About my 10th visit here, don't think I'll ever be back, no matter what I tried, couldn't win. Couldn't even break even

Had a lot of fun there. One of the nicest RV parks we have ever stayed in. Nice people. Caint wait to go back.

Always make it a point to stop. We are avid WinStar goers.

Great hotel casino resort. This resort is clean, spacious, and is nicely decorated with an upscale appearance! Front desk people are friendly and staff is happy to see you.

Moderate volume of people fav food places still open.

Great dealers plenty of machines and now instead of shutting the whole casino down at 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. they shut it down and sections for cleaning So you don't have to stop gambling but sometimes you do have to move which can be somewhat cumbersome but it is better then having to stop completely.

Went here last weekend with few friends. Average experience. Mostly focused on computer games rather than one on one or person to person games. They had few games going on but only in one section. They have few restaurants inside the casino and few drink stops throughout the casino ( free drinks coffee and soft drinks, of course ).

My wife and I had a great time, the only problem was the complete lack of social distancing.

Nasty went Thursday night and they didn't have any sanitizers to clean hands or slot machine don't go please our health is more important than anything else.

The best time I had with my honey it was fabulous and area as well.

I tend to go here quite often mainly for gaming purposes once in awhile I will stay in the hotel I will say that upgrading to one of the nicer Suites there's well worth it if you have the comp points to do so it's only about $20 or $30. And all beautiful ostrich skin headboard huge bathroom with 2 vanities including a chandelier

Love going there. Always pleasant environment. Plenty of machines with alot if options and don't have to wait to get on a machine. Also, I like that when I leave I don't smell like an ashtray. Options for non smoking areas too even the smoking areas aren't bad.

Huge selection of games. Plenty of choices for food and snacks. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Pool was busy but was able to find chair and enjoy the pool. Kids are welcome, I didn't see anything other then pool to occupy kids though.

Big place. Wasn't too impressed by the buffet but there are plenty of places to eat there. And a good smoke free section.

Definitely the World's largest casino!! Prepare yourself to walk. Great venue for concerts, truly not a bad seat in the house!! Tons of choices for food from quick bites, to buffet, to nicer spots. Bars ate nice with great staff!!

Fun but have been several times lately. Machines are changed all video animation. Wining odds are slim. Nice but would like to at least Win one half big to at least break even. That way I could go more often.

Very clean establishment. They have any gueat service's available. The entire staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fun place, but I get caught up in the moment. lol! Have a few bucks to blow? This is the place to visit.

Winstar is a fun casino away from home. Good place to get lost to play cards in the poker room or play table games or slots in the casino. Great place to stay either at the casino or the Inn located near the casino. Fun times.

I never stay at the Winstar hotels. The Inn at Winstar is absolutely the best hotel with the most generous staff ever! 5 stars for The Inn at Winstar!

The dealers and staff were so helpful. First time playing card games and dealers as well as other players were do knowledgeable helpful and friendly.
Only negative was playing 50 cents for each play. Overall I would give a 5 star.

Went to the hotel around 6 went and ate at the Italian place. Very good food and good service. I would recommend going to the border casino if you want to win anything. I am a avid gambler and if you want to lose you go to win star. If you really want to win go to the border casino next door. The machines are played more frequently over there so it gives you better chances at winning. We ended up leaving win star at 9pm and going next door because the gambling experience was so awful at winstar. I mean every machine was take take take and not even a little give. Went next door and hit 3 jackpots. The machines at winstar are not played very often and when there are played it has to bring some kind of income in for the business.

I m glad there is some competition to keep this place honest now!!!

Always a great time. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Big and lots to see. Good food and no bums,dope heads, prostitutes, or beggars there. Well worth the drive to visit golf course is awesome and texas is across the bridge and has stronger beer cheaper

This place needs them moving floors so you don't have to wake so far but loved it great theme

This place is HUGE. With several restaurants and a couple bars a huge convention center and 2 hotels and an RV park. It's very nice well worth a visit. They allow overnight parking in the lot as well.

