Loved it . I enjoyed myself and I plan on going back again

I was blown away with the size and accommodations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is the center courtyard it has separate private cabanas by the kids area. During the summer weekends they have large parties with DJ's. I would recommend all the restruants, except Toby Kieth's long waits and horrendous service. See my review

The casino is huge and the vibe awesome. The variety and design superb.

There is a huge entertainment venue for big name entertainers.

2 golf courses, RV park 18 wheeler parking.

My first time here, the place is pretty awesome. Download the map to help find your way. Or if you're ok getting lost then don't. There's really only one way to go anyhow. My one wish, is for a better draft beer selection. I must say they don't have enough choices. Plenty of slot machines. Aim for Sharknado! It bites! Oh and there's a mini Dallas Cowboys shop!!!

The casino was nice and clean. It is a large casino but table games are limited as the casino is filled with slot machines so the tables were very crowded while I was there. On the tables, they CHARGE for every new bet which is absolutely crazy!! Not only that but they also CHARGE for drinks even if your actively Gambling which is absurd!! Save your money and go to Vegas or New Orleans where they respect their patrons!!

If you like an over crowded casino, with poor ventilation, terrible smoke, & low payouts, you'll love Winstar. Personally I believe this place sucks! I prefer Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma where there is plenty of space, great ventilation, a fantastic hotel, pool and movie theater and a 1st rate buffet!

Hard to get some winners at this Casino. Machines too tight. I prefer other Oklahoma Casinos.

Went here with my wife to spend the weekend gambling and watching the Steven Tyler concert.

Concert venue was outside and was nice with the weather. Could be uncomfortable in warmer weather.

Stayed in the casino tower hotel. Rooms were nice and clean but the hallways outside the rooms were dirty and were not cleaned for the two days we were there.

Had a great time at the casino. Very large selection of games, tables, etc and payouts seemed fair.

All in all a pretty good place. We will be visiting again.

Went this weekend, the actual casino was great, but shocked to find out there was only 1 club in the whole entire casino, not cool! Also the hotel way to pricy, not to have at least a mini fridge, in the room, it was like a motel 6 style room, it was not worth staying at the hotel at the casino, Not worth, you might wanna drive to Gainesville, which is only 10 minutes away from the Casino!

Well once again the machines are to tight you can't win .

Great customer service, good food at the buffet. You have to clean your own machines so bring your sanitizer. Wasn't made aware of the drink policy, very different from Louisiana.

So massive, ample parking handicap friendly!! So many tables game floors and rooms. Smoking and non smoking sections! A casino that lets you Win!! So much fun! Gift shops, food marts and aslo a resturant buffet. You have to buy alcoholic drinks. But soda fountains are free. Sign up bonuses and reward features on game card. Sign up when you walk through the doors. Youll need your I.D. takes 2 mins tops! First timers recieve 20.00 free play on slots. Uss card while playing slots earn points. Points collected can earn free play time!! Truley my favorite casino so far. Because they actually pay out well because of all the money coming in.

It's been a while since I have been to Winstar. It's a LOT smokier than last time. Just walking in the front door, the smell is very heavy & my eyes started burning/tearing up.

Great place but so big. Buffet was better food this time.

The Hotel and Casino is extremely large. Over 7000 slots and several table game throughout the Casino. The Hotel is nice and large as well. The food however could be alot better for the atmosphere of the property.

RV park is excellent! The venue is amazing...Gary Allan NEVER DISAPPOINTS! We go every year to see him and play a little! The beer is always cold and the tables are HOT!!!

Nice casino!! The buffet is too damn high!!! It was $27+ with players card!! There was nothing extraordinary on there!! They didn't even have good seafood or steak...no crab legs either!!! It wasn't worth it...at all!!!!

Great place to have FUN, not a place to WIN much money. May lady luck be on your side when you enter this establishment.

Great casino resort ! Very happy it has non smoking area!

If you go in the morning it's not near as crowded. And since they have finished 35W it's a really nice drive up there.

