A little underwhelming if you are interested in more than slots. Needs more video poker video roulette and video blackjack.

Restaurant s inside are overpriced for what you could cook at home.

Great experience from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. Valet parking was efficient and easy to get to. All staff was friendly helpful. Bathrooms were clean eventhough there was a line to get to. Bar tender at Tobi bar and grill was rude. I told him I would be going to the mens room by the time I came back he had given my seat to someone else. I got the vibe he didnt want certain people sitting there at "his"bar. Therefore I didnt get to try any food. I left. Great experience other than.

Received free night stays with Buffet and money to play. When we booked our reservation ask about mask policy due to having a Dr's note, and not being able to wear a mask. Got to casino a 1 1/2 away, mask needed. Canceled Reservation!

Room was nice and clean. Staff that we encountered was very pleasant. My Husband and myself had a great time.

Winstar is fine if you're going to gamble or for a concert. The rooms are overpriced. The do not have a microwave or a refrigerator. I inquired about these items and was informed that a microwave is a fire hazard. That is news to me since I have one in my home and work place. I guess the people smoking in the casino is not a fire hazard....the excuse that was given to me is ridiculous. Vegas rooms are less and have more. In the future, I will stay in Gainesville.

The venue has chairs packed tightly and much of the floor is flat. It would be nice to have more of a slope so the seats in the back were better. The casino itself was pretty crowded and smokey, but the concert venue wasn't smokey. The sound is okay. We saw Willie Nelson. He started promptly at 7 and had no opening act. The show was exactly an hour. I guess that is typical for Willie these days. I don't know how other WinStar shows are, but it would have been nice to have an opener or at least an encore to feel like we got our money's worth.

So many machines ,if there is a certain game you like and it's busy you can find five more empty. Huge place very nice. People winning everywhere , I didn't do so hot but my friend hit and left ahead about five hundred. Go have fun it was a blast

The casino has 10 main interesting gaming sections, nine gaming "plazas" and a smoke free section that also includes a Poker Room. The gaming sections (called venue/s) are themed after London, Madrid, Rome, Beijing, Paris, Vienna, Cairo, New York and Rio. Plenty of parking places including a covered section and valet. Plenty of restaurant choices inside the casino includes the Gran Via Buffet which I highly recommend.

Fun place to spend a few hours or days. Family friendly as well.

I went there to have some fun because I felt with all the precautions for social distancing would be in effect. I was playing in the main room when a man came next to me where there was no chair to play. I told him he wasn't suppose to play there because there is no chair for social distancing. He said other people are doing it and pointed to what appear to be a married couple. Things escalated he called me names, my husband showed up and I told him. Then he was trying to pick a fight with my husband. A waitress was near by, I asked her to get security. Security showed up I told them he wasn't suppose to be that close. He took the guy aside and came back and told me he couldn't make him leave. Which I don't understand as clearly the new guidelines; according to the CDC which are printed on this website under 5 new guidelines states they would be removing chairs for social distancing. So we left and went to look for a manager. We found a host and told him. He said the security was wrong, he was very nice and apologetic, even offered us free dinner. So he would get five stars. However, the fact that the very people that work there don't know the rules is completely, unexceptable!

Winstar is a great place for entertainment and an overnight stay. Good food and pool. A spa is available too.

Go ever so often and I love going gets me away for a few hours and enjoy time with my Mom.

Has everything I could ever want and the best part is it keeps me out of Vegas ( never have wanted to go to that place)

We had a outstanding time my wife and I had. I wasn't the lucky one in slots, but my wife was. She won $2000 in slots. The hotel room was great and the staff was outstanding. They took all the precautions for covid-19. We will come again soon! This was a great 35 years anniversary gift for both of us.

Love coming here! Especially around the holidays! We've made it our annual tradition to come here for Thanksgiving, in part for the buffet and in part for the fun :) There are lots of machines all over the place and ample card game tables. They also offer complimentary drinks and their bathrooms are always clean!

This by far is the best casino around. The staff is very friendly and has always been extremely helpful. I love the atmosphere around the pool area. It reminds me of a Mexican resort. They have a huge variety of slots and I normally do pretty well. I recently attended the Steely Dan concert which was my first concert at WinStar. I was very surprised how small the concert venue was but the sound was great.

I received and offer in the mail for 2 nights. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation, I was told to go get a players card and return. The front desk finally made my reservation. Then I was locked out my room to learn that my 2 night offer was only for one night bait and switch. They did offer me a room for 100.00 per night. Piss poor customer service I will not be back .this was supposed to be a relaxing getaway with my wife. Save your money and go to a real casino.

It was my first time there. My husband took me for my Birthday. Didn't win but rooms are very nice, slots were fun, lots of places to eat. We ate at a buffet not sure of the name but food was great and huge selection of food. We'll be back.

Great free play incentives , real Las Vegas environment, buffet really good. Slots payout.

Went for my mom's birthday and finally won some money. She's usually the one with all of the luck.

We really enjoy the concerts that WinStar brings in, but the large meeting room they use is lacking and makes it hard to see the stage. Hopefully they will remodel soon and make it a proper concert hall with theater seating so everyone can see the show.

This place is absolutely huge.A huge variety of games and restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend anyone from out of town to come visit this place

Well where to start who wouldn't give this place in five star wish I had more money to spend cuz it's not about what you win it's about the fun you have the memories you make with the people you're with would love to come back to this place again soon wish it was closer to home I love

My husband and i love going to Winstar Casino. Just an hours' drive from our home in Dallas, its great escape. We don't always win, but we always have fun. When we do win, we love it even more!