My first time coming here was in 2017 for my birthday. I liked it, but didn't experience it much like I wanted to. My husband and I went back for our anniversary in December and really enjoyed ourselves. I just don't like the extra cigarette smoke that's through there. Other than that, I had fun.

Pretty nice place and very big!! Finally received a free room so took advantage of that and stayed for two nights. You don't even have to leave the property basically. if you're hungry there are plenty of options and can feed you for days. Awesome location, not that far from Dallas so perfect for someone like myself who doesn't get to go there often. As for the hotel, they put us on the 19th floor and for some reason it sounds like someone is stepping on the roof constantly. It happens all night long while we try to sleep. The bed is also squeaky and sounds like the springs are old or well used (gross lol). But housekeeping was extremely nice and was very pleased that they automatically restock everything without asking. We also had a terrible time parking every single time we came back which sucked of course because we were staying in the hotel but had to park near the casino. Overall pleasant stay and had a fun time.

This place is only collectiing not paying after 2yrs of visits i haven't seen or experience huge winnings as advertised

Came a couple of years back with a friend, and we received a free night, and 100$ credit. and I ended up winning 50$ and calling it quits. hahahaha. An experience for everyone.

Had a blast. The casino was very cautious about cleaning, they actually shut down certain sections at a time to clean it. I won on so many different slots. Plus i love the different tables they offer. Got comped a room for 3 of the 4 days i was there. Just a fun atmosphere all together.

The casino is okay but always smoky due to all the typical casino smokers. Would be great to get a few more craft beers. Shock top is a start!!! The event center is great for concerts but 1 worker with a radio, looked like security, stood blocking part of our view several times and took videos during EWF which was annoying....

We have been stopping here since they first opened...we had never walked away winning but usually enjoyed the visit. Today I went to celebrate my 50th birthday. We don't bet much nor do we take alot in to lose. But today I decided after so many years of losing I would quit going. Not only did they not comp me anything for my birthday...I could get a drink...no self serve and truck parking is over half closed up for no reason. There are far more and better places for us to waste our money. I give this place one star because IT WONT let me go lower.

I always leave with money in my pocket. Whether it is a few hundred dollars or my top year of 2017 when I won two jackpots over 20,000. As a player card holder, room and meals are always compted. There are plenty of slot machines to choose from and other activities to participate in. I have no complaints.

Nice rooms and huge casino with lots of fun games. Try the 1.00 Elvis slots they rock. Keep off my Timber Wolves lol. As with any casino only play what you can afford to lose and if you win it is always a nice surprise. Knowing when to walk away from a machine always helps. I have been lucky and unlucky at Winstar and always have a fun time even when I am losing. The staff is always friendly but, on the drinks you should order a double or there is not much to it.

Always great experience. However, we were going specifically for the buffet, and realized that it was closed for remodeling/maintenance that weekend. It would have been much more helpful if there was a blurb about that online. It was no biggie, just wouldn't have gotten my hopes up if I knew I'd be eating fish and chips

Beautiful place, they have different countries to gamble in. Hotel is nice and clean. Must see casino, real cool.

This was my frist time to ever go gambling !!! I lost of course, 'expected' I have allways thought these places are rigged and I still do !! I guess if you are going to throw money away that has to be one of the fanciest places to do so $$$ I personally dont like giving my hard earned money away !! Dont get me wrong I can see how people get addicted, to me the best thing was the free drinks, but hell I could have gone out to eat and drank as much as I wanted and been alot cheaper !! Dont think I'll be going back anytime soon !!! I have better plans for my money $$$$$

I attended a Bellator fight at the event center. The seating was arranged very well so you could see the fight. They have four very large big screen TVs so you can see the action up close. The facility was clean and well maintained. I do not gamble so I can not rate the casino.

Do not let me reiterate do not go here on a Monday even after 11pm. The place is dead and nothing will hit. Place is packed on weekends. I advise you to go after 11pm on both of those nights.

Great place.rooms were great.they gave me 2 free comp rooms with my club card that's free.put in the me hine get points free things ..love it

Right lights and fun atmosphere. I'll give 5 stars when I win some money. I've sunk a lot in there and deserve a win!!!!