I give it five stars my friend gives it have a four and a half we wanted better steak

The WinStar is the closest casino experience to our home in Texas. It is full to the brim of slot machines, card tables, and shows. Their are lots of name brand and high end food places conveniently located right along side the gaming areas, and while there is smoking permitted in the game area there are also smoke free game rooms. A high stakes area is also available for the big spenders. There are hotels with water play areas located on site, a camper park across the parking lot, and other hotels nearby. We enjoy driving up to spend the day.

I have had some bad experience with my rooms when I stayed, but ones I reported the problems it was corrected. I love the Casino to me it is better than going to Vagas every casino is under one roof that is why it is called WinStar World Casino because it is the largest casino I ever seen. It's a beautiful place everyone can enjoy.

The Winstar is a great place for a mini vacation. The staff is always helpful and friendly. You can always find great anywhere inside the casino.

My husband and I love going to Winstar, it doesn t matter to us if it take a little over 3 hours to get there! They have great service and it s very welcoming. We enjoy it every time

Great casino with free perks such as free hotel stays and free buffets with the free players club card once you accumulated points while gambling. The new tower rooms are very spacious and nice. The pool is definitely worth jumping in to cool off. A variety of food venues and prices to choose from. The casino is absolutely huge. They do have complimentary shuttles running regularly to take you to all entry points around the casino. Definitely a must see and visit destination. We will be back soon.

I love the variety of games there are to play. The hotel is very accommodating & there are many restaurants to choose from. Always a good time!

My favorite Casino in Oklahoma. I've only been to 6. I always leave with more than I take in. Wide variety of machines, card games, keno room.

I drove 6 hours with 5 of my bridesmaids to the winstar casino resort to celebrate my bachelorette event. We all decided to head down to the pool to take a dip and as I walked into the cabana I stepped on a piece of glass which left me with a pretty nasty cut bleeding everywhere. I pulled the glass from my foot and one of my bridesmaids went to find a pool attendant. To our surprise, the teenage lifeguards walked just about as slow as they could over to where we were seated, (I was on the ground holding my bleeding foot) it did bleed on the walkway and it never dawned on any of the hotel officials that this was an enormous sanitation issue. It was never cleaned up, I was offered a bandaid and had to request an alcohol wipe to clean the wound. Other guests were very concerned, but the resort staff was not. A loss prevention manager came to ask to take a picture of my foot and I was assured that I would receive a call in the future to essentially make sure I am still alive. I even mentioned that I would be married next week and will be walking barefoot on Hawaiian beaches, so I was very upset to sustain an open wound on the bottom of my foot, I didn t even receive an apology, let alone an offer of compensation. ITS A POOL, why is there glass lying around the grounds? This is my second night here of my trip, and I am honestly very disappointed. I do not recommend. To top it all off.. when the girls and I finically got into the hot tub it was freezing, one of the bridesmaids asked a bartender, why is the hot tub cold? And the attendant casually replied that the thermostat was broken and had been for a few days. This is truly the worst money ever spent, and my entire special occasion has been successfully ruined.

UPDATE: at checkout (I m sure it is a standard question) I was asked how my stay was at the winstar casino resort, I responded awful, if I m being honest. The desk attendant asked why and listened attentively to the situation, she then notified me that she would be calling the manager over. I was almost certain that this would be pointless, again. Since the last encounter with a manager regarding the event only resulted in a cheap bandaid that survived 21 minutes before detaching itself, leaving me open to infection. Unsurprisingly, the manager asked me the situation as all of my bridesmaids and I stood in the lobby, and cut me short immediately to be sure that I was aware that someone else should be dealing with this issue, since it happened at the pool. It was frustrating because I hadn t asked to speak to the gentleman in the very first place, so I didn t care to hear how my situation was such a great waste of his time. All in all, not a single manager did a single thing or even presented a sympathetic front regarding my misfortune at the resort.

It was great. Everyone was very nice. Great workers. Enjoyed myself very much!!

Huge place. Great selection of machines with ATM's, restrooms, restaurants, and free beverage stations located through out the floor. Be WARNED though, lots of people smoking so the smell gives one hell of a headache.

