Very nice hotel and resort, the pool is a bit small and the standard rooms are sparcely decorated with a larger bathroom, but appears to be well taken care of. Not a gambler but the casino part seems quite large with a large selection of slot machines and card games. The restaurants are nice with good food for a decent price, with a couple accessible without going through casino area. The hotel portion is non smoking, but in common areas the scent of smoke is prevalent on weekends.

If your a non smoker don t come here. Worst ventilation Of any casino I have been in other than Shreveport. Rooms are great. I m sitting in Kirby s Steakhouse which is a non smoking Resturant taking in second hand smoke. Food is good but Smoke is terrible.

I had so much fun. I lost about $200.. but it was totally worth it. Tons of options, free soda, and the rooms are beautiful. Definitely going back!

It's absolutely beautiful inside and well temp kept. It's the ideal place to gamble your money away in fashion. Tons of cool games and music to keep you occupied! Thirsty? They've got you covered with their self serv drink stations. Sit tight and relax with a smoke and a drink and have fun!

I love this place!! The hotel is always pristine, staff great, and the gambling fun! Not a bunch of cigarette smoke.

Good for some fun and experience, but the smoke in this entire place is too much for me to go back. Even the smoke free casino was bad.

They didn't give birthday rewards play but you did get a blanket. Same thing I got last year. If you don't play in a year they take your points away. That's not fair. I live out of state, like Wisconsin. I'll go back and see if they change their promotions.

I never win but I definitely have a good time. Dont really care for employees serving comp beverages at the little stations. They dont pay attention. Going back ASAP

The poker room is good but that's it. Don't go there for blackjack or craps. Blackjack has a $0.50 ante per hand. Craps is $1.00 every time a 2, 7 or 11 is rolled and it's not even craps with dice. It's craps by drawing cards. Awful experience.

Had a great time, didnt win but had fun. Wish I had more time to walk every inch of it to see all the details of the different countries!

Well since I lived in Las Vegas for 15 years WinStar Casino gets two stars for the look only we went up there to have a good time their Club Mist was closed and having private parties they have all the slot machines in the world and liquor this establishment is made to get your money and get you drunk there is no entertainment value at Winstar zero they do have some acts that come through Gladys Knight Hall and Oates and others but it's just for gambling and drinking alcohol no entertainment B good

Clean clean clean...Face masks are required for everyone. They have someone wiping down the counter after each patron checks into the hotel. They have an employee pushing the elevator buttons for you. Employees are making "self service drinks" now. And the chicken wings at the Terrace View Cafe were delicious

Only reason we had a room was because of points, I work for one of the top leading Hotel Companies (Hilton) as a HSK DIRECTOR & would I keep the housekeeper that cleaned the room I stay in , I showed the front desk agent and she stated that to get anything heard by Housekeeping is to fill out a piece of paper OMG!! Really I would've gone & spoken with the guest myself & this was room #10311 only good about the room was that the bed was beautifully done & tight and your sheets ultra white seeing that they were new.

This place was awsome. Didn't see a lot of service on the floor. I guess players don't get drinks as they gamble(minor) still fun

Tables pay decent, but don't get on slots! You'll lose your money really quick, especially on the weekend.

Great casino to visit if you want to win some cash. I would definitely get the loyalty card because you will get more points. They add up quickly. Friendly staff.

Clean but always crowded, tons of tables for blackjack yet only 1/4 of them open on a Friday night??? Seems to me if the tables are full, open another. For the number of slots on the floor, they seem to be fill all the time too. Buffet isn't that great, other food options are pretty good.

I lost 500 three times within 2 months that casino ate my money quick they didn't comp me anything finally August is here now they're only offering me 5 dollars in free play and discount nights I might stop in for a minute in August to go to buffet and play free then I'm going to the border casino so I can win and have fun

One of the more nicer casinos I've been to. Tons and tons of slot machines. I usually can walk out with something so they do pay out. Great buffet. Craps and other table games now here!! $10 min on the craps tables plus the $1 buy (which is BS btw, hence the 4 stars) Right off 35 N once you cross the Oklahoma border from Texas.

If you're going to a concert spend the money and sit up front, cause if you're under 6ft it will be hard for you to see when everyone stands up.

Not much fun for experienced gambler slot mainly large casino came to play poker poker room closed on a Saturday night couldn't find more than 6 blackjack tables 2 roulette wheels and two craps tables but there is every kind of slot machine and lines a mile long for all food options

Rewards aren't as they were explained to us. Too large and for heaven sakes if your with someone get a bungee or walkie talkies.