Really great they check your temp at the door and you have to wear a mask. Get a player's card you can sign up for free and you get points that lead to free money. There great places to eat and your players card could cover it if you have enough points. Some times we win and some times we lose but we always have fun . Great girls trip.

Thanks for the free hotel stays and bonus plays! Machines are amazing, never seen any other casinos giving out such money! We wrapped our stay with a thousand bucks win at machines. On the other hand the tables are limited for only 3 with inside and we hardly got seats in couple days.

I go for bingo a couple of times a year. Everyone is always very helpful and I always have a good time!

All restrooms were amazing with attendant handing out paper towels, concert venue was just off the chain. And the gaming floor and poker room was outstanding.

It is unfortunate that such a facility that is not that old should have not learned that their patrons are the most important people in the world, especially their comfort. We are arrived to a tower hotel that was extremely hot in the More

Came for memorial day weekend and the casino was very busy but it was a fun time. New casino rewards club members get 25 dollars of free slots play or to use in dining when they accumulate 5 points ts on their card. Food options are plentiful and the buffet was great.

Had fun just wish you could win a little on the slots all they did is take my money.

I haven't won big here yet but the service and experience is great.

A resort with nothing to resort to except the casino and the CLOSED POOL in the spring when just up the road Choctaws pool wide open. SLOTS ARE TIGHT!!! The cafe food was like frozen food. Yuck. Waste of time and money go to chovtaw. They accidentally double charged my card also which they told me to leave a VOICEMAIL and they would get back to me. RUDE STAFF

It's a beautiful casino but you would think playing using the player card would boost your odds of winning big but its always the people who don't use the card that always wins big. I've been going there for over 15 years last month alone I spent well over $2,000 I walked out empty handed every time. I rarely win there. In 15 years of going I can honestly say I've won less than $3,000 but have given them so much thinking that maybe one day it would pay off. If you want to win some money I suggest go to Boarder Casino down the street is smaller but at least their machines pay and you don't have to use a card. People be in there hitting for $20,000 & $50,000 and you can at least walk out of there with a few hundred

Stopped for lunch. Typical casino. 1500 dishes and 1497 of them cold and not prepared right. Make do with the other 3 and dessert. Played $60 in the .25 cent wheel of fortune. Didn't get a single wheel spin. Won't be back to this casino. Thackerville Oklahoma. Don't tell Stacey I played the machine. She doesnt know yet.

Took Mom, she enjoyed herself, I enjoyed the outting as well.

The place is huge. Please remember your entrance and where you parked. The other casino the Border also belongs to Winstar.

I enjoy going to the casino, win some loose some but very fun place to go. Free soda all night coffee too. The bar is full of options.

Fun gaming! Great restaurants! Definitely worth the 1-mile walk/drive from the pool hotel to head over to the New York section (at the far end of the casino). 2 reasons: 1) it's the nonsmoking area for right now, and 2)NYC BURGERS & DOGS is FANTASTIC for fun food! Great service, great food portions, delicious CHEESECAKE!!

This place is pretty fun. When they have events the place can get really packed and parking hard to find. NYC burgers is delicious.

Loved it. Very nice and clean. The italian restaurant was delicious and time flies inside. At just 50 minutes from home is definitely a nice get away from your routine kinda thing.

The rooms phenomenal, the pools werre exquisite, concert venue was great, Alison Krauss was even better. All the food options are fantastic!! Execellt bell hop and valet service as well!

This place and the area around it has grown so much since it forst open and I would come with my aunts and mother. I forgot you can smoke there and that was a major rip in my sail. The person next to me smoke all night and that made sleeping rough. The bed in room 31110 was too soft so my body hurt the next day. Had a good time playing roulette, the two dealers we had were great and they are the reasons 3 stars are posted above.

Huge lots of restaurants, love there buffet, tons of slots and table games

Didnt gamble much this time. Enjoyed time with friends! Visited shops and eating places. Enjoy people watching .

They dont pay enough in the plays. Also everytime i go the person next to me always wins but never me...Not very entertaining...