I went to Winstar for my girlfriend birthday on October . They cleaned elevator every time and check temp at entrance but once we got it in casino, It was mad house no SOCIAL DISTANCE what so ever. I like Winstar but not going back until this pandemic is over.

Great casino. Wished gave comps and tier status more thought for table players.

The employment process is tedious,draining.still have a headache from the experience!

Hey guys it's a good time to have with family and just released and kind of pressure of the day your having fun so many new slots machine and bingo games and table games . And very clean wow!.

A lot of walking to be expected. Tons of machines but didn't really like to spin more than once in any of them. But then again what casino likes to give money away.

My first time there and the host that helped me get a card was in such a rush. Not a good experience. Don't think I would ever go back she was just rude.

Need some more instructions on how to play the games my even have staff explain the games if ask just my thoughts and if u already have something like this advertise it people like me and im not the only one who would benefit from this i like to play for fun but i dont understand how to play if that makes sense i no special right but anyhow i love the atmosphere and the restaurants and just walking around looking at all the neat games so fir that 5 star ill be back

I must say my visit here was the most fun I've had since I moved to Dallas! Although winning out the icing on the cake. The customer service here is awesome, very welcoming. Even the customer's are great. Drinks @ great prices. Thank you all so much. And i look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Though we are not much in to gambling other than just slot machines, as This Casino is about 50 Miles from where we live, we do visit it atleast twice a year just for a little bit of fun. As we usually fo there on a weekend night, this was the first time when we had visited this place during day time. They have expanded a lot and more organised.

Didn't take a coupon because I didn't have it with me (said that a photo would be fine over the phone) but overall a pleasant experience with a bit re planning. We plan to come back with better planning

Great atmosphere abd great variety of slots and table games.

This casino is huge. If you are a slot person, you will be in heaven. If you are from LA dont expect free alcohol. They do have a smoke free section, which I don't care either way, but its great.

It was my first visit to winstar and I had a decent time.

Food was Delish. Games Were Fun. Parking was decent.

Stay two days and had a wonderful time as usual. Going back in two weeks to reclaim our money.

Giant casino with many table games. Bad thing if they charge ante for each hand.

Winstar World Casino is an Awesome place!!! So much to do here, Shop, eat, Drink and WIN BIG!!! The architecture on the building is GREAT too. It's Massive, Winstar World Casino is a Tribal Casino run by Chickasaw Nation. They eateries have multiple selections from Italian, Steaks, Sandwiches and Light choices as well. This Casino is of course open 24/7 and is conveniently located at the border of Texas-Oklahoma state line. They also have a convenient Hotel located on the backside of the parking lot. It's GREAT for those that are a little on the tipsy side, it's not only safe for people on the roads but a hop, skip and a jump away from the Casino. There's Plenty of Parking available, along with VIP Valet Parking. If you're ever in the Oklahoma area stop on in.

Enjoyed our time there. Free coffees and soft drinks. Several restaurants to choose from the place is absolutely huge. there is a small water park. We still haven't even been to every part but we plan on going back as soon as possible.

Even during the weekends, when it is very crowded, they have enough slots machines. Very nice casino. Buffett is good too.

Great getaway. Short drive from dallas and is inclusive with the variety of machines. My in laws always have a blast when we take them.

I had a wonderful birthday weekend. Especially enjoy the new Kirby s restaurant. Their food was excellent as was the service. The room was clean and comfortable.

The greatest casino in the world, a great visit as usual and my wife and I will be back.

Great place to gamble, unless you have a person smoking next to you....Although you can go to the non smoking area but it's not as exciting

It is a very big casino, easy to get lost or lose the people you came with. It's really nice and fancy tho. By far the nicest casino I've ever been to.

Super fun place! We like to visit a few times a year. I always come with a group of friends/family. Fun time had by all!!!

Very pleasant drive out to Thackersville Oklahoma. I heard there was a casino not far from Dallas so I decided to take the ride and I was NOT disappointed. Great food and an amazing atmosphere

First time my husband and I had ever been there. It is very large has lots of machines, gaming tables, restaurants plenty of parking. Enjoyed every minute we were there. Can't wait to go back.
