying to get out. I felt something wet looked down at my arm and it was blood. So I saw another worked and asked if I could have a Band-Aid. And something to wipe off the so it get all over

HUGE Casino. Excellent restaurants! Friendly staff! Accomadations and food very reasonable prices!

Lots of fun. What an awesome place to just go to get away for the day. The staff are always so kind and ready to assist. How do you get a members car?

Was awesome!! I went to the spa, and we gambled to our hearts content!! Excellent rooms and everyone was very accommodating and polite!! Loved it cant wait until our next stay!

Pool tower north had a nice view, but the king bed was very hard and uncomfortable. For 160 per night, it should be a plush bed... At least a pillow top. Staff was nice. Nice pool/hot tub. Buffet is over priced... Golden Corral has more selection... Except the desserts... I'll give Winstar buffet a big win on desserts

Don't go here if you're looking for a company following Covid protocols. They advertise mask usage, social distancing and the like, but nothing is upheld. I'm done here until restrictions are lifted.

I had a hard time rating this place; the casino itself is AMAZING. Food was great. My issue was the practices inside that bothered me. They do not ID AT ALL. It's 1am and CROWDS of KIDS are walking around the Casino. COUPLES are in there with NEWBORNS and toddlers. People are smoking everywhere. I don't believe I will ever return here. I couldn't enjoy myself and we drove over an hour to get there.

Amazing to see how far this casino had come. From a location that seemed like an also ran to a true World Class Casino. Since I don't gamble I can't talk about that, but the vibe of the place as being what you would expect in casino is exactly like that of any place I've been to in Vegas .

What I can speak to is the quality of entertainment they attract. These are almost all top notch celebrities and entertainers. The only down side is that the auditorium is pretty cozy, so it's not too big (only 3500 seats in configuration I attended). I get the feeling that will change sooner than later. But I was totally happy with the show we saw and the experience overall.

About the only thing I would add is to put some basic sushi on the menu at the buffet like California rolls or sashimi bites. But that was a pretty small issue on an otherwise excellent buffet.

Great place for a smoke if you want to smell like a cigarette after visiting the casino. Nonsmoking area does not have a large variety of machines. Hotel was great, room was very big and nice, staff was friendly. Beautiful grounds and facility.

My hotel room was kind of... skanky. I got about 50/50 as far as service goes. Buffet staff was nice, London Bar bartender got an attitude because I set his tip on the counter. I won some money, but it also talks like 30 minutes to walk to anything. Overall, I'd probably give it another shot.

Assume cleaned sanitized place ...safety was there number one key they pushed!

IT were a very nice experience. I didn't HAVE the time to enjoy the down time like I would like to had! BUT all in all IT was nice. Good people.

A good time was had by all. If you go, wear your walking shoes. It's a mile and a half from one end to the other. Or there is a shuttle that's available. The food is great. El Fenix is there and great like always. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms are nice. We will be going back. :-)

Attended there before covid! Had a enjoyment time with my co workers.

Won a lot but also lost a lot. The curtains in the rooms do not close all the way, probably a design to keep you awake and in the casino. The Chaka Khan concert was very nice.

Very large for being where it is. Gives a feeling of being in Vegas at the New York.

Nice place. Pretty big. There are more slot machines than I've ever seen in one place. At least a thousand. It's really clean and didn't seem as smoky as the casinos in Shreveport. You don't get free alcohol drinks, but there are self serve drink stations with soda, water, tea, and coffee. Overall, I would go here again before Shreveport.

I love all the restaurants in there the people are friendly everybody keep their mess on they check and make sure you got a mask so they stay on it

We love this Casino... free soft drinks and nice staff. A lot of different foods to choose from as well.

This place is pretty great to see and have a little fun. The atmosphere is amazing I love to see the different structures they have for each section of the casino. Great for a first experience!

We had the greatest time and the employees there are always so nice and helpful. I can't wait for our next trip.

Felt like I was staying in a cheap motel. Overall clean, but there was grime in the bathroom. Not worth over 300$. At least in a cheap motel or hotel you get free breakfast. Definitely not here.

If you have the money to waste on this though it provides a nice place to crash after gambling. The casino is great so that's why I'm willing to give it 2 stars. Also the staff is eh. Not all that kind. Not rude, but just not kind. Overall I will definitely return to casino, but never to the hotel unless they upgrade.

Safe place to stay and play ,all the employer was very kind and caring,the hotel follow the protocol for covid-19 and distance we had a excellent experience and for sure we come back!!

Sub par casino! 1 star for food options. Nothing that good. Why are there not more card tables!? Way too many slots and not enough table games. Some dealers were nice. Overpriced drinks and slow service.

