Didn't see anyone winning!! We always get cards in the mail saying we have Bonus Play money, but when we get there, nothing appears.

Breeding grounds for bacteria. Covid 19 everywhere.

Lost $15,000 in about 50 minutes. Do not gamble here at a high level -- just bring in $20 bucks and bet minimums. Very greedy casino. Considering my level of play, I feel like I could do better elsewhere. The high limit rooms is where I lost, and I lost FAST. No fun at all! High limit slots seemed very tight. The Panda Express is not open late enough, either. The comp points program is very stingy, but the host offered some decent perks. Overall, it's a good casino, but AVOID THE HIGH LIMIT SLOTS, you will get crushed. Also, not enough video poker selection at all.

Tempations great as always. Machines were tight. Not giving up anything. Only one spin. Next time going to see what Durant.

Before Covid I barely smelled cigarette smoke at Winstar. That's why I used to love this place. Now that is all you smell, and the odor stays in your mask.

Jim, Jessica and I had a great time and all three of us came home with more $$than we left home with..had a great time..loved it !

Great place to go when you feel the urge to gamble. The drive is a lot shorter than Shreveport. Late night are good because it's not as crowded and the buffet is great.

Goal: leave here with more money than you came with! It's possible.

Atmosphere great but just don't win any money, what litty we do get the machines take back but we still go the casino

Had a great stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I was very pleased

Room was clean and loaded with amenities. Casino pays well. Lots of food choices.

It was an okay experience. The aisles are really narrow for how many people there are so there's a lot of shoulder checking just trying to walk. There are a lot of fun things to look at and a few eateries. They have a good ventilation system so it's not too smoky unless you're right next to someone who's smoking.

Not much of a gambler because i am too cheap, but the buffet is okay.

I m giving them four stars only because of the way I was talked to by Jeff, the manager at The Terrace View. There was an issue where I was misinformed about bonus play money and the free dining that I earned from playing and staying there in the past and it carried over into my breakfast the next morning. I am a newbie and don t know the difference between preferred or comped. He embarrassed me and interrogated me over a darn coupon. He ended up refunding my whole ticket but not before he so rudely let me know how he felt about me not knowing the system there! The VIP manager on the other hand was very very understanding and called me personally after I checked out to Inform me my points were not used and when I come back to visit to come see her!

Been here several times. Recently had a free night stay with the membership. The staff was great. Quick check in. Hotel was nice and clean. During the week it was not too packed. Another great time here!

Fun casino! They will let you win but it s your job to leave with it.

Way to much smoke if you are a nonsmoker. You would think that the world's largest casino would have a better ventilation system. If they want to compete with Vegas, this should be the 1st step.

Buffet dinner way overpriced and food was mediocre. For the $100.00 I honestly don't believe I got my money's worth.

Love,Love this place! The hotel is great, spacious clean rooms with easy access to the casino. So many slots and table games to choose from and the hospitality is too notch and the player rewards far exceed any of the other casino 's we go to. My husband and I will be heading up there next weekend!

Fun, safe, very clean and comfortable place. We even won some money. Drinks are pricey but hey it's a casino

My first visit to the casino and I really enjoyed the time, only spent 18$$ but won 84$$ so I cashed out and watched a friend play, next time I will plan to spend a little more money

How are you going to have a casino open until 4 am but close all restaurants at 10 or 11? Had to drive to Gainesville for food which was kind of inconvenient but we made it work.

Stopped to play my bonus. Won and left but will be back soon.

Always a good time!!! ALWAYS. Went Saturday night, 8.15.20. We had free buffett coupons, and free play on our cards for 70$, and then 40$ more throughout the day. We didn't win this time, but we will be back!!!! .

Good casino! However, if you plan on staying overnight, recommend you triple check your confirmation. Our last two stays had issues with incorrect dates...on first instance we didn't have a place to stay due to Reservations entering wrong date! Ugh.

Wow, beautiful place off of service and lots of games

It's my fault. This place is getting run down. Almost every machine had cigarette ashes on it. They don't staff near enough for the number of visitors they have.
I know what to expect, but this place is close in comparison to the Choctaw casino in Durant.

Location easy to get to. Service was good. Plenty of options to eat and enjoy games

My significant other & I make at least 2 - 3 trips within a week just to test our luck. The staff is very friendly starting from the front door and floor workers. This is the decor for Christmas outside.

We use to win and now it doe not happen !!! We love this place but also had FUN WINNING but it just does not happen. WHY???

Casino was not too crowded or smokey. Good variety of slots, but not many tables open. I play Black Jack and it was difficult to find a seat. The food at Toby Keith's was good and fairly priced. One gripe though, a room service tray with leftover food sat in the hallway between our room and the elevator for the entire two days we were there.

Place is awesome - great pool and great hotel room for the price.

Clean, fun, friendly staff, and friendly clientele. My husband and I went to the buffet, not expecting much, but it was delicious! The machines are modern, fun themes, and clean. The non-smoking gaming area was not as attractive or exciting as the regular smoking area, but still fun! We will definitely go back on our next child-free day!

I've always have a great time when I come here. It's a nice quick getaway. But it would be nice if they start to run tabs or find a better way of paying. Having multiple charges on one card is not it, since you have to close out each time

My favorite casino. Very good comps in the way of hotel stays, dinners, events and special events and free play. I have personally stayed at three of their locations and my room was great every time.

Went to a Bellator MMA fight tonight!! Venue was cool. We had a pretty good seat... plenty of screens to see. Casino - huge!! Just a bit smoky!!

Fun to play here. However, when you enter inside casino, you will feel that somebody is smoking right in front of your face

We always enjoy going for a meal there. It's just something different. I hate the cigarette smoke, but I love El Fenix and Toby Keith's!

Just the best time had . Ate at Mickey mantle won at slots,saw bob Dylan and his band. The place is clean and service great.

Forgot my eye glasses in my room and they were not recovered. Really disappointing that someone had to of found them but decided to keep them for themselves

Fun Fun Fun.... Be prepared to come and take your changes on winning a huge jackpot! Swim all day, eat at the buffet or many of the really great restaurants. Then dance to many great live acts in THE MIST or sit and enjoy cocktails and listen to music and singing performances at the Terrace Bar. So much to do.. You can PARTY ON or RELAX to your hearts content. Shops are crazy cool with very neat stuff. ENJOY

Need to pay them pills? Short on cash, no more plasma to sell. Then allow this place along with its excellent customers service be your home for the next 3-5 hours while you shoot craps and pray you dont bust. So come one come all, we all pay our bills the same way.

Huge place with lots to do however drinks aren't free like other casinos I've been to so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall a fun time! Might want to stay at their hotel though because Ubers and Lyfts are few and far between.

Even Losing money is fun at winstar. Maybe not as fun as winning, but close!

It is a great place to have fun and take your mind off of everything and just let loose. Just make sure you only take in the money you don't mind losing.

Many slots available if that's what you enjoy. Larger than expected. Did not like the fact that the table roulette table is actually a digital screen wheel plus you had to pay any per bet. Lots of smoke no designated non smoking areas. Overall I would no go the distance to come here.