I really enjoyed my stay here, plenty of restaurants to choose from and more games than anyone could ask for. My one complaint is yall are stuck in the past as far as filming goes. You should allow gamers to film their play, it is free marketing for the casino and the players are in turn making more $ to play at your casinos with from streaming their videos on social media platforms, everyone wins, I live an hour closer to Winstar but play 90% of the time at Choctaw because they allow us to film

Beautifully decorated, clean spacious rooms. Lots of machines. Only suggestion is a bigger channel selection.

90's concert was AMAZING!

This machines take your money literally the roulette can go on black for over 10 times until the system detects theirs not much to lose and slots uff my conclusion is this electronic dice roulette are secretly rigged if theirs no way to know the settings on them just how all electronic games have levels . level easy or medium or level hard.

The casino is nice. The people are friendly. Plenty of food and drink options-however you cannot enter or leave the casino area with any kind of drink, and they police this heavy. However paying $399.00 on a Saturday night to walk into a hotel room that is in in line with a Super 8 was completely disappointing, and flat out ridiculous. The room was clean, but it was just outdated, plain, and small. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo w/very low water pressure, with the commode in the same room. We will continue to support The River Spirit and The Downstream Casinos until the Winstar invests some money into their rooms, and stops charging 5-star rates for a 3-star hotel.

Architecturely beautiful and worlds biggest casino. I would like to see a better solution for cigarette smokes in there.

I had a wonderful time and Crazy Money took care of me. It's a big beautiful Casino that had the friendliest employees and one of the cleanest casinos I have seen and they were very firm and making sure everyone wore their mask

When they were smaller they had better customer service. As they grew the customer went to the Wayside and profits are their priority. The casino is actually Pretty nasty And they do not follow covid rules as far as masks or 6' distancing. For the love of Humanity clean the place up and the machines. Not to mention they are closed during the plague and drop my status. I have been elite member since day one. Have lossed Hundreds of thousands dollars. Durant is my far a better casino. We saw Jerry Seinfeld and had a great time. Also won $30 bucks in 15 minutes on a slot. That s pretty good considering I don t normally play at all. The bar service was fast and friendly.

I go all the time and I always use my players club card but I only get 5 dollars In free play. Why is that? And that is the only reward that is offered to me. Why????

Unless you are playing high limit slots, go to Vegas. The casino is overloaded with machines and crowded with thousands of people, frequently people bump into each other, the carpets are dirty and old, the smell of smoke is overpowering, not to mention the overpriced food options, also not vegetarian friendly, including the expensive buffet. The hotel and pool are nice during summer and fall.

Winstar is convenient on 35 and closer travel time than to Choctaw casino. The parking is easy, however the casino floor is just too big here. Hard to find someone should you split up.

Nothing stay the same you can't pick up your birthday gift only certain time which is not right and the people weren't friendly or courteous and you just asking for help with adding or changing a pin number. No big winning the casino is worst than Vegas.

Nigel was sooooo great , he gave us a late checkout for our anniversary after this other girl said no. I will DEFINITELY be coming back just because of him !!! I know he didn t have to do that but that was beyond great customer service and next time I will be coming with my whole family :) P.s. That man should be a manager if he isn t already , great service, attitude and work ethic !!

For our 27 years wedding anniversary we spent three days exploring this place it's really a big casino.A lots of slots machine to choose from I meant lot's of it from old to newly one and mostly are all really tight. We enjoyed the day we ate at Gran Villa Buffet selection of food are really good but the same menu every day, really!!(Suggestions)you don't have to replace all of the items just couple of it and by the way please can you add a cottage cheese on ur salad fruit section ,at least there was another good one Toby Keith Bar and Grill Hope do something with the smoke cuz there's a certain spot of casino that I had a difficult breathing it surprised me that only one section

Its a fun place to blow a little stress off and have a little fun. Played for hours and lost about $60. As with all casinos, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

Was a very wonderful stay.Alot of R&R. The room overall was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jacob and Billie in Housekeeping helped me get items needed and was very nice. Thank you two very much for all your help. The only thing I would have to say I would ask to change is the shower curtain. Yes, Shower Curtains. The Bedding and Towels are white which has not one stain dirt or hair on it but the Shower curtain is cream colored with stain and nasty all over it. That was the only thing everything else was spot on clean and nice. In the Casino was very Fun. Lost money this time but FUN. I would say that the Free full size chocolate bars should be for both new and existing members. New Members get a big bar as to Existing Members get a sample size then have to buy big bars in Gift Shop. LOL Wish I could sign up as a New Members everytime because their incentive (candy & sweepstakes) are Great. LOL

The slots and table games are awesome. The room was so nice but pur room had like q0 lady bugs wondering around. Not sure why but still had a great time.

This is a beautiful casino!! My husband and I had so much fun. We ate at Toby Keith's bar and restaurant, had some drinks, walked around a lot, and even won a little bit. They check temperatures at the door and enforce the wearing of masks. They even have them for you if you don't have your own. I didn't see anyone cleaning machines, but lets face it, we don't go to the casino if we're worried about touching virus covered surfaces. I highly recommend this place for something to do, especially late night. It's got a great and fun atmosphere.

I had a great time!! It was my daughter's 18th birthday!!! The employee's are pleasant and the casino is very up to date. I don't like paying table Anne's though, the casino should seriously consider getting rid of that fee. Also add seafood to the buffet!! Everyone loves to eat

Winstar is awesome. The design of the water fountains and the different themes of the rooms is very romantic. I wish I could go there more often.
There is a cute French bistro in there that serves amazing iced coffee.

We stayed overnight at the RV park and we're very pleased with that experience! It's clean and well-lit. The casino itself was bright and noisy, what you expect a casino to be. We went during the week, so many table sections weren't open, which doesn't leave a lot of variety in the types of games/denominations of games you can play.

Great place to get away, especially for a concert or comedy show. Global Event Center is fantastic. Lots of variety for eating. Rooms are always clean and spacious.