Went to play in a poker tournament. The place was nice and the staff at the poker tables were wonderful. Had a great time and would definitely return again. Drinks weren't expensive.

I try to come up a couple times a year; just a nice place to relax and escape the normal day to day. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, great concerts. The hotel have memory foam beds and luxurious rooms.

Fantastic time! Hotel very nice & clean! Couldn't believe how big the casinos were! Had a lot of fun, & did a lot of WINNING!!! Will be going back there!

Paying an ante sucks but the addition of craps got us to go. Drinks aren't free so don't expect a Vegas or Shreveport feel. High prices in food selection as well but it is the nearest place to Ft. Worth so there's that... and it is REALLY smoky!

Big nice casino food fun games for whole family , only thing was lady at front desk at valets tabe charges me $20 for valet parking lol thought it was free, just need tip, she asked what players card i had told her my first time there, then she said she wanted to save me money an said today charged only $20 i was confused... looked on website after an says free of charge for valet parking... that was the only negative thing that i did not appreciate there she was not even the person who parkes the car...

Huge! Bring your walking shoes. Tons of games, poker room, bingo, etc. Buffett is decent too. Good way to kill an evening.

Food court type dinning for the most part. Very smokey casino and mediocre hotel room. I like playing craps but will not pay a dollar fee or ante to be allowed to place a bet. This was my first and last trip.

Waited forever with our light on needing assistance, over an hour and nobody ever came. Slot machine said I won $32.00 but did not show it in my amount. Hand sanitizer machines were out of Sanitizer. Still had a good time losing my money lol

It is pretty big. Was my 1st time here but I had absolutely no luck on anything and spent $600. I think I'll stick with Choctaw!!

This casino is really nice on the outside, but once you walk in what a disappoint and if you don't smoke the smoke hits you right in the face! I would rather go to Choctaw that's about 1 hr further in Oklahoma

Great day but in the restaurant a worker was acting like ahe was a drill instructor toldmeto cover my nose. Very rude and mean spritied.

Enjoyed a day get away . Took my mother in law which she likes. Really enjoyed the senior breakfast. First time to see the new club 360, not sure about it maybe because the original was all i ever knew.

Had a GREAT TIME in the casino on the slots. So many to pick from. Buffet was excellent on Thursday night. Huge casino and you get exercise when you walk end to end. Being from California, I would definitely stop here again GREAT STOP.

We checked in with Ann and she is the most wonderful lady at the front desk! The rooms are ok nothing special. The bathrooms in the rooms are nice above average. Although the water is soft. Food is always good at the casino and we ultimately had a great experience!

It is a really nice hotel and the Casino is massive. Lots to play. The buffet was good not great but there are many other options for dining. The concert I attended was lots of fun and the indoor theater was awesome. Overall I had a blast.

I had a lot of fun playing the casino games. I absolutely had a great time visiting there.They are very happy to help at the casino and the hotel did n't get a chance to visit the pool but maybe next time they also have a golf course and RV park so I recommend this place.

If you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing the world's largest casino, you are in for a real treat. I was pleasantly surprised by the Las Vegas-caliber rooms, which were quite comfortable and luxurious. Everyone from the security folks to the player's club staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. All covid protocols for safety are observed and they even ring your elevators for you! The buffet was diverse and tasty with many made-to-order stations. My first buffet where I was served and waited on... wonderful! My favorite was the desert bar with scrumptious cakes I had never seen before. The gaming floor is HUGE. You just have to see it to believe it. And at just an hour north of Dallas, it's an easy drive. When you are ready to break quarantine and come up for air, you might consider Winstar... Enjoy and good luck!

Fun overnight trip on Senior day with free breakfast buffet.

Always a good time to have with friends, restrooms are clean, and lots of places around to eat at in-between gambling.

I have so much fun every time I go here. The casino is so big, and has lots to see. Tons of new gaming machines. Table games, poker, keno, bingo, and a gazillion slots. The concert venue is awesome as well. I am excited to try out their resort pool and bar area next summer!

The employees are fantastic kind hearted people..the gambling machines are toooo tight

I could have so much fun there for hours with just $20 lol my wife needs more like $100 and it's totally worth it seeing her have so much fun.