Casino is huge buy they are always changing the machine's so if you like one it might not be there next time and there are cold spots sometimes to cold to stay in that area

Love this place, sometimes I go, just for fun, but the money plays a factor as well, I don't go often, but when I do, I really have a good time.

Long line at check in speed was ok. Had to get a new passport card so they wouldn't give me the bands for the pool until i get it. After i got the card i had to wait in the check in line again. After this went back to the room and my key cards didn't work. Returned to the check in desk told get in line...first morning checked my mail and stuff had an extra charge from winstar 93.00 they said it was a glitch...the buffet was ok to me my wife liked it alot. Room was good but my wife had a soda in the fridge they froze and one exploded.. Pool seemed small. Overall nice thanks to. Silvia at buffet and cody and kimberly at check in

Great atmosphere...... Whether we win or lose, always have a good time. Just wish the winning was more frequent. Have good places to grab a bite to eat and plenty of places to grab drinks. Actually going back on Sunday. Hint, Hint.... Lol

The staff at the gate entering the event area was very rude. We tried to ask some questions and we were treated like we were interrupting them. However security during the event was very kind. They even separated our chairs so we could have some room since I am a big guy.

First time there was great. Nice clean and friendly.

This was our first time to Winstar. I will say we had a great time gambling until 2:00am which is super late for us, but we were having so much fun on the Harley Davidson machine! We were looking forward to sleeping in as we are parents to a toddler and we had stayed up so late. That is why we were surprised and upset when they started working VERY loudly right outside our $300+ room at 10am (that might be a generous start time, I think it started earlier than 10am) on a Saturday morning. It would have been understandable if they had waited until at least checkout. I doubt we will be back.

Ample games to play with good payout. Special offers allowed me to treat a frind to the buffet. Parking was a little difficult because it was a holiday.

This is a nice casino. There are a lot of different slot machines and plenty of places to eat. Prices are average. The hotel is accommodating and pretty clean. There are gift shops and a nice venue for concerts.

The rooms were surprising. No fridge. Found out as leaving you needed to ask for one. Was also surprised there was no fan of any sort in the bathroom. The casino was wow! Definitely huge! Did not interact too much with the staff. The one who made us our players cards was very helpful and patient. Overall a fun time.

Good to have such a large casino close to Texas; but, if you are concerned about catching the 'Rona from hordes of unwashed masses, you should probably go to a smaller casino, as this place gets really crowded and "social distancing" becomes just a suggestion once you pass the temperature check at the entrance. Slots are not distanced, nor blocked off. Dealers and staff seem safe behind their plexiglass partitions, however. Most patrons seemed to be wearing a mask, albeit in various states of nose and mouth coverage. Gambling wise, it's fairly easy to leave with money if you are patient.

Housekeeping will knock on your door at 9.15 am with the do not disturb sign on, on your non check out date and tell you that s what they have on their paperwork. They Will argue with you endlessly and don t expect an apology. I don t think I ever had a worse stay than this at any hotel before, if you have options, I encourage you to stay somewhere else.

It's a good place for fun. My first time there. Easy access to get to. Hotel available if you overnight, but plan it ahead. The hotel is very expensive.

It's use to be great ...but the last 3 times we have been going I have lost alot and the machines are not paying anymore...it seems like they're taking more than usual...I lost confidence at windstar..I have seen a difference and I don't think we will be going anymore we are going to try another place

Great way to spend a day. This place has so many machines in it that you can actually get lost in here. We enjoy the winstar and the promotions that keep you coming back are legit. Much better than some of the other smaller casinos. 200 bucks will generally last ya most of a day if your selective on your betting. The buffet is actually pretty good eating when your hungry. Have not won big here ever but have had a pretty good time trying.

Loved it! Since it was Thursday instead of the weekend, there wasn't too much smoke and there weren't too many people - just enough to make it busy and fun!

Lots of slots and gaming tables. Was surprised by the amount of cigarettes, cigars, and vapes, was overwhelming. Concert venue was a large room with banquet chairs hooked together. For larger people, it was cramped. Would have like to have seen a better seating options for a concert or performance venue.

Great gaming and dining. My server Josie, in the buffet was helpful and fun. Good service and great sense of humor made it a pleasurable dining experience.

Always a fun time, and reasonably timed trip from Ft Worth. Since we're in the midst of CV19, masks were required, they have many hand sanitizer stations along the main walkways, and sanitizing wipes at the machines. Staff in the Burgers and Dogs restaurant were very polite and helpful.

Very fun casino! Cant say much about the staff at the IHOP but I really had a blast gambling.