The employees were rude!! And I called to talk to the manager yesterday and they were suppose to call me back and I still haven t received a call !!! I will be checking out tomorrow and they know it I wondering if they will even call me!!! Second time here and the first time was good this time was horrible even down to the house keeping being not friendly!!! I don t know if they think sink they have to have masks on that makes them think they don t have to be friendly

This place is deceptive. The person at tge players desk said they have $.01 machines you can play one line on a 3 wheel slot. They directed me to a machine that said $.01 and i hit the spin button and it bet $.60 instead of $.01 then i asked a manager walking by and told him what happened then he said that you can t bet $.01 on any machine there. The min bet even on the $.01 3 wheel slots is $0.25. So they lied to me then i found out after spending only $0.60 and we walked out to never return. This is deceitful especially for disabled people on a very limited budget. They don t realize the disabled have lots of time and they could make more money by listening to my review. They choose to financially discriminate in my opinion against low income people by setting the min bet to $0.25. Do the math you can fly from DFW to vegas for $100 round trip and they have true $0.01 bet with one line and 3 reels.

Nice area won a jackpot my first time overall is a place to go and play slot.machines cards etc.

I love it. They have smoking and non smoking areas, nice selection of food. Friendly staff and relaxing pools. NO THEY DID NOT PAY ME TO SAY THIS

This was my first time there. It was pretty fun. There were 4 of us. I have to say I had a grand time. We were celebrating someone's birthday. I have to say it's a place to be visited at least once in your lifetime.

The casino is pretty well maintained. Clean restrooms, and trash is picked up well. We play video poker predominantly, and older machines could use some maintenance for Hold buttons that stick or don't work, and just general cleaning of the area (many counters you rest your arms on are sticky). There is a fairly new non-smoking area that is pretty sizeable, so that is nice. But, in our last 2 trips, we didn't see a single Royal Flush. We used to always see at least one. Seems like the machines are paying off less and less.

Very fun I happened to win some money but you should show up with a limit and convince yourself you'll lose all that money so if you win you're happy if you lose oh well you knew it would happen :)

This place is just absolutely amazing, I had a room on the VERY top floor and the view was simply amazing!... The casino itself is so chic inside and out!.. The way it is designed for each country is simply beautiful. They have so many slot machines I never knw which one to play lol. The waitresses that walk around seeing if yu need anything or want a drink are always so friendly. The hotel workers are very friendly and helpful. All around best place to go any day of the week and any time of day!. Definitely recommend Winstar for a gambling getaway if you can't afford to go to Las Vegas lol

Walking in to the facility, you are immediately welcomed. The sounds of the slots are exciting. You can smoke in there, but it never smells as if you can unless you sit by a smoker. The conference rooms are plenty and of all different sizes based on your needs. There are 2 pools with poolside bars and during the summer, very beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great place if your not going to gamble all your money away. Love to come and relax

I actually walked out of there with winnings. I don't gamble or anything and I had a feeling that if I was to go, I may actually win something. And I did!! It was a pretty quick ride there. I liked it. Never been in a casino, much less play slot machine.

Largest casino but games suck because you are playing bingo. There used to be walls with the winner's holding checks. Now the only winner's are the owners. The card tables do not shuffle the cards, they have you cut then in the same place so the losing cards keep coming back up. Thou rarely hear anyone screaming from a huge win. A $20 or $100 win is no win when they've raked in millions/ billions. The staff is very slow to assist you. It appears they only hire ppl who need a job but not qualified to assist you. How can you not know which entrance/exit is near where you are working? They have lots of games but some do need to be replaced due to malfunctions(Game stops/starts on its own-freezes). No free drinks and high priced food.

They have very few table games and lots of machines. It's down to a fine science so they don't give large winnings. I played a machine that won every time I played, total would get up to $40 then sink back to $2 or $4. Played for 3 hours next day and 5 hours next day, never winning more than $40 or $45 highest total. This happened over and over again, but never getting any higher. They advertise that they give away approximately 50 million a month, and I would imagine this is how they do it, so players never walk away with much. My friend told me that she had been coming there for years and won $1000 a few years back, then her friend won $1000 on the same machine the next week. They came back to play same machine again the next week but the machine was gone. Lol. Don't count on winning more than $100 to $300 on a good day. That's why it is the biggest casino in the US.

I finally stayed at the hotel. Very very nice. The pool area was closed though being a Monday I assume. I look forward going again on a weekend to join the party at the SPECTACULAR POOL RESORT. It reminds me of a real resort like Cancun or Hawaii... It's an AWESOME setup & can't wait to see all the Sexxii ladies. Lol

This place is huge so come prepared on comfortable shoes and prepare to walk a lot which is not bad because then you can work off the buffet which is all the way at the other side of the casino the only downside is that the truck parking is so far away but I guess truckers need exercise to. Lol

I felt disappointed it was so crowded very few machines were available to play and everything was so close together made it hard to move around. In my opinion they had too many of the same style machines. I have been to many casinos and this one is my least favorite.

Hugh Casino with free beverages(water, soda, coffee). Smoking, lots of restaurants and of course you will have the time of your life!
